Abstract
【解決手段】三次元造形物の製造装置10は、三次元造形物を造形するための造形剤を造形台34に吐出する造形剤吐出ヘッド16と、造形剤と相溶性を有する相溶性材料及び造形剤を硬化させる硬化材料を含む硬化剤を吐出する硬化剤吐出ヘッド20と、造形剤を吐出し、吐出された造形剤上に硬化剤を吐出することを繰り返して造形剤を積層させることで三次元造形物が造形されるように、造形剤吐出ヘッド16及び硬化剤吐出ヘッド20を制御するコントローラと、を備える。

Claims (10)
- 三次元造形物を造形するための造形剤と相溶性を有する相溶性材料及び前記造形剤を硬化させる硬化材料を含む三次元造形物用の硬化剤。
- 前記相溶性材料は、前記造形剤である
請求項1記載の三次元造形物用の硬化剤。 - 三次元造形物を造形するための造形剤を造形台に吐出する造形剤吐出手段と、
前記造形剤と相溶性を有する相溶性材料及び前記造形剤を硬化させる硬化材料を含む硬化剤を吐出する硬化剤吐出手段と、
前記造形剤を吐出し、吐出された前記造形剤上に前記硬化剤を吐出することを繰り返して前記造形剤を積層させることで前記三次元造形物が造形されるように、前記造形剤吐出手段及び前記硬化剤吐出手段を制御する制御手段と、
を備えた三次元造形物の製造装置。 - 前記硬化剤吐出手段と同期して走査されると共に、前記硬化剤が吐出された後に前記造形剤の硬化を促進する硬化促進手段を備え、
前記硬化促進手段と前記硬化剤吐出手段とが、前記硬化剤吐出手段により吐出された前記硬化剤が前記造形剤に浸透するまでの浸透時間に応じた間隔で配置された
請求項3記載の三次元造形物の製造装置。 - 前記間隔を調整可能である
を備えた請求項4記載の三次元造形物の製造装置。 - 前記硬化剤吐出手段及び前記硬化促進手段が、予め定めた方向を長手方向とする形状であり、前記硬化剤吐出手段及び前記硬化促進手段が、前記長手方向と交差する方向に走査される
請求項4又は請求項5記載の三次元造形物の製造装置。 - 前記硬化剤吐出手段により前記硬化剤が吐出された後に前記造形剤を仮硬化する仮硬化手段と、前記仮硬化手段による仮硬化の後に前記造形剤を本硬化する本硬化手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記仮硬化の強度が前記本硬化の強度よりも弱くなるように前記仮硬化手段及び前記本硬化手段を制御する
請求項3記載の三次元造形物の製造装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記造形剤の1層毎に前記仮硬化及び前記本硬化が実行されるように、前記仮硬化手段及び前記本硬化手段を制御する
請求項7記載の三次元造形物の製造装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記造形剤の1層毎に前記仮硬化が実行されると共に、前記造形剤の複数層毎に前記本硬化が実行されるように、前記仮硬化手段及び前記本硬化手段を制御する
請求項7記載の三次元造形物の製造装置。 - コンピュータを、請求項3〜9の何れか1項に記載の三次元造形物の製造装置の制御手段として機能させるための三次元造形物の製造プログラム。
