Claims (5)
- エンジンの吸気通路及び排気通路の少なくとも一方を開閉する開閉バルブの構造であって、
複数のバタフライバルブ及び上記バタフライバルブを相互連結する軸部を含むバルブ本体と、
上記バルブ本体をバルブ本体の軸方向の両端部で回転可能に支持する一対のブッシュ部材と、
一方のブッシュ部材の内部を上記軸方向に貫通し、上記バルブ本体の一端部側の内部で上記ブッシュ部材から所定長さ突出し、その突出した部分で上記バルブ本体に回転方向に相対移動不能に結合されるシャフト部材とを備え、
上記ブッシュ部材は、その一部が上記バルブ本体の両端部に上記軸方向に嵌入し、残部が上記バルブ本体の両端部から上記軸方向に突出することを特徴とする開閉バルブ構造。 - 請求項1に記載の開閉バルブ構造において、
上記バルブ本体の軸心に、バルブ本体を軸方向に貫通し、上記ブッシュ部材及びシャフト部材が嵌入可能な中空部が形成されることを特徴とする開閉バルブ構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の開閉バルブ構造において、
上記バルブ本体の両端部に、上記ブッシュ部材を嵌入させるためのボス部が上記軸部よりも大径に形成されることを特徴とする開閉バルブ構造。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の開閉バルブ構造において、
上記開閉バルブが、エンジンの吸気通路又は排気通路を構成する上流側ハウジング部材と下流側ハウジング部材との合わせ面部に設けられ、
上記バルブ本体の軸部が、上流側ハウジング部材の複数の通路間に位置する通路壁に下流側から上流側に切り欠かれた凹部の上流端部に収容されることを特徴とする開閉バルブ構造。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の開閉バルブ構造において、
上記排気通路は、低速用通路と、低速用通路よりも排気ガス流通面積が大きい高速用通路とを備え、
上記低速用通路及び高速用通路は、それぞれ、上流側から、気筒に対応する複数の独立通路と、上記独立通路から噴出する排気ガスが集合する集合通路とを備え、
上記開閉バルブは、上記高速用通路の独立通路に備えられることを特徴とする開閉バルブ構造。
