Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a coating composition for forming a release layer on a wallpaper used as an interior material and a wallpaper having a release layer. More specifically, the present invention can be easily applied when reattaching by reforming or the like by forming a release layer on the back surface of a backing substrate used for wallpaper, for example, pulp paper (plain paper), inorganic paper, nonwoven fabric, etc. The present invention relates to a peeling layer forming composition for coating for producing a wallpaper that can be peeled, and a wallpaper having a peeling layer.
Conventionally, wallpaper used as a domestic interior material is a starch-based adhesive (hereinafter referred to as the starch-based adhesive) in accordance with Japanese Industrial Standard “JIS A6922: 2010 wallpaper construction and joinery starch adhesive”. A construction method based on a so-called standard construction method (hereinafter referred to as standard construction), which is applied to a base material such as a gypsum board, is generally used. When such wallpaper is replaced with new wallpaper by remodeling or redesigning, the wallpaper that has already been applied will be peeled off. A backing paper having a so-called peel-up property, which has been peeled off and improved so that the one-side crack remains as a thin layer on the base substrate, is used.
Note that, for example, in
Moreover, in
Moreover, in
Moreover, in
However, when removing the wallpaper, there are many cases where the wallpaper remains on the wall surface, or uneven unevenness is formed on the wall surface, and it often does not peel off, and fire protection work is required when replacing the wallpaper In this case, it is necessary to completely peel off the thin layer of the backing paper remaining on the base material at the time of peeling, depending on the use conditions of the wallpaper, it may be difficult to peel off, or the base material may be damaged. There is a problem that it takes a lot of time and money.
In order to solve these problems, a so-called fleece wallpaper developed in Europe in recent years, mainly Germany, has attracted attention and has begun to be introduced in Japan. This wallpaper, called fleece wallpaper, is a construction different from Japanese standard construction, in which a mixed paper of pulp and synthetic resin components is used as backing paper, and a methylcellulose adhesive with weak adhesive strength is applied to the wall as construction glue. Separation is facilitated by using the method.
However, the techniques described in
1) Synthetic resin components, fibrous binders, and organic fibers used in
2) The wallpaper produced in
3) As a backing substrate for wallpaper, the unit price is several times higher than that of conventional pulp paper, and it does not become a commodity in a general price range.
4) The adhesive and construction method used are special and difficult to spread in Japan.

The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems in the prior art, and provides a wallpaper that can be easily peeled off even if pasted by a conventional standard construction method.
That is, the object of the present invention is to use so-called standard construction in which the starch-based adhesive commonly used in Japan is applied to the backing substrate side of wallpaper and adhered to the wall surface. The
First, main components in the coating release layer forming composition will be described.
(Natural rubber latex (A))
The natural rubber latex (A) used in this embodiment is a natural rubber latex or a modified natural rubber latex, and these natural rubber latexes can be used alone or as a mixture. Natural rubber latex is a concentrated latex that has been stabilized by adding a preservative to fresh latex collected from rubber trees to prevent coagulation, and then concentrating, storing, and storing. A vulcanized or graft polymerized natural rubber latex is a modified natural rubber latex, but the graft polymerized natural rubber latex is not preferred for use in this embodiment because of its poor peelability. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is preferable to use a vulcanized type of natural rubber latex or modified natural rubber latex, and further, a low-irritant natural rubber latex in which the addition amount of ammonia or the like as a preservative is reduced as much as possible, A modified natural rubber latex vulcanized using is preferred.
In the present embodiment, a commercially available product may be used as the natural rubber latex (A). Specific examples thereof include natural rubber latex, URACOL manufactured by Regex Corp., and modified natural rubber latex, PC manufactured by Regex Corp. -ULE (vulcanization type) etc. are mentioned.
Such natural rubber latex (A) is used for imparting film properties to the formed release layer. As described above, at least one latex selected from the group consisting of natural rubber latex, modified natural rubber latex alone and a mixture thereof can be selected, but it is natural in consideration of mechanical stability, environmental consideration, unit price, etc. It is preferable to select rubber latex and / or modified natural rubber latex, and it is also preferable to select vulcanized modified natural rubber latex having excellent mechanical stability. When the natural rubber latex (A) is used alone, the solid content is in the range of 21 to 54 parts by mass, preferably 30 to 40 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total component amount of the coating release layer forming composition. It is. If the solid content is less than 21 parts by mass, the peelability is deteriorated, and if it exceeds 54 parts by mass, the mechanical stability of the paint is poor and the productivity is affected. Handling becomes worse.
