Claims (17)
- 鉛筆硬度6H〜8Hの高硬度ハードコート層、透明(メタ)アクリル系樹脂層、及びウレタン結合含有アクリル系樹脂を含む耐衝撃ハードコート層を順次に含む、透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記耐衝撃ハードコート層は、ヒドロキシ基含有アクリル系モノマーと、重量平均分子量が1,000〜15,000のポリイソシアネートオリゴマーが熱硬化されて形成されたウレタン結合含有アクリル系樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートオリゴマーは、イソホロン系ポリイソシアネートオリゴマーである、請求項2に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記ウレタン結合含有アクリル系樹脂は、前記ヒドロキシ基含有アクリル系モノマー及びアクリル系モノマーのモノマー総和70〜95重量%、及び前記ポリイソシアネートオリゴマー5〜30重量%の含量比で熱硬化されて形成された、請求項2に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記耐衝撃ハードコート層は、3官能または4官能であって、末端にアクリル系二重結合を有するウレタン結合含有アクリル系樹脂を光硬化して形成された、請求項1に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記耐衝撃ハードコート層の硬度は、4H〜5Hの鉛筆硬度を有する、請求項1に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記高硬度ハードコート層及び前記耐衝撃ハードコート層の厚さ比は、1:1.2〜1:1.5である、請求項1に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記高硬度ハードコート層の厚さは、5μm〜12μmである、請求項1に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記透明(メタ)アクリル系樹脂層の厚さは、0.5mm〜1.5mmである、請求項1に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記耐衝撃ハードコート層の厚さは、7μm〜16μmである、請求項1に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記高硬度ハードコート層は、アクリル系化合物、エポキシ系化合物、ケイ素化合物、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記透明(メタ)アクリル系樹脂層は、ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 前記透明樹脂積層体の光透過度は、90〜100%である、請求項1に記載の透明樹脂積層体。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の透明樹脂積層体をカバーシートとして含み、前記高硬度ハードコート層が外部に向かうように積層された、タッチスクリーンパネル。
- 一面に導電層が形成された伝導性プラスチックフィルム、粘着フィルム、及び前記透明樹脂積層体が順次に積層された、請求項14に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記透明樹脂積層体は、前記粘着フィルムと前記耐衝撃ハードコート層が接する方向に積層された、請求項15に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記伝導性プラスチックフィルムは、一面にITO電極層が形成された透明プラスチックフィルムである、請求項15に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
