Claims (5)
- 揺動成分除去用軸継手であって、
内周部に内歯を有する揺動成分除去用歯車と、
外周部に、前記内歯と同じ歯数の外歯を有し、かつ前記揺動成分除去用歯車に対して偏心して噛合する外歯歯車とを備え、
前記外歯及び前記内歯の少なくとも一方が、歯車本体に対して個々に周方向及び又は径方向に弾性変位可能に支持されている揺動成分除去用軸継手。 - 少なくとも弾性変位可能に支持されている歯を備えた前記歯車が、薄板材料を積層することにより形成されている請求項1に記載の軸継手。
- 内周部に内歯を有する内歯歯車と、
外周部に、前記内歯より少ない歯数の外歯を有して前記内歯歯車に噛合する外歯歯車と、
前記内歯歯車と同一の中心軸線周りに回転し、前記外歯歯車を前記内歯歯車に対して噛合状態で転動させるように前記外歯歯車を回転自在に支持した偏心駆動部材と、
前記内歯歯車に対して同軸的に設けられ、内周部に、前記外歯歯車と同じ歯数の内歯を有し、かつ前記外歯歯車に対して噛合する揺動成分除去用歯車とを有し、
前記揺動成分除去用歯車の内歯が、歯車本体に対して個々に周方向及び又は径方向に弾性変位可能に支持されている内接式遊星歯車装置。 - 揺動成分除去用軸継手であって、
内輪と、
外輪と、
前記外輪に対して前記内輪を周方向及び又は径方向に弾性変位可能に連結する弾性変形部と、
前記外輪に対する前記内輪の偏心揺動を許容して前記内輪と前記外輪との回転方向の相対変位によって互いに当接するように前記内輪と前記外輪とに形成された凹凸部とを有する揺動成分除去用軸継手。 - 内周部に内歯を有する内歯歯車と、
外周部に前記内歯より少ない歯数の外歯を有して前記内歯歯車に噛合する外歯歯車と、
前記内歯歯車と同一の中心軸線周りに回転し、前記外歯歯車を前記内歯歯車に対して噛合状態で転動させるように前記外歯歯車を回転自在に支持した偏心駆動部材と、
請求項4に記載の揺動成分除去用軸継手の前記内輪が前記外歯歯車に固定され、且つ外輪が固定部材あるいは出力部材に固定されている内接式遊星歯車装置。
