Abstract
Description

エネルギは、ある実施例によれば、機械的振動、特に超音波振動の形式で供給されてもよい。振動は、近位側(もしあれば、先端とは反対側)から接続要素内に結合される。この目的のため、接続要素の近位側は、内結合表面、たとえば平坦な表面を含んでもよい。接続要素はヘッド部分を有し、内結合表面は、ヘッド部分の近位表面によって形成されてもよい。振動は、たとえば、対応するように適合された遠位表面を有するツール(ソノトロード)から接続要素内に結合される。

Claims (25)
- 製品を製造する方法であって、
繊維からなる構造を各々が含む第1の製品パーツおよび第2の製品パーツを提供するステップと、
前記第1および第2のパーツを、互いに関して、および支持体に対して配置するステップと、
熱可塑性材料を含む接続要素を提供するステップと、
前記接続要素を前記製品パーツに対して押圧することにより前記製品パーツを前記接続要素と前記支持体との間において圧縮し、前記接続要素にエネルギで衝撃を与え、それによって、前記接続要素の熱可塑性材料を流動可能にし、前記接続要素を前記製品パーツ内に押込めさせるステップと、
前記熱可塑性材料を再凝固させ、それによって前記第1および第2の製品パーツを互いと接続するステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記製品は、繊維強化された複合材料からなる物品の成形プロセスのための半製品であり、前記製品パーツは繊維からなる半製品パーツである、請求項1に記載の方法。
