Claims (11)
- 取付軸部と、
前記取付軸部の一端に同心に一体に設けられ、軸体の端部を受け入れる円形の横断面形状を有する軸線方向孔が前記取付軸部の反対側の遊端に開口した筒状部を有し、
前記筒状部には、前記遊端またはその近傍に周方向の全周に亘って連続した部分を残して、軸線方向に前記遊端まで延在するすり割りが形成されており、
前記筒状部には前記すり割りを閉じる方向に作用するクランプ部材が取り付けられている軸端末用アダプタ。 - 前記周方向に連続した部分は、前記軸線方向孔の前記遊端またはその近傍の内周面を周方向の連続面とするように形成されている請求項1に記載の軸端末用アダプタ。
- 前記周方向に連続した部分は、前記筒状部の前記遊端の側の端面を周方向の連続面とするように形成されている請求項1または2に記載の軸端末用アダプタ。
- 前記すり割りは、前記取付軸部の側の基端またはその近傍に、周方向の全周に亘って連続した部分を残して形成されている請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の軸端末用アダプタ。
- 前記筒状部の周方向の複数箇所に各々径方向に貫通して前記軸線方向孔に開口したねじ孔を有し、前記ねじ孔の各々にねじ部材が前記軸体の外周面に当接可能にねじ係合している請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の軸端末用アダプタ。
- 前記軸体はボールねじ軸であり、前記ねじ部材の少なくとも一つは、前記ボールねじ軸のねじ溝に係合する請求項5に記載の軸端末用アダプタ。
- 前記筒状部の前記遊端とは軸線方向で見て反対の基端側にフランジ部が一体形成され、前記フランジ部の周方向の複数箇所に各々当該フランジ部を軸線方向に貫通する貫通孔が形成され、前記筒状部には前記貫通孔と同一軸線上にあって軸線方向に延在して前記基端の端面に開口する複数個のねじ孔が形成され、前記貫通孔の各々に挿入されたねじ部材が前記ねじ孔にねじ係合している請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の軸端末用アダプタ。
- 前記筒状部の前記遊端とは軸線方向で見て反対の基端側にフランジ部が一体形成され、前記フランジ部の周方向の複数箇所に各々当該フランジ部を軸線方向に貫通するねじ孔が形成され、前記ねじ孔の各々にねじ部材が前記基端の端面に当接可能にねじ係合している請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の軸端末用アダプタ。
- 前記クランプ部材として、前記すり割りをスリット幅方向に横切って延在して前記筒状部にねじ係合した締結ボルトが前記筒状部の軸線方向の少なくとも2箇所に設けられている請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の軸端末用アダプタ。
- 前記筒状部の外周面の軸線方向の少なくとも2箇所が先細のテーパ外周面になっており、前記クランプ部材として、前記テーパ外周面の各々と係合するテーパ内周面を有するコレットスリーブが前記筒状部に装着されている請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の軸端末用アダプタ。
- 請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の軸端末用アダプタにボールねじ軸が固定されているボールねじ組立体。
