Abstract
Description
LC=E”/(E*)2 (1)
式(1)において、LCはロスコンプライアンス[単位Pa-1]、E”は損失弾性率[MPa]、E*は複素弾性率[MPa]である。
得られたトレッド用ゴム組成物の加硫試験片を使用し、JIS K6394:2007に準拠して、粘弾性スペクトロメーター(東洋精機製作所社製)を用いて、初期歪み10%、振幅±2%、周波数20Hz、温度60℃の条件で、複素弾性率E*および損失弾性率E”を測定し、前記式(1)により60℃のロスコンプライアンスを算出した。得られた結果は、表1の「ロスコンプライアンス」の欄に示した。
得られた加硫試験片から、JIS K6251に準拠してJIS3号ダンベル型試験片を切り出した。JIS K6251に準拠し500mm/分の引張り速度、雰囲気温度100℃の条件で、100%変形時の引張り応力を測定した。得られた結果は、表1の「引張り応力(100%、100℃)」の欄に示した。
空気入りラジアルタイヤから採取したベルト補強層から、10本の複合繊維コードをサンプリングし、JIS L1017に準拠し、2.0cN/dtexの荷重をかけた時の伸度を測定した。得られた結果は、表1の「2.0cN/dtex負荷時の伸度」の欄に示した。
空気入りラジアルタイヤから採取したベルト補強層の単位長さ当りの重量を測定した。得られた結果は、比較例1の値を100とする指数で表わし表1の「ベルト補強層の重量」の欄に示した。この指数が小さいほどベルト補強層が軽く、タイヤを軽量化することができることを意味する。
得られた空気入りラジアルタイヤを標準リム(サイズ17×7JJ)にリム組し、空気圧230MPaを充填した。このタイヤを室内ドラム試験機(ドラム径1707mm)にかけてJATMA規定の高速耐久性試験を行った。この高速耐久性試験が終了した後、試験速度を50km/時ずつ上げてタイヤが破壊するまで試験を続け、走行距離を測定した。得られた結果は、比較例1の値を100とする指数で表わし表1の「高速耐久性」の欄に示した。この指数が大きいほど高速耐久性が優れることを意味する。
・SBR1:スチレンブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製SBR NS460、スチレンブタジエンゴム100重量部にオイル成分37.5重量部を配合した油展製品、スチレン量が25重量%、ビニル単位量が63重量%、重量平均分子量が78万
・SBR2:スチレンブタジエンゴム、旭化成社製SBR E581、スチレンブタジエンゴム100重量部にオイル成分37.5重量部を配合した油展製品、スチレン量が40重量%、ビニル単位量が44重量%、重量平均分子量が126万
・BR:ブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製Nipol BR1220
・シリカ:ローディア社製Zeosil 115GR、窒素吸着比表面積が160m2/g
・カップリング剤:硫黄含有シランカップリング剤、ビス(3−トリエトキシシリルプロピル)テトラスルフィド、エボニック社製Si69
・カーボンブラック:東海カーボン社製シースト6
・ステアリン酸:日油社製ビーズステアリン酸
・酸化亜鉛:正同化学工業社製亜鉛華3種
・老化防止剤:フレキシス社製サントフレックス 6PPD
・アロマオイル:昭和シェル石油社製エキストラクト4号S
・硫黄:鶴見化学工業社製金華印油入微粉硫黄
・加硫促進剤1:CBS、大内新興化学社製ノクセラーCZ−G
・加硫促進剤2:DPG、住友化学工業社製ソクシノールD−G
Claims (2)
- 一対のビード間にカーカス層を装架し、トレッド部における前記カーカス層の外周側にベルト層、該ベルト層の外周側にベルト補強層およびトレッドゴムを有する空気入りラジアルタイヤであって、
前記ベルト補強層が、芳香族ポリアミドの繊維コード1本および脂肪族ポリアミドの繊維コード1本を撚り合わせた複合繊維コードからなり、該複合繊維コードの総繊度が1800〜3200dtex、2.0cN/dtexの荷重をかけたときの伸度が3.0〜4.0%であるとともに、前記トレッドゴムを構成するゴム組成物が、ジエン系ゴム100重量部に窒素吸着比表面積が100m2/g以上のシリカを10〜110重量部配合してなり、このゴム組成物の60℃のロスコンプライアンスが45Pa-1以下であることを特徴する空気入りラジアルタイヤ。 - 前記トレッドゴムを構成するゴム組成物が、スチレン単位含有量が30〜45重量%、ビニル単位含有量が30〜50重量%である末端変性溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴムを前記ジエン系ゴム100重量%中50〜90重量部含有し、このゴム組成物の100℃の100%変形時の引張り応力が2.0MPa以上であることを特徴する請求項1に記載の空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
