Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an enclosure for a hydrogen gas turbine that uses hydrogen gas as fuel or as part of fuel.
Conventionally, an enclosure for a gas turbine that covers the periphery of the gas turbine for the purpose of preventing noise during operation of the gas turbine is known. Patent Document 1 discloses an enclosure in which a gas turbine is accommodated. This enclosure is provided in the building and sucks air in the building from an air inlet provided in the enclosure. The sucked air is compressed by the compressor of the gas turbine, and the compressed air is combusted together with the fuel in the combustor and is expanded in the turbine, and then discharged outside the enclosure.
By the way, natural gas is often used as a gas turbine fuel for land use in the past, but in recent years, hydrogen gas is used as a fuel from the viewpoint of low environmental load and energy security (for example, a mixture of natural gas and hydrogen). A gas turbine (hereinafter referred to as “hydrogen gas turbine”) using only gas or hydrogen gas as a fuel has attracted attention. Hydrogen gas as fuel is supplied from the outside of the enclosure to a combustor of a hydrogen gas turbine through a hydrogen gas supply pipe. Since hydrogen gas has a wide explosion limit range, in the unlikely event that hydrogen gas leaks in the enclosure, it is necessary to quickly detect the hydrogen gas leak.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an enclosure for a hydrogen gas turbine that can quickly detect the leakage of hydrogen gas when the hydrogen gas leaks.
In order to solve the above-described problems, an enclosure for a hydrogen gas turbine according to the present invention is an enclosure that houses therein a hydrogen gas turbine that uses hydrogen gas as a fuel or a part of the fuel. The hydrogen gas is supplied from the outside of the enclosure through the hydrogen gas supply pipe, and is a collection unit disposed above the hydrogen gas turbine and the hydrogen gas supply pipe, and collects the leaked hydrogen gas. A collection unit having a collection space, and a cross-sectional area in the horizontal plane of the collection space that decreases as it goes upward, and a hydrogen gas detector for detecting hydrogen gas collected in the collection unit It is characterized by providing.
According to the above configuration, in the unlikely event that hydrogen gas leaks from the hydrogen gas turbine or hydrogen gas supply pipe inside the enclosure, the leaked hydrogen gas is lighter than the air, so that it enters the collection space of the upper collection unit. And move. Since the collection part has a collection space that becomes smaller as the cross-sectional area in the horizontal plane goes upward, for example, even if a small amount of hydrogen gas leaks immediately after the hydrogen gas starts to leak, The hydrogen concentration increases toward the upper side of the collecting part, and is easily detected by a hydrogen gas detector. For this reason, when hydrogen gas leaks, the leak of hydrogen gas can be detected quickly.
In the hydrogen gas turbine enclosure described above, the collection unit may include at least one inclined wall constituting a ceiling wall of the enclosure. According to this configuration, hydrogen gas can be collected depending on the shape of the enclosure.
In the above-described hydrogen gas turbine enclosure, the collection unit may include a dome-shaped or frustum-shaped member that forms the collection space and is supported by a ceiling wall or a side wall of the enclosure. According to this configuration, the present invention can be applied to any shape enclosure. In addition, it is possible to quickly detect the leak of hydrogen gas locally by arranging a collecting portion at a location where hydrogen gas is likely to leak.
The enclosure for a hydrogen gas turbine may further include a hydrogen gas discharge pipe for exhausting the hydrogen gas collected by the collection unit to the outside of the enclosure. According to this configuration, the leaked hydrogen gas can be exhausted outside the enclosure.
The above hydrogen gas turbine enclosure is a blower for blowing air from the inside of the enclosure to the outside, and is controlled so as to increase the blowing amount when hydrogen gas is detected by the hydrogen gas detector. A further blower may be provided. According to this configuration, the leaked hydrogen gas can be quickly exhausted to the outside of the enclosure by increasing the amount of air blown from the blower.
The enclosure for a hydrogen gas turbine may further include an inert gas introduction pipe that guides an inert gas to the hydrogen gas discharge pipe. According to this configuration, when the hydrogen gas is exhausted through the hydrogen gas exhaust pipe, the inert gas is mixed with the hydrogen gas and exhausted. Therefore, the explosion of the gas exhausted from the hydrogen gas exhaust pipe can be prevented. it can.
The enclosure for a hydrogen gas turbine further includes an inert gas opening / closing mechanism provided in the inert gas introduction pipe for opening and closing the inert gas introduction pipe, and the inert gas opening / closing mechanism includes: The hydrogen gas detector may be controlled to open the inert gas supply pipe when hydrogen gas is detected by the hydrogen gas detector.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the enclosure for hydrogen gas turbines which can detect the leak of hydrogen gas rapidly at the time of the leak of hydrogen gas can be provided.
(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, an
The
The
The
The
The
For example, the
Furthermore, the
The
The
Since the cross-sectional area in the horizontal plane of the collection space Sa is smaller as it goes upward, the region where the hydrogen gas is collected in the collection space Sa becomes smaller as it goes upward. For this reason, even if a small amount of hydrogen gas leaks immediately after the hydrogen gas begins to leak, the
In this embodiment, the
Since the
The
The hydrogen
The
When the hydrogen gas is detected by the
The
The inert
The inert gas opening /
The inert gas opening /
However, the
As described above, in the
Further, in the
In this embodiment, the
(Second Embodiment)
Next, an enclosure according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the present embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and a duplicate description is omitted.
In this embodiment, the
Also in this embodiment, the
The hydrogen
Also in this embodiment, the same effect as the first embodiment can be obtained. In addition, the
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the
(Other embodiments)
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
