Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る燃料充填方法が適用された水素充填システムSの構成を示す図である。水素充填システムSは、水素ガスを流体燃料として走行する燃料電池車両Vと、この車両Vの水素タンク31に水素ガスを供給する外部充填装置としての水素ステーション9と、を組み合わせて構成される。以下では、始めに車両V側の構成について説明し、次に水素ステーション9側の構成について説明する。
燃料電池車両Vは、水素ステーション9から供給された水素ガスを貯蔵する水素タンクシステム3と、水素タンクシステム3に関する情報を含んだデータ信号を生成する充填演算ECU6と、充填演算ECU6で生成したデータ信号を水素ステーション9へ送信する赤外線送信器5と、を備える。なお図1には、車両Vのうち、車体や、水素タンクシステム3に貯蔵された水素ガスを用いて発電する燃料電池システムの構成や、燃料電池システムによって発電した電力を利用して車体を移動させる駆動系等の構成については図示を省略する。
水素ステーション9は、車両Vに供給するための水素ガスが高圧で貯蔵されている水素貯蔵タンク91と、水素貯蔵タンク91から作業者が直接操作する充填ノズル92に至る充填流路93と、充填流路93に設けられた流量制御弁94と、充填流路93を流れる水素ガスの流量(以下、「充填流量」という)を制御するために流量制御弁94を開閉するステーションECU95と、を備える。
図3は、水素充填システムにおいて水素ガスを充填する手順を示すフローチャートである。この処理は、水素ステーションの充填ノズルが車両のレセプタクルに接続され、水素ガスの充填とIR通信が可能な状態となったことに応じて開始する。

Claims (10)
- 燃料タンクに関する情報を外部へ送信する送信器を有する車両と、前記車両から送信された情報を用いて前記燃料タンクへ燃料を充填する外部充填装置と、を備えた燃料充填システムの燃料充填方法であって、
所定の充填制御則の下で前記外部充填装置から前記燃料タンクへ燃料を充填する充填工程と、
前記送信器から送信される情報を用いて、前記充填工程を開始した後の判定期間内における燃料の充填量を算出する第1充填量算出工程と、
前記外部充填装置に設けられた質量流量計を用いて、前記判定期間内における燃料の充填量を算出する第2充填量算出工程と、
前記第1充填量算出工程によって得られる充填量と前記第2充填量算出工程によって得られる充填量との差が所定の許容範囲内であるか否かを判定する判定工程と、を備え、
前記充填工程では、燃料の充填を開始した後、前記判定工程において得られた判定結果に応じて前記充填制御則を変えることを特徴とする燃料充填方法。 - 前記充填工程は、充填を開始してから前記判定結果が得られるまでの期間を含む第1充填工程と、当該第1充填工程の終了以降の第2充填工程と、に分けられ、
前記送信器から送信される情報は、前記燃料タンク内の燃料の状態に関する状態情報と、前記燃料タンクの容積値を含む固有情報と、を含み、
前記第1充填工程では、前記判定結果が得られていない状態であっても前記状態情報及び前記固有情報を用いた充填制御則の下で燃料を充填し、
前記第2充填工程では、前記差が前記許容範囲内であると判定された場合には前記状態情報及び前記固有情報又はこれと等価な情報を用いた充填制御則の下で燃料を充填することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料充填方法。 - 前記第1充填工程を行っている間の所定の第0時刻及び第1時刻に取得した値を用いて、下記式によって前記燃料タンクの容積の推定値V´を算出する容積推定工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料充填方法。
- 前記第1充填工程では、前記第0時刻及び前記第1時刻において燃料の充填を一時的に停止し、
前記“P0”及び“P1”は、それぞれ前記第0時刻及び前記第1時刻における前記外部充填装置に設けられた圧力センサの計測値であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料充填方法。 - 前記第2充填工程では、前記判定工程において前記差が前記許容範囲内であると判定されかつ前記固有情報から得られる容積値と前記容積推定工程によって得られる推定値との差が所定の誤差範囲内である場合には、前記固有情報から得られる容積値又は前記容積推定工程によって得られる推定値を用いた充填制御則の下で燃料を充填することを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の燃料充填方法。
- 前記第1充填工程では、燃料の充填を開始した時点からの前記燃料タンク内の燃料の圧力変化量、質量変化量、温度変化量、密度変化量、及び燃料の充填を開始した時点からの経過時間のうち何れかがそれぞれに対して設定された判定閾値を超えるまで燃料を充填することを特徴とする請求項2から5の何れかに記載の燃料充填方法。
- 前記判定閾値は、前記第1充填工程中における過昇温の発生を防止できる範囲内のうち最も大きな値に設定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料充填方法。
- 前記第1充填工程では前記第2充填工程の開始直後において取り得る流量のうち最も少ない最低流量以下の流量で燃料を充填することを特徴とする請求項2から7の何れかに記載の燃料充填方法。
- 前記第2充填工程では、前記判定工程において前記差が前記許容範囲内であると判定された場合には、前記送信器から送信される状態情報を用いて前記燃料タンク内に存在する燃料量を算出し、当該燃料量に基づいて充填を完了する時期を決定する充填制御則の下で燃料を充填することを特徴とする請求項2から8の何れかに記載の燃料充填方法。
- 燃料を貯蔵する燃料タンク及び当該燃料タンクに関する情報を外部へ送信する送信器を有する車両と、
前記車両から送信される情報を受信する受信器、前記燃料タンクへ充填される燃料の質量流量を測定する質量流量計、及び所定の充填制御則の下で前記燃料タンクへの燃料の充填を制御する充填制御手段を有する外部充填装置と、を備えた燃料充填システムであって、
前記送信器から送信される情報を用いて、前記充填制御手段によって燃料の充填を開始した後の判定期間内における燃料の充填量を算出する第1充填量算出手段と、
前記質量流量計を用いて、前記判定期間内における燃料の充填量を算出する第2充填量算出手段と、
前記第1充填量算出手段によって得られる充填量と前記第2充填量算出手段によって得られる充填量との差が所定の許容範囲内であるか否かを判定する判定手段と、を備え、
前記充填制御手段は、燃料の充填を開始した後、前記判定手段において得られた判定結果に応じて前記充填制御則を変えることを特徴とする燃料充填システム。
