Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a guidance system for a work vehicle in which the work vehicle itself travels on a road while steering each wheel by a control device, and in particular, has a narrow width, an arbitrary long distance, and a relatively large cross-gradient angle. The present invention relates to a guidance system for a work vehicle that can travel on a traveling path.
In recent years, in the field of automatic guided vehicles, many guidance systems for causing automatic guided vehicles to travel along a travel line set in advance have been proposed. In general, the automatic guided vehicle includes at least each steering actuator capable of independently steering each wheel disposed on the front, rear, left, and right of the vehicle body, and a control device that controls each steering actuator. A traveling element along which the automatic guided vehicle travels is provided with a magnetic element or the like in advance along the traveling line, and the automatic guided vehicle is provided with a guide sensor or the like for detecting the magnetic element.
Thus, in the guided system for an automatic guided vehicle, the guide sensor detects the magnetic element during traveling and inputs the detected value to the control device. Then, the control device specifies the current position and orientation of the vehicle body based on the input detection value, and determines the steering angle of each wheel so that the vehicle can travel along the travel line. Thereby, each steering actuator operates based on each determined steering angle, and is steered so that each wheel has each steering angle. As a result, the automatic guided vehicle can automatically travel even on a curved traveling path.
For example, the following
By the way, the present applicant causes a work vehicle to travel on a long-distance travel path provided between a certain base so that the load can be transported to an unspecified construction site. I am considering that. Since this work path only needs to allow the work vehicle to travel for a certain period of time during construction, it is narrower than the work vehicle, and as shown in FIG. There is a portion where the angle γ is about 10 degrees at the maximum. For this reason, when the work vehicle tries to travel on the travel path SK, the work vehicle may go down in the downward direction, and the wheel J may fall from above the narrow travel path SK. Therefore, even if the travel path SK is narrow, arbitrarily long, and has a relatively large cross slope angle γ (hereinafter referred to as “cross slope travel path SK” as appropriate) Considered to drive accurately.
First, it was examined whether or not the conventional automatic guided vehicle guidance system can be applied. Usually, since the automatic guided
Specifically, the behavior of the automatic guided
On the other hand, the present applicant examined whether or not the driving operator can travel on the cross gradient traveling path SK by manually turning the steering wheel to steer the wheels J1 and J2. A behavior of the
In this way, each wheel J1, J2, J3, J4 is independently steered at a delicate steering angle even if the driver manually turns the steering wheel or applies a conventional guided vehicle guidance system. It was not possible to accurately travel on the cross-gradient traveling road SK. Accordingly, it has been required to construct a new work vehicle guidance system that can handle the cross-gradient travel road SK.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and is a work vehicle guidance system capable of accurately traveling on a traveling path having a narrow width, an arbitrarily long distance, and a relatively large transverse gradient angle. The purpose is to provide.
In the work vehicle guidance system according to the present invention, the detection target is provided along a predetermined travel line on the travel path, and the wheels disposed on the front, rear, left and right of the vehicle body can be independently steered. A work vehicle including each steering actuator and a control device that controls each steering actuator travels along the travel line while detecting the detection target. A front detector for detecting the detection object is provided on the front side of the vehicle body, and a rear detector for detecting the detection object is provided on the rear side of the vehicle body. The control device calculates a front side lateral displacement amount of the vehicle body based on a detection value of the front detector and calculates a front / rear lateral displacement amount that calculates a rear side lateral displacement amount of the vehicle body based on the detection value of the rear detector. And a target position on the travel line in front of the work vehicle and a target distance that is a length along the travel line between the vehicle center of the work vehicle and the target position. As a virtual model of the work vehicle, a virtual front wheel is provided at the front center of the vehicle body and a virtual rear wheel is provided at the rear center of the vehicle body so that the work vehicle is in a correct posture at the target position. And calculating a front central steering angle of the virtual front wheel based on the target distance, the front lateral deviation amount, and the rear lateral deviation amount, and calculating a rear central steering angle of the virtual rear wheel. An angle calculator, A turning center determining unit that determines a turning center of the vehicle based on the front central steering angle and the rear central steering angle, and a steering angle calculation that calculates each steering angle of each wheel based on the turning center of the vehicle. And a steering control unit that controls each steering actuator based on each steering angle.
