Description
Claims (15)
- 構造体(102)によって画定された長軸方向に延在している空洞(C)内に収納されるよう構成されている、以下を具備する補強要素(104):
そこに適用されている結合材料(108、160)を有する、ベース部(106);及び
前記ベース部(106)に対して可動する部材(110、150)であって、前記補強要素(104)が前記空洞C内に収納されるときに、前記ベース部(106)から選択的に離れて拡がり、かつ前記ベース部(106)と長軸方向に整列するように構成されており、それにより前記部材(110、150)が前記ベース部(106)に関して第一の位置にある場合には、第一の長さ(L1)を画定し、そして前記部材(110、150)が前記ベース部(106)に関して離れて拡がりかつその長軸方向に整列している第二の位置にある場合には、前記第一の長さ(L1)よりも長い第二の長さ(L1+L2)を画定する、部材(110、150)。 - 前記ベース部(106)に前記部材(110)を固定しているヒンジ(114)をさらに具備しており、それにより前記部材(110)が前記ベース部(106)に関して回転することができるようになっており、前記ヒンジ(114)は、前記部材(110)の第一の端部を前記ベース部(106)の端部に接続し、それにより前記第二の長さ(L1+L2)が、前記部材(110)の長さ(L1)と前記ベース部(106)の長さ(L2)との組み合わせた長さとほぼ同じになっている、請求項1に記載の補強要素(104)。

- 少なくとも一つの前記部材(110、150)及び前記ベース部(106)が、プラスチック材料で形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の補強要素(104)。
- 前記部材(150)が、前記ベース部(106)から選択的に取り外し可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の補強要素(104)。
- 前記部材(150)が、前記ベース部材の中央通路内に収納される押出板を具備しており、前記押出板は、前記接着剤(160)を前記中央通路に押出すように構成され、ここで前記接着剤(160)は前記中央通路にあらかじめ堆積されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の補強要素(104)。
- 前記ベース部(106)が、前記ベース部材の外壁を貫通して延在している、少なくとも一つの通路(148)を有する、請求項1に記載の補強要素(104)。
- 前記結合材料(108、160)が、構造発泡体及び構造接着剤のうち少なくとも一つを有している、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の補強要素(104)。
- 前記ベース部(106)が、プラスチック材料及び金属材料の一つから構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の補強要素(104)。
- 前記ベース部(106)が押出されていることにより、前記ベース部(106)が、前記ベース部(106)の長さ(L2)の少なくとも部分に沿って、所定の断面形状を画定している、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の補強要素(104)。
- 前記結合部材(108、160)が、熱に応じて膨張又は硬化するように構成されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の補強要素(104)。
- 前記ベース部(106)が、前記第一の長さ(L2)を画定しており、前記第一の長さ(L2)が、前記構造体(102)によって画定される前記第二の長さ(L1+L2+L3)の約20%から60%の間である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の補強要素(104)。
- 前記空洞(C)を画定している前記構造体(102)をさらに具備する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の補強要素(104)。
- 構造体(102)によって画定される、長軸方向に延在する前記空洞(C)内に収納されるように構成された前記補強要素(104)を製造する方法(700)であって、以下を含む方法:
そこに適用されている結合材料(108、160)を有するベース部(106)を提供すること;及び
部材(110,150)を前記ベース部(106)に連結すること、ここで前記部材(110、150)は、前記補強要素(104)が前記空洞C内に収納されるときに、前記ベース部(106)から選択的に離れて拡がり、かつ前記ベース部(106)と長軸方向に整列するように構成されており、それにより前記部材が前記ベース部(106)に関して第一の位置にある場合には、第一の長さ(L1)を画定し、そして前記部材が前記ベース部(106)に関して離れて拡がりかつその長軸方向に整列している第二の位置にある場合には、前記第一の長さ(L1)よりも長い第二の長さ(L1+L2)を画定する。 - 前記補強要素(104)を長軸方向に延在している前記構造体(102)内に挿入することをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
