Abstract
【解決手段】建設機械の油圧駆動システムは、センターバイパス通路3aの開口面積が操作信号の増大に伴って緩やかに減少するように構成された制御弁3と、操作信号を出力する操作装置4と、ブリードオフライン6と、電磁比例弁8の二次圧が導かれるパイロットポートを有し、操作信号が第1設定値を超えるまではバイパス通路が開かれ、操作信号が第1設定値を超えたときにバイパス通路が閉じられるように、かつ、操作信号が第2設定値を超えたときにアンロード通路が開かれ、操作信号が第2設定値を超えてから第3設定値に至るまでアンロード通路の開口面積が緩やかに減少するように構成されたブリードオフ弁7と、を備える。

Claims (3)
- ポンプからタンクまで延びる循環ラインと、
前記循環ライン上に配置された、アクチュエータに対する作動油の供給および排出を制御する制御弁と、
前記アクチュエータを作動させるための操作を受ける操作装置であって、前記操作の大きさに応じた操作信号を出力する操作装置と、
前記循環ラインにおける前記制御弁の上流側部分から分岐してタンクまで延びるブリードオフラインと、
前記操作信号と正の相関を示す二次圧を出力する電磁比例弁と、
前記電磁比例弁の二次圧が導かれるパイロットポート、前記循環ラインの一部を構成するバイパス通路、および前記ブリードオフラインの一部を構成するアンロード通路を有するブリードオフ弁であって、前記操作信号が第1設定値を超えるまでは前記バイパス通路が開かれ、前記操作信号が前記第1設定値を超えたときに前記バイパス通路が閉じられるように、かつ、前記操作信号が前記第1設定値以下の第2設定値を超えたときに前記アンロード通路が開かれ、前記操作信号が前記第2設定値を超えてから第3設定値に至るまで前記アンロード通路の開口面積が緩やかに減少するように構成されたブリードオフ弁と、を備え、