According to the work vehicle guidance system of the present invention, the work vehicle control device calculates the front side lateral displacement amount and the rear side lateral displacement amount of the vehicle body. Next, a target position is set on the travel line, and a target distance that is a length along the travel line between the vehicle center and the target position is set. Then, based on the target distance, the front side deviation amount, and the rear side deviation amount, the front center steering angle of the virtual front wheel is calculated, and the rear center steering angle of the virtual rear wheel is calculated. Thereby, the turning center of the vehicle is determined, and each steering angle of each wheel is calculated based on this turning center. Thus, each steering angle of each wheel is sequentially calculated according to the amount of front side deviation and rear side deviation occurring at the present time, the target distance, and the turning center, and each wheel is steered independently. Therefore, since the work vehicle is sequentially turned and skewed optimally, it does not turn significantly when returning to the original correct posture. As a result, the work vehicle can be made to travel without dropping the wheels from the traveling road even on a traveling road having a narrow width, an arbitrary long distance, and a relatively large transverse gradient angle.
In the work vehicle guidance system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the target setting unit sets the target distance larger in proportion to a traveling speed.
In this case, the lateral displacement of the vehicle body can be corrected quickly by setting the target distance to be relatively small during low-speed traveling. On the other hand, by setting the target distance relatively large during high-speed traveling, it is possible to suppress control divergence and prevent the vehicle body from wobbling. In this way, it is possible to perform control for quickly correcting the lateral deviation of the vehicle body and control for further stabilizing the posture of the vehicle body according to the traveling speed.
In the work vehicle guidance system according to the present invention, the front and rear central steering angle calculation unit sets a limit value that is an upper limit value of the rear central steering angle, and the calculated rear central steering angle is the When larger than the limit value, it is preferable to set the rear side central steering angle to the limit value.
In this case, by limiting the rear central steering angle to the limit value, it is possible to prevent a delay in steering response during high speed traveling and prevent the vehicle body from being shaken greatly to the left and right. That is, by reducing the amount of change in the inclination of the rear side of the vehicle body, it is possible to correct the lateral deviation of the vehicle body while suppressing the amplitude of the vehicle body.
In the work vehicle guidance system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the front / rear center steering angle calculation unit sets the limit value to be small in proportion to a traveling speed.
In this case, since the limit value becomes relatively large during low-speed driving, the advantage of being able to correct the vehicle body inclination quickly when steering so that the virtual front wheel and the virtual rear wheel are in an 8-character shape is utilized. Can do. On the other hand, since the limit value is relatively small during high-speed traveling, the lateral deviation of the vehicle body can be corrected while suppressing the amplitude of the vehicle body as described above.
Further, in the work vehicle guidance system according to the present invention, an inclination sensor for detecting a crossing gradient angle of the travel path is provided, and the control device detects the detection using data information stored in advance. A cant offset amount setting unit for setting the cant offset amount to be larger as the transverse gradient angle is larger, and the front-rear lateral deviation amount calculating unit calculates the front lateral deviation amount by adding the cant offset amount. It is preferable to calculate the rear lateral shift amount by adding the cant offset amount.
In this case, when the work vehicle travels on a traveling road having a cross slope angle, the front lateral displacement amount and the rear lateral displacement amount are calculated by adding the cant offset amount even in a state where there is no lateral displacement in the vehicle body. For this reason, the front side deviation amount and the rear side deviation amount are not zero, and each wheel is steered so as to raise the work vehicle in the upward direction. Therefore, in a state where no lateral deviation occurs in the vehicle body, the force that raises the vehicle in the upward direction and the gravity in the downward direction that acts on the vehicle can be balanced, and the work vehicle can run without leaving any lateral displacement in the vehicle body. Can do.
In the work vehicle guidance system according to the present invention, the control device includes a steering gain setting unit that sets a steering gain. The steering control unit increases the steering gain of each wheel as the steering gain increases. It is preferable that each of the steering actuators is controlled to increase the steering speed, and the steering gain setting unit sets the steering gain large in proportion to the traveling speed.
In this case, the steering response of the wheel is lowered by relatively reducing the steering gain during low-speed traveling. Thereby, frequent steering operation and vibration can be suppressed, and the life of the traveling device and the tire can be extended. On the other hand, the steering gain of the wheels is increased by relatively increasing the steering gain during high-speed traveling. Thereby, the lateral shift of the vehicle body can be corrected quickly. Thus, it is possible to achieve both the protection of the work vehicle equipment and the improvement of the control accuracy.
In the work vehicle guidance system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the detection object is continuously arranged along a travel line of the travel path.
In this case, since the detection objects are continuously arranged, the work vehicle can start and stop traveling at any position on the long-distance traveling road. In addition, since the control performed by the control device is not interrupted, the accuracy of the control can be improved as compared with the case where the detection objects are discretely arranged.
According to the work vehicle guidance system of the present invention, a work vehicle can be accurately traveled on a travel path having a narrow width, an arbitrarily long distance, and a relatively large transverse gradient angle.

