Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fluid heater that heats a fluid to be heated, such as a gas, with an electric heater, and particularly relates to a fluid heater that can efficiently heat the fluid to be heated to a high temperature.
For example, a fluid heater that heats various fluids such as gas with an electric heater is known in which a sheathed heater is spirally wound around an outer peripheral surface portion of a channel pipe through which a fluid to be heated passes.
A sheathed heater is a sheath made of a heat-resistant metal, in which an insulator powder such as magnesia (magnesium oxide: MgO) is enclosed, and a heating wire such as a nichrome wire is embedded in the insulator powder. is there.
As an example of the fluid heater as described above, for example, in
In the existing fluid heater as described above, since the flow path tube through which the fluid to be heated passes is provided outside the sheath of the sheathed heater, the heat generated by the heating wire is applied to the insulator powder and the sheath surface. It will be transmitted to the surface of the channel pipe via the sequential.
In this case, the surface temperature of the sheath is relatively lowered with respect to the temperature of the heating wire and the insulator powder due to heat radiation (cooling) to the outside. In addition, the outlet temperature of the fluid to be heated is further lower than the surface temperature of the sheath due to the thermal resistance at the contact portion between the sheath and the channel tube, heat radiation from the channel tube to the outside, and the like.
On the other hand, because the heat generating wire has a heat-resistant temperature limitation, the temperature of the heat generating part cannot be increased without limit, and the maximum temperature that the outlet temperature of the heated fluid can reach must be considerably lower than this. In some cases, heating to a high temperature is difficult.
In particular, when the fluid to be heated is a relatively small amount of gas, the heat capacity of the fluid to be heated is small. In some cases, heating was impossible.
On the other hand, an attempt has been made to improve the thermal conductivity from the sheath to the flow channel tube by filling a heat conductive material between the surface of the sheath and the surface of the flow channel tube. It has not yet been resolved.
In addition, in order to heat a fluid having low thermal conductivity such as gas, the heating source needs to be higher than the fluid temperature. Conventionally, a heating wire such as a nichrome wire is exposed in the fluid. In some cases, the installation method was taken. However, in this case, there is a problem that nichrome wire or the like generates an oxide film in the course of use, and impurities such as the separated oxide film are mixed into the heated fluid. Furthermore, when the nichrome wire or the like is exposed and used, it is difficult to ensure electrical insulation, the insulation resistance is likely to decrease, and there is a concern about the occurrence of electric leakage.
In view of the problems described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a fluid heater that can efficiently heat a fluid to be heated to a high temperature.
The present invention solves the above-described problems by the following means.
The invention according to
According to this, the heat generated by the heating wire can be efficiently transmitted to the surface of the flow path tube via the insulator powder, and heat radiation (heat loss) from the flow path pipe to the outside can be suppressed. The heated fluid can be efficiently heated to a high temperature.
In particular, even when the fluid to be heated is a relatively small amount of gas, it can be heated until the outlet temperature is close to the heat-resistant limit temperature of the heating wire, and the outlet temperature should be high. Can do.
In addition, since the heating wire and the fluid to be heated are not in direct contact with each other, the oxide film formed on the surface of the heating wire is not peeled off and mixed into the fluid to be heated. It is possible to take it out.
Furthermore, since the heating wire is embedded in the insulator powder, electrical insulation is ensured, and a decrease in insulation resistance and leakage can be prevented.
The invention according to
According to this, by forming a heat insulating layer between the insulator holding member and the exterior member, heat radiation (heat loss) from the insulator holding member to the outside can be suppressed.
Moreover, heating efficiency can be improved by preheating the fluid to be heated that passes through the inside of the exterior member.
Furthermore, by suppressing heat dissipation from the insulator holding member to the outside, the temperature of the outer surface of the fluid heater can be reduced, the amount of heat insulating material provided outside the fluid heater can be reduced, or By omitting the heat insulating material, it is possible to reduce the size, weight, and cost of the device.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the insulator holding member is formed in a cylindrical shape, the flow passage tube is inserted from one end of the insulator holding member, and the passage direction of the fluid to be heated is It is configured to be reversed in the middle of the flow path, and a terminal portion for connecting the heating wire and the power source is provided at an end of the insulator holding member opposite to the side where the flow path tube is inserted. The fluid heater according to
According to this, the channel tube is configured to be inserted from one end portion of the insulator holding member formed in a cylindrical shape and inverted halfway, and the terminal portion is connected to the other end portion of the insulator holding member. By providing, the distance from the heat generating portion to the terminal portion can be secured, the terminal portion can be prevented from becoming high temperature, damage and deterioration due to heat can be suppressed, and reliability and durability can be improved.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the flow path pipe includes a first cylindrical body arranged so that an outer peripheral surface thereof is in contact with the insulator powder, and a first cylindrical body inserted into an inner diameter side of the first cylindrical body. And the heated fluid flows from one end side of the first cylindrical body to the inner peripheral surface of the first cylindrical body and the second cylindrical body. Introduced at a distance from the outer peripheral surface, flows into the second cylindrical body in the vicinity of the other end of the first cylindrical body, and passes through the second cylindrical body. The fluid heater according to claim 3, wherein the fluid heater is discharged.
According to this, the effect mentioned above can be acquired reliably with a simple configuration.
Further, the fluid to be heated while passing between the inner peripheral surface of the first cylindrical body and the outer peripheral surface of the second cylindrical body is kept warm inside the second cylindrical body. It can be discharged outside the heater.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fluid heater that can efficiently heat a fluid to be heated to a high temperature.
An object of the present invention is to provide a fluid heater capable of efficiently heating a fluid to be heated to a high temperature. At least a part of a flow path tube through which the fluid to be heated passes is inserted into a heater cylinder, and a heating wire is embedded. Insulator powder has been solved by directly contacting the outer peripheral surface of the pipeline through which the fluid to be heated passes.

Further, the flow direction of the fluid to be heated is reversed again in the vicinity of the
