前記開閉蓋の洗濯機後方側を構成し、表面に１枚ガラス板が形成されている後部開閉蓋と、
前記開閉蓋の洗濯機前方側を構成し、表面に取っ手が設けられている前部開閉蓋と、
前記後部開閉蓋と前記前部開閉蓋とを連結し、当該後部開閉蓋と前部開閉蓋とで前記開閉蓋の２つ折り開きを可能とする第２ヒンジ部とを備え、
洗濯機前方から見た前記開閉蓋の長さのうち前記後部開閉蓋の長さが２分の１を超え、当該開閉蓋を前記２つ折り開きにしたときに当該後部開閉蓋の先端は前記洗濯機の上方に設けられた乾燥機又は当該乾燥機を支持しているスタンドに達しない
