Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a track plate for an endless track and a method for manufacturing the same.
At present, the manufacturing process of the track plate for the endless track (hereinafter referred to as “track plate”) is broadly divided into (a) steelmaking, (b) rolling, (c) shear cutting, (d) quenching, (e ) Tempering.
Details of each step are as follows.
(B) Steel pieces from steel making to (b) rolling are made from steel pieces of low carbon alloy steel or medium carbon alloy steel, which are hot-rolled to form a shoe plate, which is cut and bound in multiples.
(C) Full length cutting and grooving to a predetermined length by shear cutting shearing or gas cutting, etc., and stamping for traceability.
(D) Heating to a temperature equal to or higher than the Ac3 transformation point in a quenching heating furnace, punching out mud holes and bolt holes, and then rapidly cooling to harden the entire track.
(E) Tempering The steel sheet is tempered again at 150 to 250 ° C. in a heating furnace to ensure the toughness and ductility of the entire shoe plate.
The shoe plate obtained by the above-described conventional manufacturing method has the following problems.
(I) The overall hardness of the shoe board obtained by the above-described conventional manufacturing method is HRC46-48. However, the portion where the high hardness of the shoe plate is required is a grower part, and the portion where the high strength of the shoe plate is required is a link attachment portion where high bending stress is generated. It can be said that the current product is heat-treated even to a part that does not necessarily need to be heat-treated to improve the mechanical properties.
(Ii) The entire shoe plate (entire cross section) is quenched and tempered. Therefore, (ii-1) heat treatment cost is high. (Ii-2) It is necessary to enlarge the heating furnace in order to ensure the in-furnace time and high productivity. (Ii-3) The heating facility becomes large, and the initial cost and the maintenance cost of the facility cost are high.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 03-219043 discloses a footwear plate made of a low carbon manganese-boron steel having a carbon content of 0.15 to 0.30% and subjected to quenching and tempering heat treatment throughout. . In the shoe plate disclosed in the publication, since the heat treatment of quenching and tempering is performed on the whole, the same problem as the above (i) and (ii) occurs.
An object of the present invention is to provide a footwear plate and a method for manufacturing the same, which can reduce the cost required for heat treatment as compared with the prior art.

Heat treatment is applied locally after rolling,
The crawler plate, wherein the tip of the grouser has a tempered martensite structure, and the portions of the general plate portion that are on both outer sides in the longitudinal direction of the cobble plate of the link attachment site are an as-rolled ferrite pearlite structure.
(2) The footwear plate according to (1), wherein a portion of the general plate portion at the link attachment site has a tempered martensite structure.

(4) The footwear according to (1) or (2), wherein the grouser root is a rolled ferrite pearlite structure.
(5) The footwear plate according to (1) or (2), wherein the growth plate adjacent plate portion has a tempered martensite structure.
(6) The footwear plate according to (1) or (2), wherein the growth plate adjacent plate portion has an as-rolled ferrite pearlite structure.
(7) The crawler plate is attached to a pair of links,
The link attachment site is the center in the longitudinal direction of the shoe plate at a position obtained by adding the thickness of the adjacent plate portion to the outermost position of the link attachment range that is in surface contact with the pair of links when viewed from the center in the longitudinal direction of the shoe plate. The footwear plate according to any one of (1) to (6), which is a side portion.
(8) The mechanical properties of the tempered martensite structure are any of (1) to (7), wherein the hardness (HRC) is 40 to 53, and the U-notch Charpy impact value is 40 J / cm 2 or more. The footwear as described in one.
(9) By locally heating the groover portion and the portion at the link attachment portion of the plate portion to a temperature equal to or higher than the Ac3 transformation point, and then rapidly cooling, the groover portion and the portion at the link attachment portion of the plate A method for producing a footboard, comprising a step of locally quenching.
(10) The method for manufacturing a footwear according to (9), wherein the local heating is performed by induction heating.
According to the foot plate of (1) above, since heat treatment is locally performed after rolling, the cost required for the heat treatment can be reduced as compared with the case where heat treatment is performed on the entire foot plate (conventional).
In addition, since the tip of the grouser has a tempered martensite structure, and the portions of the general plate part that are on both outer sides in the longitudinal direction of the footplate of the link attachment are ferrite and pearlite structures as rolled, heat treatment is applied to the entire footwear. Can be abolished. For this reason, the cost required for the heat treatment can be reduced as compared with the case where the entire footwear is subjected to the heat treatment (conventional).
According to the shoe plate of (2) above, since the portion of the general plate portion at the link attachment site has a tempered martensite structure, the general plate portion is on both outer sides of the link attachment portion in the longitudinal direction of the shoe plate. Even if the portion is a rolled ferrite pearlite structure, the bending strength of the portion of the general plate portion at the link attachment site can be secured.
According to the track plate of (3) above, since the grouser root has a tempered martensite structure, the tip of the grouser can be reliably heat treated and the entire grouser has high hardness and wear resistance (wear) (Lifetime) is improved.
According to the footwear plate of (4) above, since the grouser base is a ferrite pearlite structure as it is rolled, the cost required for the heat treatment can be reduced compared to the case where the heat treatment is completely applied to the grouser base.
According to the shoe plate of (5) above, the growth plate adjacent plate portion has a tempered martensite structure, and therefore, compared with the case where the growth plate adjacent plate portion has an as-rolled ferrite pearlite structure, There is little deformation, and it is easy to ensure the bending strength of the footwear.
According to the footwear plate of the above (6), since the growr adjacent plate portion has an as-rolled ferrite pearlite structure, the cost required for the heat treatment can be reduced as compared with the case where the heat treatment is applied to the growr adjacent plate portion.
According to the shoe plate of the above (7), the link attachment site is the longitudinal direction of the shoe plate at the position where the thickness of the plate adjacent to the grosa is added to the outermost position of the link attachment range as seen from the center of the shoe plate longitudinal direction. Since this is the central portion, the quality of the general plate portion can be ensured even if the portions on both outer sides in the longitudinal direction of the shoe plate at the link attachment site are in the as-rolled ferrite pearlite structure.
According to the footwear plate of (8) above, the mechanical properties of the tempered martensite structure are hardness (HRC) of 40 to 53, and U-notch Charpy impact value is 40 J / cm 2 or more. It is possible to secure the hardness and strength of the footwear plate portion that is a return martensite structure.
According to the method for manufacturing a shoe plate of (9) above, the growr portion and the portion at the link attachment portion of the plate portion are locally heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the Ac3 transformation point, and then rapidly cooled to thereby obtain the grower portion. And the portion of the plate portion at the link attachment site are locally quenched, so that the cost required for the heat treatment can be reduced as compared with the case where the entire shoe plate is quenched.
According to the method for manufacturing a shoe plate of (10) above, since the local heating is performed by induction heating, the equipment can be made relatively compact, and only the necessary portions can be heated relatively easily.

With respect to (e), the portion of the