In the present embodiment, the
The following method is conceivable when the work vehicle is caused to travel on such a travel path SK. For example, as shown in FIG. 2A, side walls SW are provided on both sides of the travel path SK, and guide
Next, it is conceivable that the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the
On the travel path SK, a travel line on which the
3A and 3B, a
Here, a method in which the
While the
Thus, the distance between the center of the
Here, the structure of the guidance system of this embodiment is demonstrated with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the
Similarly, the
Next, the control configuration executed by the
As described above, the front / rear lateral deviation
That is, at the current position of the
As shown in FIG. 7, the
In this guidance control, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, as a virtual model, a
As shown in FIG. 7, the front center steering angle θf is defined by the vehicle center line T1 connecting the vehicle center O1 of the
Here, in this embodiment, the traveling speed V of the
The
一方、走行速度VがVb(例えば15km/h)である高速走行時には、目標距離Lを大きい値であるLb(例えば3250mm)に設定する。
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, the
Returning to the description of the configuration of the

(Formula 11) θ2 = arctan (Yr ÷ Mr)
Thus, the rear side central steering angle θr can be calculated using the following

Returning to the description of the configuration of the
13) R=B÷(tanθf+tanθr)
As shown in FIG. 11, the turning center Q can be obtained by a right triangle having a front central steering angle θf, a rear central steering angle θr, and 90 degrees. The turning radius R is a perpendicular line from the turning center Q to the vehicle center line T1, and can be calculated using the following equation (13).
(Formula 13) R = B ÷ (tan θf + tan θr)

As shown in FIG. 12, the X-direction inter-axis distances X1 to X16 are distances in the X direction (traveling direction) from the vehicle center O1 to the steering shafts of the wheels W1 to W16. The X-direction inter-axis distances X1 to X16 are values set in advance as vehicle parameters, and are hereinafter referred to as X-direction inter-axis distances XN (N = 1 to 16). The Y-direction inter-axis distances Y1 to Y16 are distances in the Y direction (left-right direction) from the vehicle center O1 to the steering shafts of the wheels W1 to W16. The Y-direction inter-axis distances Y1 to Y16 are values set in advance as vehicle parameters, and are hereinafter referred to as Y-direction inter-axis distances YN (N = 1 to 16).
15) Rof=B÷2−FB
In order to calculate each steering angle φ, it is necessary to obtain the front wheel base FB and the turning offset amount Rof. As shown in FIG. 11, the front wheel base FB is a distance between the steering axis Of of the virtual front wheel Wf, and a perpendicular line from the turning center Q toward the vehicle center line T1 and the intersection U1 of the vehicle center line T1. The front wheelbase FB can be calculated using the following
(Formula 14) FB = R × tan θf
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 11, the turning offset amount Rof is a distance between the vehicle center O1 and the intersection U1 described above. This turning offset amount Rof can be calculated using the following
(Formula 15) Rof = B ÷ 2-FB
(式16) φN=arctan{(XN−Rof)÷(R+YN+Yof)}
(式17) φ1=arctan{(X1−Rof)÷(R+Y1+Yof)}
Thereby, each steering angle (phi) N (N = 1-16) of each wheel W1-W16 is computable using the following formula |
(Expression 16) φN = arctan {(XN−Rof) ÷ (R + YN + Yof)}
Here, the above Yof is the distance in the left-right direction (width direction) between the vehicle center O1 and the sensor center S1, as shown in FIG. 3B, and is a value set in advance as a vehicle parameter. is there. For this reason, for example, the steering angle φ1 of the wheel W1 can be calculated by the following Expression 17.
(Expression 17) φ1 = arctan {(X1−Rof) ÷ (R + Y1 + Yof)}
The steering
Thus, after each steering angle φN is calculated, the
By the way, in the guidance control of this embodiment, the rear axis limit process is performed as the correction process in order to improve the control accuracy. First, the problem of the above-described guidance control when the rear axis limit process is not performed will be described. In the above-described guidance control, the front central steering angle θf and the rear central steering angle θf are separately calculated based on the current front side lateral deviation amount Xf, the rear side lateral deviation amount Xr, and the target position P, and the virtual front wheel Wf is calculated. And the virtual rear wheel Wr are controlled to be steered independently. Therefore, depending on the lateral displacement direction of the
This has an advantage that the inclination of the
Therefore, the guidance control of the present embodiment performs the rear axis limit process to deal with the above-described problems. That is, when the front / rear central steering
Furthermore, in the rear-axis limit process of the present embodiment, the front / rear center steering
For this reason, the limit value θlg is a value represented by the following equation 18 during low-speed traveling where the traveling speed V is 3 km / h or less.