(Polyolefin emulsion (B))
The polyolefin emulsion (B) used in the present embodiment is not particularly limited, and a conventionally known polyolefin emulsion can be used. Examples of the polyolefin-based emulsion (B) include those in which a polyolefin having a hydrophilic group introduced is dispersed in water. Examples of the hydrophilic group include a carboxyl group, a sulfonic acid group, a phosphoric acid group, a hydroxyl group, and an amino group. In addition, as the polyolefin-based emulsion (B), those obtained by dispersing polyolefin in water with an emulsifying dispersant can also be used. Specific examples of the polyolefin emulsion (B) include, for example, polypropylene emulsion, polyethylene emulsion, and ethylene-propylene copolymer emulsion. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
As the polypropylene, polyethylene and ethylene-propylene copolymer, those having a melting point of 90 to 150 ° C. are preferred, and those having a mass average molecular weight of 1,000 to 1,000,000 are preferred. In the present specification, the melting point means a value measured by a softening point test method (ring ball method) defined in JIS K2207.
In the present embodiment, a commercially available product may be used as the polyolefin-based emulsion (B). Specific examples thereof include polypropylene emulsions such as PP emulsion manufactured by Maruyoshi Chemical Co., Ltd. and HARDLEN-NZ manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd. (registered). (Trademark), polyethylene emulsion, JW-150 manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd. manufactured by Johnson Polymer Co., Ltd., PE401 manufactured by Naruse Chemical Co., etc., and the ethylene-propylene copolymer emulsion include HS manufactured by Regex Corp. It is done.
These polyolefin emulsions (B) are used for imparting film properties to a release layer formed in the same manner as the natural rubber latex (A). As described above, at least one emulsion selected from the group consisting of polypropylene emulsion, polyethylene emulsion and ethylene-propylene copolymer emulsion can be selected, but compatibility with natural rubber latex (A), mechanical stability, releasability It is preferable to select in consideration of the unit price. The solid content when the polyolefin-based emulsion (B) is used alone is 6 to 28 parts by mass, preferably 9 to 15 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total component amount of the coating release layer forming composition. It is. If the solid content is less than 6 parts by mass, the film properties are poor and the peelability is poor, and if it exceeds 28 parts by mass, not only the unit price increases, but also the amount of the silicone resin emulsion (C) and wax emulsion (D) used in combination. It will decrease and affect the peelability.
In the present embodiment, natural rubber latex (A) and polyolefin emulsion (B) can be mixed and used. The natural rubber latex (A) has a high solid content and excellent film properties, and the unit price is low, but the mechanical stability and the smoothness of the film are inferior. On the other hand, the polyolefin emulsion (B) is excellent in mechanical stability and slipperiness of the film, but has a disadvantage that the unit price is high. In the present embodiment, in the case of a mixed blend that takes advantage of each of the natural rubber latex (A) and the polyolefin-based emulsion (B), the total solid content is 100 parts by mass of the total component of the coating release layer forming composition. The solid content of the natural rubber latex (A) is designed to be 6 to 42 parts by mass, and the solid content of the polyolefin emulsion (B) is designed to be 3 to 21 parts by mass. preferable. More preferably, the total solid content is 12 to 27 parts by mass, the solid content of the natural rubber latex (A) is 6 to 18 parts by mass, and the solid content of the polyolefin emulsion (B) is 6 to 9 parts by mass. It is. If the total solid content is less than 9 parts by mass, the peelability is poor, and if the total solid content exceeds 45 parts by mass, not only the unit price increases, but also the coating thickens and gelation tends to occur.
Next, auxiliary components in the release layer forming composition for coating will be described.
