Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner for a so-called auto air conditioner that automatically controls an air conditioning state in a vehicle interior in accordance with a desired temperature set in the vehicle interior set by a passenger.
Conventionally, as this type of vehicle air conditioner, there is one described in
However, even when the airflow rate of the blower is set to the minimum based on the target blowout temperature, when the vehicle thermal load is low (for example, when the outside air temperature is close to the set temperature, at night, when it is cloudy, etc.), the airflow rate is Sometimes it is excessive.
If the amount of air flow is excessive, the power consumption increases due to the increase in the operating rate of the compressor, and the load on the alternator increases due to the increase in power consumption of the motor for the blower. End up.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to improve the fuel efficiency of a vehicle while maintaining a passenger's comfort.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a blower (7) that blows air toward the passenger compartment, a compressor that compresses refrigerant that exchanges heat with the blown air, and whether or not the compressor can be operated are determined. Is in a predetermined range where the blower volume of the blower is minimized, either the face mode or the bi-level mode is set by the blowing mode setting means, and the solar radiation amount detected by the solar radiation sensor is below a predetermined value At this time, it is provided with low air flow rate setting means (S51 to 55, 57, 58) for setting the air flow rate to a lower air flow rate than the minimum air flow rate when the air flow rate calculating unit obtains the air flow rate of the blower. Characterized by the
According to this, since the draft feeling is not required when the amount of solar radiation is small, by reducing the air flow when conditions such as low solar radiation are satisfied, the fuel efficiency of the vehicle can be improved while maintaining the passenger comfort. Can be planned.

In step S2, operation signals and sensor signals of the sensor /
The operation signals include a setting signal for the vehicle interior target temperature Tset set by the room

In step S3, the operation of the compressor is controlled based on the signal of the compressor on / off
In step S4 as the target blowout temperature calculating means, the target blowout temperature TAO of the air blown into the vehicle interior is read based on the vehicle interior target temperature Tset, the inside air temperature Tr, the outside air temperature Tam, and the solar radiation amount Ts read in step S2. Calculate.
TAO=Kset×Tset−Kr×Tr−Kam×Tam−Ks×Ts+C …(F1)
Specifically, the target blowing temperature TAO is calculated by substituting input data into the following formula F1 stored in advance in the storage device. TAO = Kset * Tset-Kr * Tr-Kam * Tam-Ks * Ts + C (F1)
Here, Kset, Kr, Kam, and Ks are gains, and C is a correction constant for the whole.
The inside air temperature Tr, the outside air temperature Tam, and the solar radiation amount Ts correspond to the environmental information of the vehicle of the present invention.
In step S5, the air flow rate of the
In step S6, based on the target blow temperature TAO calculated in step S4 and the signals of the
In step S7 as the blowing mode setting means, the blowing mode is determined from the target blowing temperature TAO calculated in step S4 based on the blowing mode pattern data representing the relationship between the target blowing temperature TAO and the blowing mode of the air blown into the passenger compartment. Then, the
In addition, as a blowing mode, a face mode that blows air toward the passenger's upper body, a foot mode that blows air toward the passenger's feet, and a bi-level that blows air toward the passenger's upper body and feet The mode can be set. Further, the blowing mode pattern data is stored in advance in the storage device.
The loop processing of steps S2 to S7 is repeatedly executed every predetermined control cycle (for example, 1 second).
Next, details of the blower control (step S5) will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, first, in step S51, it is determined whether or not the blowing mode determined in step S7 is the face mode or the bi-level mode.
If it is not the face mode or the bi-level mode, that is, if it is not the cooling mode, a negative determination is made in step S51 and the process proceeds to step S56.
When a negative determination is made in step S51 and the process proceeds to step S56, in step S56, the relationship between the target blowing temperature TAO and the blower voltage (that is, the applied voltage to the blower motor) is determined based on the target blowing temperature TAO calculated in step S4. From the determined blower voltage control characteristic map (see FIG. 4), the blower voltage is determined within a range of 4 to 12 volts, for example. Then, by operating the blower motor at the determined blower voltage, the blower amount of the
On the other hand, if it is the face mode or the bi-level mode in step S51, that is, if it is the cooling mode, an affirmative determination is made in step S51 and the process proceeds to step S52.
In step S52, it is determined whether or not the target blowing temperature TAO calculated in step S4 is within a predetermined range (for example, 20 to 29 ° C.). Note that the predetermined range of values is stored in advance in the storage device.
This predetermined range is the lowest blower voltage (ie, 4 volts) when the blower voltage is obtained from the blower voltage control characteristic map based on the target blowout temperature TAO calculated in step S4. Is the temperature range of the target blowout temperature TAO in which is minimized.
