Claims (15)
- 軸空気軸受装置(13)であって、
シャフトを軸方向に載せ受ける端面(20)を有する基部サポート(2)と、
前記端面(20)に配置されている複数の支圧板(3)と、
前記基部サポート(2)と各支圧板(3)との間に配置されている複数のバネ板(4)とを備え、
少なくとも組をなす前記支圧板(3)および前記バネ板(4)は、別途の板として分離設計されており、
少なくともそれぞれの場合において、前記バネ板(4)および/または支圧板(3)上に位置する締付タブ(5)一つを更に備え、前記締付タブ(5)は、前記基部サポート(2)における切り欠き(6)の中へ突出していることを特徴とする、軸空気軸受装置。 - 前記基部サポート(2)への固定に用いられるバネ素子(8)が、少なくとも一つの締付タブ(5)の上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸空気軸受装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの締付タブ(5)が第1対の前記バネ板(4)上に形成され、第2対の前記支圧板(3)上に別の切り欠き(14)が形成され、第1対の前記バネ板(4)の前記締付タブ(5)は、第2対の前記支圧板(3)の前記切り欠き(14)に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の軸空気軸受装置。
- バネ板保持領域(18)が少なくとも一つのバネ板(4)上に形成され、支圧板保持領域(19)が少なくとも一つの支圧板(3)上に形成され、第1対の前記バネ板(4)の前記バネ板保持領域(18)は、第2対の前記支圧板(3)の前記支圧板保持領域(19)と重なり合うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の軸空気軸受装置。
- 前記バネ板保持領域(18)を備える前記バネ板(4)は、前記支圧板保持領域(19)を下向きに押し付けることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の軸空気軸受装置。
- 前記締付タブ(5)は、前記バネ素子(8)により、型嵌め方式で前記基部サポート(2)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の軸空気軸受装置。
- 前記締付タブ(5)は、前記バネ素子(8)により、圧力嵌め方式で前記基部サポート(2)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の軸空気軸受装置。
- 前記バネ素子(8)を持つ前記締付タブ(5)は、前記支圧板(3)または前記バネ板(4)と一体化していることを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の軸空気軸受装置。
- 前記基部サポート(2)、並びに少なくとも一つの支圧板(3)および/または少なくとも一つのバネ板(4)に位置する通気口(17)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の軸空気軸受装置。
- ラジアル空気軸受装置(1)であって、
シャフトを半径方向に載せ受ける円筒形凹所(7)を有する基部サポート(2)と、
前記凹所(7)に配置されている複数の支圧板(3)と、
前記基部サポート(2)と各支圧板(3)との間に配置されている複数のバネ板(4)とを備え、
少なくとも組をなす前記支圧板(3)および前記バネ板(4)は、別途の板として分離設計されており、
少なくともそれぞれの場合において、前記バネ板(4)および/または支圧板(3)上に位置する締付タブ(5)一つを更に備え、前記締付タブ(5)は、前記基部サポート(2)における切り欠き(6)の中へ突出していることを特徴とする、ラジアル空気軸受装置。 - 前記基部サポート(2)への固定に用いられるバネ素子(8)が、少なくとも一つの締付タブ(5)の上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のラジアル空気軸受装置。
- 前記締付タブ(5)は、前記バネ素子(8)により、型嵌め方式で前記基部サポート(2)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のラジアル空気軸受装置。
- 前記締付タブ(5)は、前記バネ素子(8)により、圧力嵌め方式で前記基部サポート(2)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載のラジアル空気軸受装置。
- 前記バネ素子(8)は、前記基部サポート(2)の半径外側において、その裏側で係合していることを特徴とする、請求項11〜13のうちいずれか一項に記載のラジアル空気軸受装置。
- 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に記載の軸空気軸受装置および/または請求項10〜14のうちいずれか一項に記載のラジアル空気軸受装置を有することを特徴とする、ターボチャージャ。
