Description
Claims (19)
- 熱交換器用チューブであって、前記チューブの少なくとも一部が長手方向において可変断面を有している、熱交換器用チューブにおいて、断面積が、前記チューブの外端の近くの最大値から前記チューブの反対側の外端の近くの最小値に減少していることを特徴とする、熱交換器用チューブ。
- 前記断面の周囲形状が、前記チューブの長手方法において変化していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチューブ。
- 前記断面の前記周囲と前記面積との比率は、前記チューブの外端の近くの最小値から前記チューブの反対側の外端の近くの最大値に増大していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のチューブ。
- 前記断面の前記周囲と前記面積との前記比率は、前記断面積が減少する前記チューブの方向において増大していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のチューブ。
- 前記一方の外端の近くの前記周囲形状は、丸形であり、前記他方の外端近くにおいて扁平形状を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2−4のいずれかに記載のチューブ。
- 前記一方の外端の近くの前記周囲形状は、丸形であり、前記他方の外端の近くにおいて星形になっていることを特徴とする、請求項2−4のいずれかに記載のチューブ。
- 前記断面の前記面積および/または前記周囲形状の変動は、前記チューブの壁の少なくとも一部を変形させることによって、達成されるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項2−6のいずれかに記載のチューブ。
- 前記チューブの断面ごとに前記断面を包絡する線が画定されており、前記包絡線は、前記チューブの長さに沿って等しくなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のチューブ。
- 前記可変周囲形状は、前記チューブ壁の少なくとも1つの部分的に内方に折畳まれた部分によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載のチューブ。
- 前記断面の前記面積および/または前記周囲長さの変動は、緩慢であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のチューブ。
- 第1の媒体のための請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つのチューブを備える熱交換器であって、前記少なくとも1つのチューブが、該チューブに沿って流れる第2の媒体と熱交換接触するようになっている、熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのチューブは、前記第2の媒体が流入するハウジング内に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の媒体は、加熱媒体であり、前記少なくとも1つのチューブは、熱源に接続されており、その一方、前記第2の媒体は、熱吸収媒体であることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記断面積が最大であり、および/または前記断面の前記周囲と前記面積との前記比率が最小値を有する、前記少なくとも1つのチューブの前記外端は、前記熱源に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ハウジングは、第1の側部またはその近くに形成された前記第2の媒体用流入開口および第2の側部またはその近くに形成された前記第2の媒体用流出開口を有しており、 多数のチューブが、前記ハウジング内に互いに平行に配置されており、前記流入開口および前記流出開口を相互に接続する線と交差していることを特徴とする、請求項12−14のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流入開口および流出開口を有する前記ハウジングは、セントラルヒーティング設備内の回路の一部を構成しており、前記チューブは、加熱バーナの煙道ダクトの一部を構成していることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流入開口および前記流出開口を有する前記ハウジングは、水道水導管の一部を構成しており、前記チューブは、加熱バーナの煙道ダクトの一部を構成していることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の熱交換器。
- 加熱バーナと、1つまたは複数の区域に沿って延在する回路であって、該回路内を媒体が循環するようになっている、回路と、前記バーナおよび前記回路を相互に接続する請求項12−16のいずれかに記載の熱交換器と、を備えるセントラルヒーティング設備。
- 加熱バーナと、水源から取水点に延在する水導管と、前記バーナおよび前記水導管を相互に接続する請求項12〜17のいずれかに記載の熱交換器と、を備える給湯システム。