(Formula 18) θlg = ± 5 deg × 1.00 = ± 5.00 deg
In addition, the limit value θlg is a value represented by the following equation 19 when the vehicle travels at a medium speed where the travel speed V is 5 km / h.
(Formula 19) θlg = ± 5 deg × 0.73 = ± 3.65 deg
In addition, the limit value θlg is a value represented by the following
(Formula 20) θlg = ± 5 deg × 0.06 = ± 0.30 deg
In this way, in the rear axle limit processing of the present embodiment, the limit value θlg becomes a relatively large value during low-speed traveling, so that when the virtual front wheel Wf and the virtual rear wheel Wr are in an eight-character shape as described above, the
In the guidance control of the present embodiment, the cant offset process is performed as the correction process in order to improve the control accuracy. First, the problem of the guidance control described above when the cant offset process is not performed will be described. When traveling on the traveling road SK having the cross gradient angle γ, the
However, as shown in FIG. 16A, when the
Therefore, the guidance control of the present embodiment performs a cant offset process in order to cope with the above-described problems. That is, in the cant offset process, correction is performed by adding the cant offset amount Xof to the front side lateral shift amount Xf and the rear side lateral shift amount Xr calculated as described above. Thus, the steering angle for balancing the force F1 and the gravity F2 described above with the current transverse gradient angle γ is added to each steering angle actually required to correct the lateral deviation amount of the
Specifically, in order to perform cant offset processing, as shown in FIG. 6, the
The cant offset
In this way, the set cant offset amount Xof is input to the front / rear lateral deviation
Since the optimal cant offset amount Xof is expected to change depending on conditions such as the weight of the
The front-rear lateral deviation
Thus, in the cant offset process of the present embodiment, when the
Further, in the guidance control of the present embodiment, a steering speed variable process is performed as a correction process in order to improve control accuracy. First, the problem of the above-described guidance control when the steering speed variable process is not performed will be described. In the above-described guidance control, the steering responsiveness of the wheels W1 to W16 is improved by increasing the steering speed of the wheels W1 to W16 as much as possible, and the amplitude of the lateral deviation amount of the
Therefore, in the guidance control of the present embodiment, in order to cope with the above-described problems, the steering speed is varied so that the steering speed is increased during high-speed traveling and the steering speed is decreased during low-speed traveling. Specifically, a steering
For this reason, the steering
Thus, in the steering speed variable process of the present embodiment, the steering response of each of the wheels W1 to W16 is lowered by reducing the steering gain Xg during low-speed traveling. Thereby, frequent steering operation and vibration can be suppressed, and the life of the traveling device and the tire can be extended. On the other hand, by increasing the steering gain Xg during high speed traveling, the steering responsiveness of the wheels W1 to W16 is increased. Thereby, the lateral shift of the
The effect of this embodiment is demonstrated.
According to the work vehicle guidance system of the present embodiment, the
Thus, the respective steering angles φN of the respective wheels W1 to W16 are sequentially calculated according to the front side lateral deviation amount Xf and the rear side lateral deviation amount Xr, the target distance L, and the turning center Q that are occurring at the present time, and the respective wheels W1 to W16 are calculated. Are steered independently. Therefore, since the
Further, according to the work vehicle guidance system of the present embodiment, the magnetic tape MG detected by the
By the way, as a conventional technique for automatically steering a work vehicle to travel, there is a conventional guided vehicle guidance system (hereinafter referred to as “conventional guidance system”) described in
First, in the conventional guidance system, as shown in FIG. 21, an automatic guided
However, even if the steering angle ΔF of the virtual front wheel DF and the steering angle ΔB of the virtual rear wheel DB are determined, it is clear how the steering angle β1 and the steering angle β2 are distributed from the steering angle ΔF of the virtual front wheel DF. It is not clear how the steering angle ΔB of the virtual rear wheel DB is distributed to the steering angle β3 and the steering angle β4. In contrast, in the work vehicle guidance system of the present embodiment, as described above, each steering angle φN can be calculated independently and clearly.
Furthermore, in the conventional guidance system, as shown in FIG. 21, it is assumed that the turning center S2 is located on an axis N1 extending in the width direction of the vehicle body from the vehicle center Z1. Therefore, the steering angles β1, β2, β3, β4 are determined based on the position of the restricted turning center S2. Therefore, if the automatic guided
On the other hand, in the work vehicle guidance system of the present embodiment, the turning center Q is not necessarily located on the axis extending from the vehicle center O1 in the width direction of the
As mentioned above, although embodiment of the guidance system of the working vehicle which concerns on this invention was described, this invention is not limited to this, A various change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning.
