Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus including a processing chamber that performs sterilization, deodorization, cleaning, organic substance removal, and other processing on a processing object using ozone.
Ozone (O 3 ) has a strong oxidizing power, and it is known that this oxidizing power exerts effects such as sterilization, deodorization, disinfection, and bleaching. For example, with regard to sterilization, ozone destroys the cell membrane, and as a result, cell nuclei are dissolved and bacteria are killed, so that there is an advantage that resistant bacteria are not generated.
On the other hand, since ozone is harmful to the human body at a high concentration, the allowable value of ozone concentration in the atmosphere is determined by various standards. Therefore, it is necessary to attach the apparatus which decomposes | disassembles the used ozone to the apparatus which processes sterilization etc. using ozone. In addition, a treatment chamber that performs treatment with ozone is required to prevent ozone from leaking out of the treatment chamber during treatment.
Therefore, the sterilization apparatus of Patent Document 1 includes an ultraviolet ray source that emits ultraviolet rays in a wavelength region having an ozone decomposing action in addition to an ozone generation source in a sterilization chamber. The sterilization apparatus of Patent Document 1 proposes that ozone is generated to perform a sterilization process on a processing object accommodated in a sterilization chamber, and that after the sterilization process is finished, an ultraviolet ray source is driven to perform an ozone decomposition process. doing.
The sterilization apparatus of Patent Document 1 is said to be able to lower the concentration of residual ozone after sterilization in a short time without complicating the structure of the apparatus.
Since the sterilization apparatus of patent document 1 performs the sterilization process by ozone with the sterilization chamber sealed as a premise, the sterilization process has to be a so-called batch type, and the processing capacity is restricted.
For example, a container is sterilized in a system in which a container is filled with a liquid such as drinking water. The sterilization is performed by using an aqueous solution containing a drug such as peracetic acid (PAA) or hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ). The mainstream is to use a peracetic acid-based disinfectant or hydrogen peroxide. However, when peracetic acid is used as a bactericidal agent, it has been pointed out that resistant bacteria against peracetic acid are created. In addition, as for hydrogen peroxide, although there are few problems of resistant bacteria, when a PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) bottle is targeted, there is a problem that it is absorbed by PET and remains in the container. Therefore, it is beneficial to sterilize this container with ozone that does not have a problem of resistant bacteria and does not have a problem of remaining on an object to be sterilized.
However, in a system for filling a container with drinking water or the like, the container is usually transported continuously, and devices that perform a series of processes such as a product liquid filling process support continuous processing. The container sterilization process performed before the filling process is the same. Therefore, like patent document 1, the sterilizer which batch-processes cannot be applied to the system which presupposes continuous processing like filling of drinking water.
Therefore, the present invention provides an ozone processing apparatus capable of avoiding discharge of high-concentration ozone from a processing chamber in an apparatus for processing an object to be processed, which is continuously conveyed to the processing chamber, with ozone. Objective.
The ozone treatment apparatus of the present invention has a carry-in port for carrying in a treatment object and a carry-out port for carrying out a treatment object subjected to a predetermined treatment with ozone to the outside, and a treatment chamber in which a predetermined treatment is performed. A conveyor for carrying the processing object into the processing chamber from the carry-in port, and carrying the processing object from the carry-out port to the outside of the processing chamber, an ozone supply source for supplying ozone to the processing chamber, and a carry-in port A first decomposition light source that emits ultraviolet light in a wavelength range having an ozone decomposition action, and a second decomposition light source that emits ultraviolet light in a wavelength band that has an ozone decomposition action, which are attached to the carry-out port; It is characterized by providing.
The ozone treatment apparatus according to the present invention is provided with a first decomposition light source and a second decomposition light source at each of a carry-in port and a carry-out port where ozone supplied to the treatment chamber may leak to the outside of the treatment chamber. Then, the concentration of ozone contained in the gas containing ozone leaking from the carry-in port and the carry-out port (hereinafter, simply referred to as gas) can be lowered. Therefore, according to the ozone treatment apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the amount of ozone leakage and to ensure the safety of the work environment around the ozone treatment apparatus. Moreover, according to the ozone treatment apparatus of the present invention, the treatment object can be treated with ozone while being continuously conveyed, so that the amount of ozone leaked from the treatment chamber can be reduced while obtaining a high treatment capacity. .
In particular, the configuration of the treatment chamber and the conveyor of the ozone treatment apparatus of the present invention includes at least two forms.
In the first form, the carry-in port and the carry-out port are provided in different parts, and a conveyor having a linear track is provided in a part different from the carry-in port for processing objects carried from the carry-in port. It is transported toward the carry-out port.
In the second form, the carry-in port and the carry-out port are provided at the same site, and the object to be processed carried from the carry-in port is transported toward the carry-out port also serving as the carry-in port by a conveyor having a circular track. Is to do.
In the ozone treatment apparatus of the present invention, a treatment chamber is provided with a central treatment chamber that receives supply of ozone from an ozone supply source, a carry-in port, a carry-in chamber that is separated from the central treatment chamber by a light shielding layer, and a carry-out port. It can be divided into a central processing chamber and an unloading chamber separated by a light shielding layer. In this case, the first decomposition light source can be provided inside the carry-in chamber, and the second decomposition light source can be provided inside the carry-out chamber.
According to this ozone treatment apparatus, the ozone decomposition action by the first decomposition light source and the ozone decomposition action by the second decomposition light source can be prevented from reaching the central processing chamber, so that a decrease in ozone concentration in the central processing chamber is suppressed. On the other hand, the ozone concentration in the gas from the carry-in / carry-out port can be reduced.
The ozone treatment apparatus of the present invention can be provided with a negative pressure mechanism that makes the treatment chamber have a negative pressure with respect to the outside of the treatment chamber.
Thereby, the amount of gas leaking from the carry-in port and the carry-out port, and hence the amount of ozone can be reduced. The negative pressure refers to keeping the atmospheric pressure low with respect to the outside.
It is preferable that the negative pressure mechanism has a negative pressure in each of the central processing chamber, the loading chamber, and the unloading chamber. However, the present invention allows the central processing chamber to be a positive pressure and the loading chamber and the unloading chamber to be a negative pressure, and by doing so, the amount of ozone leaking from the loading port and the unloading port can be reduced.
Thereby, the possibility that the gas used for processing leaks from the carry-in port and the carry-out port can be further reduced. In this case, since the ozone concentration is reduced in the carry-in chamber and the carry-out chamber by the first decomposition light source and the second decomposition light source, a negative pressure device, typically an exhaust fan and an ozone killer, have a small capacity. Can be.
The ozone treatment apparatus of the present invention is provided with a first generation light source that emits ultraviolet rays in a wavelength region having an ozone generation action downstream of the first decomposition light source in the conveyance direction of the object to be processed. A second generation light source that emits ultraviolet rays in a wavelength region having an ozone generation function can be provided on the upstream side in the conveyance direction of the processing object.
According to this ozone treatment apparatus, the ozone concentration reduced by the first decomposition light source and the second decomposition light source is partially recovered to ensure a sterilizing effect.
It is preferable to provide a light shielding layer between the first generation light source and the second generation light source.
According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the amount of ozone leaked from the processing chamber while continuously processing the object to be processed with ozone.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Here, ultraviolet rays are electromagnetic waves in a wavelength region of 100 nm to 400 nm, and among them, ultraviolet rays in a wavelength region of 200 to 280 nm having a peak wavelength of 254 nm have an ozone decomposing action. The first
In the ozone processing apparatus 1, the

