このスリットストッパは、装置の主平面にほぼ平行であり、内面から外面まで延在し、かつ互いに接触して当接し、分注すべき製品からの圧力下で、スリットストッパの弾性変形によって、装置の主平面に垂直な動きに従って移動して離れることができる2つの対面した壁を備えるスリットを備え、
このスリットストッパは、内面に形成され、各々がスリットの壁まで内方に延在する2つの傾斜面を備える溝を備えることを特徴とする分注装置を開示している。

Claims (10)
- 流体製品を分注するための装置(10)であって、
前記装置(10)の主平面(A)に垂直な平面に延在し、中央ハウジング(14)を備える本体(12)と、
前記本体(12)の前記中央ハウジング(14)内に配置され、弾性的に変形可能な材料から形成され、かつ外面(20)、内面(22)、および周囲壁(24)によって区切られたスリットストッパ(18)と、
を備え、
前記スリットストッパ(18)は、前記装置(10)の前記主平面(A)にほぼ平行なスリット(30)を備え、該スリットは、前記内面(22)から前記外面(20)まで延在し、かつ2つの対面した壁(30a、30b)を備え、該対面した壁は、互いに接触して当接し、かつ分注される前記製品からの圧力下で、前記スリットストッパ(18)の弾性変形によって、前記装置(10)の前記主平面(A)に垂直な動きに従って移動して離れることができ、
前記スリットストッパ(18)は、前記内面(22)に形成された溝(32)を備え、該溝は、各々が前記スリット(30)の前記壁(30a、30b)まで内方に延在する2つの傾斜面(34)を備えることを特徴とする装置(10)。 - 前記スリットストッパ(18)は、その周囲壁(24)から突出したリブ(26)を備え、該リブは、前記中央ハウジング(14)内の付随する溝(28)に嵌合し、半径方向間隙が、前記半径方向溝(28)の底部と、前記リブ(26)の自由端と、の間に存在すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記本体(12)が、殺菌性または少なくとも静菌性材料で形成された層(38)によって被覆された外面(20)を備え、前記材料層(38)が中央開口(40)を備え、その開口部を前記スリットストッパ(18)が貫通し、したがって前記スリットストッパ(18)の前記外面(20)が、前記材料層(38)の前記外面(20)と同一平面となることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記材料層(38)が、前記本体(12)の前記外面(36)上に金属を積層させることによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記材料層(38)が、前記本体(12)の前記外面(36)を被覆した状態で、前記本体(12)上に圧着された金属板から成ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記材料層(38)が、銅または銀から形成されることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記材料層(38)の前面(38a)と前記スリットストッパ(18)の前記外面(20)とが、平面状、凹状、または凸状の塗布表面を形成することを特徴とする請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記製品を収容している容器(16)との一体部品から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記容器が剛体であり、移動壁(42)と、前記装置(10)が固定される固定壁と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記容器が剛体であり、前記装置(10)が固定される移動壁(42)を備えることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の装置(10)。
