Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a water quality detection device capable of monitoring the state of aquatic organisms such as medaka cultivated in a water tank through which test water passes and detecting the quality of test water based on the change in the state.
Conventionally, a water quality detection device that detects whether water such as rivers, dams, groundwater, and factory effluent is contaminated is known (see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). Patent Document 1 discloses an apparatus for detecting the quality of irrigation water based on an operation pattern of aquatic organisms such as medaka. Specifically, the water quality detection apparatus of Patent Document 1 continuously takes in water to be tested into a water tank, breeds aquatic organisms such as medaka in the water tank, and monitors the medaka fish being cultivated with a monitoring camera. When the operation is different from the operation pattern when the medaka is healthy, it is determined that the water is contaminated. In addition, the water quality detection device of Patent Document 2 keeps breeding medaka in a water tank through which irrigation water as test water passes, detects the action potential of the medaka through an electrode, and changes the action potential. Is determined to be contaminated.
By the way, the water quality detection device is provided with a water tank for breeding aquatic organisms, and it is necessary to allow the taken water to flow into the water tank and to drain the same amount of water as the water that has been introduced from the water tank. However, in the conventional water quality detection device described above, water intake and drainage are performed through a pipe routed downward from a water tank provided inside the housing. For this reason, a space for arranging the piping is provided below the water tank in the housing. Moreover, since the water in the water tank is always replaced, it is necessary to secure water for analysis even when the water is temporarily contaminated. In a conventional water quality detection device, a tank for storing water for analysis is provided in a space below the water tank. Thus, since the conventional water quality detection apparatus is equipped with equipment, such as piping and a tank, on the lower side of the water tank, the apparatus size increases in the height direction, making it difficult to reduce the size of the apparatus.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, The objective is to provide the water quality detection apparatus which can make the size of the height direction of an apparatus small.
The present invention is a water quality detection device that detects the quality of test water by monitoring the state of aquatic organisms bred in a water tank through which the test water is continuously passed. The water quality detection device of the present invention is disposed adjacent to the first tank part provided in the side with an inflow port through which the taken test water flows into the inside, and adjacent to the first tank part in the horizontal direction, A communication part communicating with the first tank part so as to allow water to pass therethrough is provided on a surface adjacent to the first tank part, and a second tank part in which aquatic organisms are accommodated so as to be monitored, and the first tank through the communication part. And a drainage part for draining the test water flowing from the tank part into the second tank part in a horizontal direction with respect to the second tank part.
Since comprised in this way, a 1st tank part and a 2nd tank part can be arrange | positioned adjacent to a horizontal direction. Moreover, since the inflow port is provided in the side surface of the 1st tank part and the drainage part is comprised so that a test water may be discharged | emitted to a horizontal direction with respect to a 2nd tank part, a test water is allowed to pass through. It is not necessary to provide piping below the first tank part and the second tank part. That is, it is not necessary to secure a space for routing the piping below the water tank as in the conventional apparatus. As a result, the first tank part and the second tank part can be arranged at the bottom of the casing of the water quality detection device, and the size in the height direction of the device can be made compact.
The second tank part is housed inside with a predetermined gap upward from the bottom surface of the second tank part, and has an upstream end and a downstream end in the direction of water flow from the communication part toward the drainage part. A breeding tank in which a through groove penetrating in the vertical direction is formed in the bottom plate in each part, and flowing water that is provided between the through grooves on the lower side of the breeding tank and that reaches the drainage part through the gap from the communication part And a blocking portion that blocks the road.
If it is this structure, the test water which flowed into the 2nd tank part from the said communication part will enter a breeding tank from one penetration groove | channel of the said breeding tank. In addition, since the said interruption | blocking part is provided in the gap | interval between a breeding tank and a 2nd tank part, test water does not escape to a drainage part through a gap | interval, but always flows into a breeding tank. The test water flowing into the breeding tank flows out from the other through groove into the gap. Then, it is drained to the outside through the discharge part. As a result, aquatic organisms such as medaka contained in the breeding tank are upstream in the test water flowing from the through groove on one side (upstream side in the flowing direction) to the through groove on the other side (downstream side in the flowing direction). Swim towards. The test water that has flowed into the second tank portion is prevented from being disturbed before flowing into the breeding tank. Furthermore, when passing through the through groove, the flow rate of water flowing into the breeding tank is made uniform. Therefore, the running water of the test water flowing into the breeding tank is stabilized, and the stress on aquatic organisms is reduced.
The through groove is formed in a narrow shape extending from one end to the other end in a direction orthogonal to the flowing water direction in the bottom plate. Thereby, the test water of the flow velocity is stably flowed into the breeding tank in the entire region in the direction. As a result, aquatic organisms in the breeding tank do not operate abnormally due to changes in the flow velocity, and erroneous detection in water quality detection is prevented.
The second tank portion has a surplus water discharge portion that discharges surplus water of the test water that has flowed into the inside. The drainage part is configured to store at least the second tank part and to be able to store surplus water from the surplus water discharge part, and has a first storage provided on the side surface with an outlet for discharging the surplus water to the outside. Part.
Thereby, the excess water of a 2nd tank part can be discharge | released, and the discharged excess water in the 1st storage part can be drained outside from an outflow port.
The water quality detection device of the present invention is arranged adjacent to the second tank part in the horizontal direction, and stores the test water flowing in through the branch flow channel branched from the first tank part. A storage unit; an electric valve capable of opening and closing the branch flow channel; and an open / close control unit that opens and closes the branch flow channel by driving the motor according to a water quality detection result by the water quality detection device. .
Thereby, when the test water is not contaminated, the motor-driven valve can be opened to open the branch flow channel, and when the water quality detection result that the test water is contaminated is obtained. The branch flow channel can be closed by changing the electric valve from the open position to the closed position. As a result, the test water when it is determined that the second reservoir is contaminated is stored.
In the first tank part and the second tank part, the side walls of the adjacent surfaces are joined to each other, and the communication part is a through-hole penetrating the joined side walls. Thereby, it becomes unnecessary to use piping etc. for the flow path from the 1st tank part to the 2nd tank part, and test water can be made to flow directly into the 2nd tank part from the 1st tank part. Therefore, it is not necessary to separate the first tank part and the second tank part, and the apparatus can be downsized in the horizontal direction.
The present invention is a water quality detection device that detects the quality of test water by monitoring the state of aquatic organisms bred in a water tank through which the test water is continuously passed. The water quality detection device of the present invention is connected to a branching part that branches the flow path of the sample water taken into two branching waterways, and one branching waterway that is branched by the branching part, so that water can flow. A storage tank for storing aquatic organisms in a monitorable manner and the other branch flow channel branched by the branch unit so as to be able to pass water and storing the test water flowing in through the other branch flow channel A motor valve that can open and close the other branch flow channel, an open / close control unit that opens and closes the other branch flow channel by driving the motor valve according to a water quality detection result by the water quality detection device, Is provided.
Since it is comprised in this way, when the test water is not polluted, the said branch valve can be opened by making the said motor operated valve into an open position. Moreover, when the water quality detection result that the test water is contaminated is obtained, the other branch flow channel can be closed by changing the motor-operated valve from the open position to the closed position. As a result, the test water when it is determined that the reservoir is contaminated is stored.
According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the size of the water quality detection device in the height direction.