There are a silent discharge method, an electrolysis method, an ultraviolet lamp method, and the like as a method for generating ozone. The silent discharge method is used for industrial applications, and it is preferable to apply the silent discharge method, but it does not prevent other methods from being adopted. Here, silent discharge is a discharge phenomenon observed when a dielectric is provided between parallel electrodes, oxygen gas is supplied therebetween, and an alternating high voltage is applied between the two electrodes. . Electrons e are emitted into the gas by this silent discharge. The electron e collides with a stable oxygen molecule O 2 to dissociate the oxygen molecule O 2 into an oxygen atom O, an oxygen atom O, an oxygen molecule O 2, and a third substance M (for example, a nitrogen molecule Ozone is generated by the second step in which a three-body collision including) occurs. The ozone gas includes the third substance M.
First step: O 2 + e → 2O + e
Second step: O + O 2 + M → O 3 + M
Moreover, ozone concentration by PSA method (Pressure Swing Adsorption: pressure swing method) may be used together as needed.
The ozone generated by the
The ozone generated by the
The method of applying humidity is arbitrary, such as a bubble dissolution method, a mixing method in which each of the generated wet gases such as wet oxygen and ozone gas is mixed, a shower method in which dry ozone gas is supplied to water sprayed in a shower form, etc. Can be adopted. Moreover, after producing | generating ozone water by arbitrary methods, this can be vaporized and wet ozone gas can also be produced | generated, water vapor | steam can be produced | generated by arbitrary methods, and dry ozone gas can also be made to contact this.
Further, in addition to the above dry ozone gas and wet ozone gas, ozone water can be supplied to the
Furthermore, ozone water in which ozone gas is dissolved in water can be directly sprayed on the object to be processed, or the object to be processed can be immersed in ozone water.

As described above, the

As described above, the ozone treatment apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment provides the first

[Second Embodiment]
Next, an
Although the
Ultraviolet rays have an ozone generating action by dissociating oxygen in a wavelength region having a peak wavelength of 100 nm to 220 nm, typically 185 nm. The
Therefore, the
Here, if the
Here, FIG. 3 conceptually shows the relationship between the position from the carry-in
As shown in FIG. 3A, when none of the first
As described above, according to the
As described above, the present invention has been described based on the embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and the configuration described in the above embodiments may be selected without departing from the gist of the present invention. It is possible to appropriately change the configuration.

Next, in the present embodiment, it is preferable to provide the carry-in
Moreover, the
The
