Abstract
Description
内面板と、該内面板の周方向に延びる両側に立設された側板と、内面板の管長方向に延びる両端に立設された端板とからなるプラスチックでできた一体成形のセグメントを周方向並びに管長方向に連結して更生管を組み立て既設管を更生する管更生工法であって、
前記既設管の湾曲部の更生に、内面板、側板、端板がいずれも矩形の直方体形状のセグメントが複数用いられ、
前記湾曲部において、前記直方体形状の複数のセグメントが、各セグメントの端板間に間隔保持部材を介在させて周方向に連結され、該湾曲部の更生が行われることを特徴とする。
内面板101の上面にはセグメント1の機械的強度を補強するために、側板102、103の内側に、4個の内部板106、107が側板102、103と平行に等間隔に立設される。
湾曲部10cは、円弧曲率が大きく、規格の円弧状のセグメント3などでは、更生が困難であるので、図6に図示したように、直方体形状のセグメント1、1間に間隔保持部材120を介在させて周方向に連結し、湾曲部10cを更生するようにしている。

Claims (4)
- 内面板と、該内面板の周方向に延びる両側に立設された側板と、内面板の管長方向に延びる両端に立設された端板とからなるプラスチックでできた一体成形のセグメントを周方向並びに管長方向に連結して更生管を組み立て既設管を更生する管更生工法であって、
前記既設管の湾曲部の更生に、内面板、側板、端板がいずれも矩形の直方体形状のセグメントが複数用いられ、
前記湾曲部において、前記直方体形状の複数のセグメントが、各セグメントの端板間に間隔保持部材を介在させて周方向に連結され、該湾曲部の更生が行われることを特徴とする管更生工法。 - 前記間隔保持部材が、セグメントの端板と当接する第1の当接面と、該第1の当接面と反対側にあるセグメントの端板と当接する第2の当接面を有し、両当接面は所定の角度をなして交わる傾斜面となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管更生工法。
- 前記間隔保持部材の両当接面なす傾斜角は、既設管の湾曲部の曲率並びに直方体形状のセグメントの周方向長さに基づいて決められることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の管更生工法。
- 前記セグメントの端板の内部板側の下方部に、管長方向に全体に渡って延びる凹部と凸部が形成され、前記端板と当接する間隔保持部材の第1あるいは第2の当接面には、該端板に形成された凹部と凸部に嵌合する凸部と凹部が管長方向に全体に渡って形成されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の管更生工法。
