Abstract
Description
− 中空軸として形成された第一の駆動軸を有する第一のモーター駆動ユニットを有し、
− 第一のモーター駆動ユニットにより駆動され、かつ、第一のリードスクリュー及び当該リードスクリューと係合している第一のねじナットを有する第一の回転変換ギアを有し、その際、第一のモーター駆動ユニットの駆動軸は第一のリードスクリューとして形成されており、
− 第一のモーター駆動ユニットに対して軸方向に配置され、かつ駆動軸を有する第二のモーター駆動ユニットを有し、そして、
− 第二のモーター駆動ユニットによって駆動され、かつ、第二のリードスクリュー及び当該第二のリードスクリューと係合している第二のねじナットを有する第二の回転ギアを有し、その際、第二のモーター駆動ユニットの駆動軸は、中空軸を介して第二のリードスクリューと回転不能に接続されている。

Claims (11)
- リニアな調整力の発生の為のリニアアクチュエータ(1)であって、
− 有空軸として形成された第一の駆動軸(11)を有する第一のモーター駆動ユニット(10)を有し、
− 第一のリードスクリュー(21)及び該リードスクリューと係合する第一のねじナット(22)を有し、第一のモーター駆動ユニット(10)によって駆動される第一の回転変換ギア(20)を有し、その際、第一のモーター駆動ユニット(10)の駆動軸(11)は第一のリードスクリュー(21)として形成されており、
− 第一のモーター駆動ユニット(10)に対して軸方向に配置され、かつ駆動軸(31)を有する第二のモーター駆動ユニット(30)を有し、
− 第二のモーター駆動ユニット(30)によって駆動され、かつ第二のリードスクリュー(41)と、該第二のリードスクリュー(41)と係合するねじナット(42)を有する第二の回転変換ギア(40)を有し、その際、第二のモーター駆動ユニット(30)の駆動軸(31)が中空軸(11)を介して第二のリードスクリュー(41)と回転不能に接続されているリニアアクチュエータ(1)。 - リニアな調整力の発生の為、第一のねじナット(22)が第一の力伝達要素(23.1,23.2)と、そして第二のねじナット(42)が第二の力伝達要素(43.1,43.2)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 第一及び第二の力伝達要素(23.1,23.2,43.1,43.2)が、液圧又は空圧の発生の為、液圧又は空圧ブロック(50)と協働することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 第一及び第二の力伝達要素が、液圧又は空圧ピストン(23.1,23.2,43.1,43.2)として形成されており、これらが、液圧又は空圧ブロック(50)内に配置され、かつ液圧又は空圧ピストン(23.1,23.2,43.1,43.2)に合わせられたシリンダー形状のチャンバー(51.1,51.2)と協働することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 第一及び第二の回転変換ギア(20,40)が液圧又は空圧ブロック(50)の反対の側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 第一及び第二の駆動ユニット(10,30)が、第一の回転変換ギア(20)と共に第一のハウジング(2)内に配置されており、このハウジングが液圧又は空圧ブロック(50)にフランジ係止されていることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 第二の回転変換ギア(40)が第二のハウジング(3)内に配置されており、この第二のハウジングが、液圧又は空圧ブロック(50)にフランジ係止されていることを特徴とする請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 第一及び第二の駆動ユニット(10,30)が其々電動モーターとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 第一のねじナット(22)が第一の駆動ユニット(10)の回転子によって少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 第一及び第二の回転変換ギアが其々ボールスクリューとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
- 第一及び第二の駆動ユニット(10,30)に其々制御ユニット(4,5)が付設されており、その際、制御ユニット(4,5)が同一に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のリニアアクチュエータ(1)。
