Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a leakage detection device that detects that a power source used for traveling of a vehicle has a leakage.
Usually, the power source used for running the vehicle is insulated from the body earth of the vehicle. However, electric leakage may occur due to a decrease in insulation between the vehicle and the body earth. Therefore, there is a ground fault detection circuit disclosed in Patent Document 1 as an example of a technique for detecting a leakage.
The ground fault detection circuit includes an oscillation output unit, a band pass filter, an amplification circuit unit, a microcomputer, an output impedance element, and a coupling capacitor. The oscillation output unit amplifies the voltage and current of the pulse voltage output from the microcomputer and has a small output impedance. The oscillation output unit applies a pulse voltage to the negative terminal of the high-voltage battery through the output impedance element composed of a resistor and a coupling capacitor in order. The band pass filter extracts an AC voltage between the connection point between the output impedance element and the coupling capacitor and the ground, and outputs the AC voltage to the next amplifier circuit unit. The amplifier circuit unit amplifies the input AC voltage and outputs it to the microcomputer. Then, the microcomputer determines the ground fault by determining the level of the input voltage.
In the ground fault detection circuit, a band-pass filter is provided as a countermeasure against noise applied from the vehicle side, and only the oscillation frequency and the nearby band component are filtered by the band-pass filter, and the filtered voltage is amplified by the amplifier circuit unit. Is input to the microcomputer. However, the band-pass filter cannot completely remove the noise at the oscillation frequency and in the vicinity thereof. For this reason, in the ground fault detection circuit, there is a problem that an erroneous determination of a ground fault, that is, an erroneous detection of electric leakage occurs.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a leakage detection device that can suppress erroneous detection of leakage.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides:
An electric leakage detection device for detecting electric leakage from a power source (20) used for traveling of a vehicle to a body earth of the vehicle insulated from the power source,
A generator (60) that is connected to a power source via a detection resistor (50) and a coupling capacitor (40), and generates an AC voltage for detecting leakage;
A noise removing filter (70) for removing noise from a voltage value obtained by dividing the AC voltage by the detection resistor and the insulation resistance between the power source and the body earth;
An AD converter (12) that AD converts the output voltage output from the noise removal filter;
A processing unit (11) for detecting whether or not there is a leakage based on an AD conversion value by the AD conversion unit;
An edge detector (13) for detecting at least one of a rising edge and a falling edge of the output voltage, and
The processing unit counts the edges detected by the edge detection unit, and whether or not noise is superimposed on the output voltage depending on whether or not the count value counted within a predetermined time has reached a preset noise determination threshold value. When the count value reaches the noise determination threshold value, it is determined that noise is superimposed on the output voltage, and leakage detection based on the AD conversion value is prohibited.
As described above, according to the present invention, the output voltage after passing through the noise removal filter is monitored by two systems of the AD conversion value and the count value. The processing unit determines whether noise is superimposed on the output voltage based on the count value obtained by the edge detection unit counting the edges of the output voltage. Therefore, the processing unit can determine whether noise is superimposed on the output voltage after passing through the noise removal filter. That is, the processing unit can determine whether noise is superimposed on the output voltage that is AD-converted by the AD conversion unit.
Further, the processing unit detects whether or not there is a leakage based on the AD conversion value by the AD conversion unit. Since the AD conversion unit performs AD conversion on the output voltage, if noise is superimposed on the output voltage, the AD conversion is performed on the output voltage on which the noise is superimposed.
However, when the processing unit determines that noise is superimposed on the output voltage, the processing unit prohibits detection of electric leakage based on the AD conversion value. For this reason, this invention can suppress the misdetection of the leak which arises by detecting a leak based on the AD conversion value obtained by AD-converting the output voltage on which the noise was superimposed.

It is not limited.
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The leakage detection device is mounted on the vehicle together with the assembled
The assembled
As shown in FIG. 1, the leakage detection device includes a
The
The A /
The
As described above, the leakage detecting device can perform AD conversion and edge detection with a device built in the
The
Further, the
The noise determination threshold value is set in advance based on the amplitude of the AC voltage generated by the detection
The
The detection
The
When the leakage detection device is mounted on the vehicle, noise may be input by the operation of a peripheral device mounted on the vehicle together with the leakage detection device. In addition, this noise may include noise in the pass band of the
This point will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7 as an example. FIG. 6 shows an input waveform, and the upper part of FIG. 7 shows noise of several hundred Hz and noise of several tens Hz. In the lower part of FIG. 7, the two-dot chain line is a waveform when noise is not input, and the solid line is a waveform when noise is input. When no noise is input, the leakage detection device determines that the leakage has occurred because the output voltage does not reach the leakage detection threshold Vth3 as indicated by the two-dot chain line in the lower part of FIG. In addition, when noise is input to the leakage detection device, the output voltage may reach the leakage detection threshold Vth3 as shown by the solid line in the lower part of FIG. At this time, the leakage detection device determines that it is not leakage (that is, erroneous detection) even though the leakage actually occurs.
In particular, in the case of noise of several tens of Hz, the output voltage of the
In order to suppress the noise in the pass band, a method of strengthening the filter and narrowing the pass band width can be considered. However, this method has a concern that the cost of the filter component increases and the durability decreases. For this reason, the leakage detection device employs the
Here, the processing operation of the leakage detection device will be described with reference to FIGS.
When the rising edge is detected at the
Moreover, the
In step S30, it is determined whether or not it is equal to or less than a rising frequency threshold and is equal to or lower than a falling frequency threshold. The
When it is determined that the
In the normal state in which noise shown in the middle part of FIG. 5 is not mixed, the output waveform reaches the falling threshold value Vth2 at each of timings t1 to t3, but does not reach the rising threshold value Vth1. Thus, in the present embodiment, an example is adopted in which the number of rising edge detections is 0 and the number of falling edge detections is 1 per predetermined time (one cycle of the input waveform) in normal times. For this reason, in this embodiment, the rising frequency threshold is set to 0, and the falling frequency threshold is set to 1. Therefore, when the output waveform shown in the middle stage of FIG. 5 is obtained, the
On the other hand, at the time of noise mixing shown in the lower part of FIG. 5, the output waveform reaches the rising threshold Vth1 at each of timings t11 to t13, and reaches the falling threshold Vth2 at each of timings t21 to t29. In such a case, the
In step S31, the maximum value is adopted as the leakage determination voltage. The
In step S32, the noise superimposition flag is turned off. The
In step S35, a fail safe value is adopted as the leakage determination voltage. The
In step S36, the noise superimposition flag is turned on. The
Moreover, the
In step S40, it is determined whether or not the noise superimposition flag is off. If the
If the
In step S41, it is determined whether or not the leakage flag is on. The
In step S42, it is determined whether or not leakage determination voltage> leakage release threshold. When the
In step S44, it is determined whether or not leakage determination voltage <leakage detection threshold value. If the

As described above, the leakage detection device monitors the output voltage after passing through the
Further, the