With reference to FIG. 1 thru | or FIG. 5, the structure of the water
The water
The water
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Furthermore, the water
The
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The water
In addition, in this embodiment, although illustrated about the structure which analyzes the image | video data of the captured medaka and detects water quality, it is not restricted to such an analysis means. For example, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the action potential of the medaka housed in the
The
The
The water
As shown in FIG. 4, a

The
The
The

The
A
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The
As shown in FIG. 8, the
In addition, in this embodiment, although the structure where the front side wall of the
The
Depending on the mounting angle of the
As shown in FIG. 7, the
The through
In the present embodiment, the through
The interruption | blocking
In the
At the left end portion of the
The
The connecting pipe 65 is provided with an
A connecting pipe 65 is connected to the rear side surface of the
A
As described above, the
As described above, since the water
Further, since the
As a test method for evaluating the safety of chemical substances and mixtures thereof, an ecological impact test method internationally agreed by the OECD (Economic Cooperation Development Organization) is known. The so-called OECD test guideline, which has established guidelines for this ecological impact test method, includes the fish acute toxicity test guideline (TG203), the fish extended toxicity test guideline (TG204), the fish fry growth toxicity test (TG215), etc. ing. In each guideline, the minimum number of breeding organisms is defined. For example, in the TG 203, the minimum number of organisms is set to 7 and in the TG 204, the minimum number of organisms is set to 10. In the TG 215, the biological density is determined to be at least 7 in a predetermined concentration group. Each test guideline also defines a test period. According to the water
Further, the through
In addition, since the
