Claims (13)
- 第1の外側層と、
第2の外側層と、
前記第1の外側層と前記第2の外側層との間に挟まれているルミネッセンス層と、
を含み、
前記第1の外側層及び前記第2の外側層は、光透過ポリマー材料で作られ、標準温度及び標準気圧(STP)下で、30cm3/(m2・日)よりも低い酸素透過率を有し、
前記ルミネッセンス層は、光透過マトリクスポリマーと、吸収スペクトルに応じて光を吸収し、吸収した光の一部を、発光スペクトルの光に変換するルミネッセンス材料とを含む、層のスタック。 - 前記第1の外側層の材料及び前記第2の外側層の材料は、3cm3・mm/(m2・日・バール)よりも低い酸素透過性を有する、請求項1に記載の層のスタック。
- 前記ルミネッセンス材料は、有機蛍光体、量子ドット、量子ロッド又は量子テトラポッドのうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の層のスタック。
- 前記ルミネッセンス層は、更なる吸収スペクトルに応じて光を吸収し、吸収した光の一部を、更なる発光スペクトルの光に変換する更なるルミネッセンス材料を含む、請求項1に記載の層のスタック。
- 前記ルミネッセンス材料及び前記更なるルミネッセンス材料は、単層内に材料の混合物として提供されるか、又は、前記ルミネッセンス材料は、第1の副層内に提供され、前記更なるルミネッセンス材料は、第2の副層内に提供される、請求項4に記載の層のスタック。
- 前記光透過ポリマー材料は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、エチレンビニルアルコール(EVOH)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)、及び、ナイロン6(PA6)のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の層のスタック。
- 前記マトリクスポリマーは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリカーボネート(PC)のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の層のスタック。
- 前記光透過ポリマー材料及び前記マトリクスポリマーは、同じポリマー材料を含む、請求項1に記載の層のスタック。
- 前記光透過ポリマー材料及び前記マトリクスポリマーは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含む、請求項8に記載の層のスタック。
- 前記第1の外側層及び/又は前記ルミネッセンス層は更に、散乱粒子、寿命改善粒子、及び、無機蛍光体の群のうち少なくとも1つの群の粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の層のスタック。
- 光エミッタと、前記光エミッタからの光を受け取る請求項1に記載の層のスタックと、を含むランプ。
- 請求項1に記載の層のスタック、又は、請求項13に記載のランプを含む、照明器具。
- 層のスタックを製造する方法であって、
ルミネッセンス材料を含むマトリクスポリマーで作られるルミネッセンス層を製造するステップと、
前記ルミネッセンス層の両側に、第1の外側層及び第2の外側層を付与するステップと、
を含み、
前記ルミネッセンス材料は、吸収スペクトルに応じて光を吸収し、吸収した光の一部を、発光スペクトルの光に変換し、
前記第1の外側層及び前記第2の外側層は、光透過ポリマー材料で作られ、標準温度及び標準気圧(STP)下で、30cm3/(m2・日)よりも低い酸素透過率を有する、方法。
