Abstract
Description
本願は、参照することにより本明細書に組み込まれる、2013年3月15日出願の米国特許出願第61/800,014号及び2013年12月19日出願の同第61/917,943号の利益を主張するものである。
本発明は、概してオートインジェクタ及びプレフィルド注射器に関し、より具体的には、収縮状態で保管され、薬剤の生成又は再構成を可能にする、オートインジェクタに関する。
Claims (18)
- 第1及び第2チャンバの間に配置される流体チャネルを備えるハウジングであって、当初は乾燥薬剤が前記流体チャネルと直接接触しており、前記第1チャンバが湿潤コンポーネントを保管するように構成されている、ハウジングと、
前記第1及び第2チャンバの間に配置される移動体と、
前記移動体の一部を前記第1及び第2チャンバの一部に入らせて、前記流体チャネルと前記第1及び第2チャンバとの間に流体連通をもたらし、したがって、前記流体チャネルを通って前記第1チャンバから前記第2チャンバへと前記湿潤コンポーネントの一部を押し込むように構成されている作動装置と、を備える薬剤混合システム。 - 前記第2チャンバが第2湿潤コンポーネントを保管するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の薬剤混合システム。
- 前記流体チャネルが前記移動体内に配置される、請求項1に記載の薬剤混合システム。
- 前記作動装置によって生じた前記流体連通が、前記第1チャンバ内の前記湿潤コンポーネント及び乾燥薬剤コンポーネントを前記流体チャネルと接触させて、混合させる、請求項1に記載の薬剤混合システム。
- 前記第2チャンバと流体連通する針アセンブリを更に備える、請求項1に記載の薬剤混合システム。
- 第2作動装置が、混合された湿潤及び乾燥薬剤コンポーネントに前記第2チャンバから針アセンブリを通過させる、請求項4に記載の薬剤混合システム。
- 前記第1及び第2湿潤コンポーネントが酸又は塩基のいずれかからなる、請求項2に記載の薬剤混合システム。
- 前記第1及び第2湿潤コンポーネントが混合して、乾燥薬剤の溶解を促進する、請求項7に記載の薬剤混合システム。
- 前記ハウジングに取り付けられた入れ子式コンポーネントを更に備え、前記入れ子式コンポーネントの伸長が前記作動装置を作動させる、請求項1に記載の薬剤混合システム。
- 前記ハウジングに取り付けられた折り畳み式コンポーネントを更に含み、前記折り畳み式コンポーネントを広げることが前記作動装置を作動させる、請求項1に記載の薬剤混合システム。
- 第1及び第2チャンバの間に配置される流体チャネルを備えるハウジングであって、当初は乾燥薬剤が前記流体チャネルと直接接触しており、前記第1チャンバが湿潤コンポーネントを保管するように構成されている、ハウジングと、
前記第1及び第2チャンバの間に配置される移動体と、
前記移動体の一部を前記第1及び第2チャンバの一部に入らせて、前記流体チャネルと前記第1及び第2チャンバとの間に流体連通をもたらし、したがって、前記流体チャネルを通って前記第1チャンバから前記第2チャンバへと前記湿潤コンポーネントの一部を押し込むように構成されている第1作動装置と、
少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング内に配置される送達アセンブリと、
第2作動装置であって、起動時に前記移動体を前記第2チャンバの一部に入らせ、前記第2チャンバと前記送達アセンブリとの間に流体連通をもたらし、混合された湿潤コンポーネント及び乾燥薬剤に前記送達アセンブリを通過させる第2作動装置と、を備える、薬剤混合及び送達システム。 - 前記ハウジングに組み込まれ、前記ハウジングの有効長を増加させるように構成されている、伸長コンポーネントを更に備える、請求項11に記載の薬剤混合及び送達システム。
- 前記伸長コンポーネントが入れ子式コンポーネントである、請求項12に記載の薬剤混合及び送達システム。
- 前記伸長コンポーネントが折り畳み式コンポーネントである、請求項12に記載の薬剤混合及び送達システム。
- 前記伸長コンポーネントの伸長が、前記第1作動装置を作動させる、請求項12に記載の薬剤混合及び送達システム。
- 安全装置が準備完了位置にあるとき、前記第2作動装置を作動できるように構成されている前記安全装置を更に備える、請求項11に記載の薬剤混合及び送達システム。
- 前記第1作動装置が予荷重バネからなる、請求項11に記載の薬剤混合及び送達システム。
- 前記流体チャネルの側壁の一部に形成される複数の溝を更に備える、請求項1に記載の流体チャネル。
