Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a power cable core wire exposure apparatus and a power cable core wire exposure method.
このような用途で使用される電力ケーブルとしては、超高圧CV(cross linked polyethylene insulated cable)ケーブルが知られている。 The electric power generated at the power plant is boosted to an ultra-high voltage at the power transmission facility and transmitted through the power cable. As a power cable used in such an application, an ultra-high voltage CV (cross linked polyethylene insulated cable) cable is known. An ultra-high voltage CV cable (hereinafter simply referred to as “CV cable”) has a structure in which a core wire is disposed at the center of the cable and the periphery of the core wire is covered with an insulating layer.
When this type of power cable is used to send the power generated at the power plant to a remote location, it is necessary to connect the power cables on the way. Further, when performing the connection work of the power cable, it is necessary to expose the core wire by removing the insulator layer at the end of the cable.
Therefore, conventionally, the core wire is exposed by peeling off the insulator layer at the end of the power cable. Specifically, the insulation layer is peeled off one by one for each rotation by applying a peeling blade to the outer peripheral surface of the insulating layer of the power cable and rotating the peeling blade in the circumferential direction of the power cable. Is stripped off.
In addition, as a technique for exposing the core wire of the power cable, for example, techniques described in
In general, a power cable such as a CV cable has a structure in which the periphery of the power cable is covered with a thick insulator layer in order to cope with transmission of ultra-high voltage power.
On the other hand, in the above-described conventional method, the stripping blade is rotated in the circumferential direction of the power cable while the stripping blade is gradually cut into the outer peripheral surface of the insulator layer of the power cable. For this reason, it is necessary to rotate the stripping blade many times while appropriately setting the cut amount until the insulator layer is stripped by a desired amount. Therefore, the work of removing the insulator layer has been a heavy burden on the site workers.
In particular, when a power cable having a large thickness of the insulator layer is handled, the amount of stripping increases accordingly, which increases the burden on the operator. Also, when removing the insulator layer over a wider range than the width of the stripping blade in the length direction of the power cable, it is necessary to shift the position where the stripping blade is applied in the same direction. growing.
A main object of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of reducing a work load when an insulator layer is removed at an end portion of a power cable to expose a core wire.

The

(Pressing mechanism)
The
The

The

(Power cable core wire exposure method)
Then, the core wire exposure method of the power cable which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
The power cable core wire exposure method of the present embodiment (hereinafter referred to as “cable core wire exposure method”) is performed by removing the insulator layer 3 covering the
(First step)
In the first step, as shown in FIG. 7, the circumferential groove 5 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the insulator layer 3. Specifically, the circumferential groove 5 is formed using the
In the length direction of the power cable 1, an insulator layer (hereinafter referred to as “excess insulator layer”) 3 a closer to the end face of the power cable 1 than the position where the circumferential groove 5 is formed exposes the
(Second step)
In the second step, the
First, the
On the other hand, for the power cable 1, the end portion of the power cable 1 is placed on the
Next, the

When the
Therefore, when the
(Effect of embodiment)
According to the present embodiment, one or more effects shown below can be obtained.
(1) In the present embodiment, the engaging
Further, even after the
(2) According to the present embodiment, the
(3) In the present embodiment, the pair of
(4) In the present embodiment, the
(5) In this embodiment, the simple operation of simply engaging the engaging