In other words, this predetermined range is the temperature range of the target blowout temperature TAO in which the blower voltage is the lowest (that is, the blown amount is minimum) if the blower voltage (ie, the blown amount) is obtained in step S56. .
If the target blowing temperature TAO calculated in step S4 is within the predetermined range, an affirmative determination is made in step S52 and the process proceeds to step S53.
In step S53, it is determined whether the solar radiation amount Ts read in step S2 is a predetermined value (for example, 100 W / m 2 ) or less. The predetermined value is stored in advance in the storage device.
If the solar radiation amount Ts read in step S2 is equal to or smaller than the predetermined value, that is, if the solar radiation amount is small, an affirmative determination is made in step S53 and the process proceeds to step S54.
In step S54, it is determined whether or not the signal of the compressor on / off
Then, when the signal of the compressor on / off
In step S55, the blower voltage is determined to be a value (eg, 3 volts) lower than the lowest blower voltage (ie, 4 volts) in the blower voltage control characteristic map. Thereby, the air flow rate of the
As described above, when all the determinations in steps S51 to S54 are positive, the process proceeds to step S55. And the operation state of the
Under such circumstances, when the amount of solar radiation is small, a draft feeling is not required. Therefore, even if the air volume is controlled to be lower than the minimum air volume of normal control, the passenger's comfort is maintained.
In addition, by controlling the air flow to a level lower than the minimum air flow rate of normal control, the operating rate of the compressor decreases and power consumption decreases, and the power consumed by the blower motor decreases and the load on the alternator also decreases. As a result, the fuel efficiency of the vehicle is improved.
Incidentally, the minimum blower voltage in the blower voltage control characteristic map was set to 4 volts, the blower voltage in step S55 was set to 3 volts, and actual vehicle evaluation was performed under general driving conditions. It was confirmed that the fuel consumption of the vehicle was improved by 1%.
If a negative determination is made in any of steps S51 to S54, the process proceeds to step S56 to determine the blower voltage.
According to the present embodiment, the fuel consumption of the vehicle can be improved while maintaining the occupant's comfort by reducing the blown air amount when conditions such as a low solar radiation amount are satisfied.
In the above embodiment, the blower voltage determined in step S55 is fixed to a constant value (for example, 3 volts). However, the blower voltage at this time may be varied according to the amount of solar radiation, for example.
(Second Embodiment)
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described. Only the parts different from the first embodiment will be described below.
As shown in FIG. 5, in this embodiment, step S57 is added to the blower control (step S5). Step S57 corresponds to the light lighting detection means of the present invention, and constitutes the low air flow rate setting means of the present invention together with steps S51 to S55.
In step S57, it is determined whether or not a vehicle light (not shown) is turned on. If the vehicle light is on, an affirmative determination is made in step S57 and control proceeds to step S55.
That is, in this embodiment, when all the determinations are affirmative in steps S51 to S54, and when the vehicle light is on and the determination is affirmative in step S57, the process proceeds to step S55, and the air flow rate of the
Here, when the vehicle light is on, it is estimated that the scene has a low heat load such as nighttime, cloudy, rainy, or the like. In this way, by limiting the low air volume control in step S55 to a scene with a low heat load, the frequency of occurrence of insufficient draft feeling can be reduced, and the passenger's comfort can be more reliably maintained.
According to the present embodiment, it is possible to improve the fuel efficiency of the vehicle while more reliably maintaining the passenger's comfort.
(Third embodiment)
A third embodiment of the present invention will be described. Only the parts different from the first embodiment will be described below.
As shown in FIG. 6, in this embodiment, step S58 is added to the blower control (step S5). Step S58 corresponds to the rear seat seating determination means of the present invention, and constitutes the low air flow rate setting means of the present invention together with steps S51 to S55.
In step S58, it is determined whether or not an occupant is seated in the rear seat of the vehicle based on a signal from a sensor that detects the wearing state of the rear seat belt. If no occupant is seated in the rear seat, a negative determination is made in step S58, and the process proceeds to step S55.
That is, in this embodiment, when all of the determinations in steps S51 to S54 are affirmative, and when no occupant is seated in the rear seat and the determination is negative in step S58, the process proceeds to step S55, and the air flow rate of the
Here, when an occupant is seated in the rear seat, the heat load increases. In this way, in a scene with a high heat load, by not performing the low air volume control in step S55, the frequency of occurrence of insufficient draft feeling can be reduced, and the passenger's comfort can be more reliably maintained. .
According to the present embodiment, it is possible to improve the fuel efficiency of the vehicle while more reliably maintaining the passenger's comfort.
