Claims (17)
- その先端部からエネルギーを供給可能な針と、
表皮に密着可能な冷却部を有し、かつ前記針を挿通可能な孔が形成された冷却部材と、
前記針が前記孔に挿入可能となるように支持する支持体と、
前記針を移動可能とする駆動手段とを備え、
前記針の前記穴に対する前記挿入に係る方向は、前記針が前記冷却部に向かう一方向のみであって、前記冷却部から前記表皮に向かう一方向のみであり、
前記一の冷却部は、
患部に対して概ね垂直に押し当てられる発汗抑制装置。 - 前記冷却部からの前記針の突出長さが予め設定された長さとなるように前記駆動手段の駆動を制御する制御手段を更に備える請求項1に記載の発汗抑制装置。
- 前記予め設定された長さは、操作部の操作により設定された長さである請求項2に記載の発汗抑制装置。
- 前記駆動手段は、駆動モータと、前記駆動モータの回転数を検出するエンコーダと、前記駆動モータの回転により前記支持体内を進退するロッドとを備えており、
前記制御手段は、前記エンコーダが検出した回転数に基づいて前記針の突出長さを制御する請求項2または請求項3に記載の発汗抑制装置。 - 前記針は、前記駆動手段により押圧されるホルダに複数支持されている請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の発汗抑制装置。
- 一の孔に複数の針が通過するように配置されている請求項1から請求項5いずれか一項に記載の発汗抑制装置。
- 前記孔は、長孔状に形成されており、
前記複数の針は、前記孔の両端縁部をそれぞれ通過するように配置されている請求項6に記載の発汗抑制装置。 - 前記支持体は、前記駆動手段が装着される装着部と、前記装着部に着脱可能なカートリッジとを備え、
前記針は、前記ホルダと共に前記カートリッジの内部に収容されている請求項5記載の発汗抑制装置。 - 前記カートリッジは、前記カートリッジの内部に前記針を退避させるように前記ホルダを付勢する付勢手段を備えており、
前記駆動手段が前記付勢手段の付勢力に抗して前記ホルダを押圧することにより、前記針が前記冷却部から突出するように構成された請求項8記載の発汗抑制装置。 - 前記冷却部材は、支持アームにより前記装着部に支持されており、
前記カートリッジは、前記装着部と前記冷却部材との間に配置される請求項8または請求項9記載の発汗抑制装置。 - 前記冷却部材は、前記針の進退方向と略直交方向に退避可能となるように前記支持体に移動可能に支持されている請求項1から請求項10いずれか一項に記載の発汗抑制装置。
- 前記冷却部材は、ペルチェ素子と、前記ペルチェ素子の吸熱側に配置され前記冷却部を形成する冷却板と、前記ペルチェ素子の発熱側に配置される放熱ブロックとを備える請求項1から請求項11いずれか一項に記載の発汗抑制装置。
- 前記冷却部は、湾曲面状を有する請求項1から請求項12いずれか一項に記載の発汗抑制装置。
- 前記一の冷却部は、
汗腺を含む標的部位近傍の表皮表面に密着させて使用される請求項1から請求項13いずれか一項に記載の発汗抑制装置。 - 前記冷却部材は、
前記支持体に対して着脱可能である請求項1から請求項14いずれか一項に記載の発汗抑制装置。 - 請求項15記載の発汗抑制装置を構成する冷却部材。
- 請求項8記載の発汗抑制装置を構成するカートリッジ。