(Silicone resin emulsion (C))
The silicone resin emulsion (C) used in this embodiment is obtained by dispersing dimethyl silicone oil, various modified silicone oils, silicone resin, silicone elastomer powder, film-forming silicone, etc. in water using a surfactant. , And is used to cause the release layer to be formed to exhibit smoothness and releasability. The silicone resin emulsion (C) is preferably a dimethyl silicone emulsion, a modified silicone emulsion, a film-forming silicone emulsion or the like excellent in smoothness and releasability, and may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Can also be used.
In the present embodiment, a commercially available product may be used as the silicone resin emulsion (C). As specific examples thereof, dimethyl silicone emulsion is KM-740T manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., SM manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Co., Ltd. -490EX, modified silicone emulsion is X-52-8046 manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., SM-7002EX manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Co., Ltd., and KM-2002T manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., Toray Dow Corning Co., Ltd. IE-7170 manufactured by the company can be used.
The solid content of the silicone resin emulsion (C) in 100 parts by mass of the total component amount of the peeling layer forming composition for coating of this embodiment is 0.5 to 10 parts by mass, preferably 2 to 6 parts by mass. is there. When the solid content is less than 0.5 parts by mass, the releasability and the slipperiness are poor, and when it is 10 parts by mass or more, the wettability of the paint is poor and it becomes difficult to form a uniform release layer.
(Wax emulsion (D))
In this embodiment, the wax emulsion (D) is used in combination with the silicone resin emulsion (C). The wax emulsion (D) is mainly used for the purpose of imparting moisture resistance to the formed release layer, but at the same time, it is intended to reduce the cost by supplementing the releasability and smoothness of the expensive silicone resin emulsion (C). As a necessary ingredient. The wax emulsion (D) is an emulsion having a wax-based component as a dispersoid, and the wax component serving as a dispersoid is a modified wax component such as a propylene propylene wax, a polyethylene wax, a paraffin wax, a microcrystalline wax, or a maleated petroleum resin. Well-known wax components etc. may be used individually, and 2 or more types may be mixed and used for them. Among these, paraffin wax has good moisture resistance and smoothness and is preferable in terms of cost.
The weight average molecular weight of the resin used for the wax emulsion (D) is preferably 30000 or less, and more preferably 20000 or less. If the mass average molecular weight exceeds 30000, the surface smoothness may not be improved so much. Further, the melting point of the wax is preferably 40 to 120 ° C. If the melting point is 40 ° C. or less, the wax layer cannot be formed on the surface of the release layer and the moisture resistance deteriorates. It is not preferable because it is necessary to increase the production speed or the production speed is slowed, resulting in poor productivity.
The wax emulsion (D) has a solid content of 2 to 15 parts by mass, preferably 4 to 8 parts by mass, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total component amount of the coating release layer forming composition. If the solid content is less than 2 parts by mass, moisture resistance cannot be exhibited in the release layer formed on the wallpaper, and if it exceeds 15 parts by mass, the wax component adheres to the surface of the release layer and powder falls off. Not only is the moisture resistance too high, but problems such as blistering occur when constructing wallpaper.
また防腐剤として、MIT(メチルイソチアゾリン)、BIT(ベンゾイソチアゾリン)、トリアジン等が挙げられる。
Moreover, a dispersing agent, a surface conditioning agent, an antifoamer, a thickener, a water retention material, an antiseptic, etc. can be added to the coating peeling layer forming composition of this embodiment as needed. Specifically, the dispersant improves the dispersibility of the silicone resin emulsion (C) and the wax emulsion (D), and the dispersant used is not particularly limited, and is nonionic, anionic, cationic or amphoteric. Surfactant and acrylic copolymer are mentioned. The surface conditioner improves the wettability of the release layer forming composition for coating, and is appropriately selected from a modified silicone type, acetylene type, acrylic type surface conditioner, and the like. When the release layer is formed on the wallpaper, the thickener is used to give an appropriate release layer forming composition for coating by a coating method. Examples of the thickener include polyether-based, urethane-modified polyether-based, modified polyacrylic acid-based, PVA, casein, starch, methylcellulose (MC), carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and the like. Examples of the preservative include MIT (methyl isothiazoline), BIT (benzisothiazoline), triazine and the like.
Thus, the
Moreover, the coating amount (wet conversion) of the peeling layer forming composition for coating which forms the
In this way, the wallpaper P is applied to the entire back surface of the backing substrate with the release layer forming composition for coating on the
