Description
−前記発光装置は、光源、特に、発光ダイオードを備え、
−前記レンズおよび前記光源は、前記カットオフラインを形成するように配設され、
−前記枢着軸は、実質的に、前記光源を通過し、
−前記レンズは、前記光源に焦点を有し、
−前記光学部は、前記枢着軸から半径方向に離れる方向に、前記枢着部のアームから延伸し、
−前記アームは、前記枢着軸の周りでレンズを枢着する旋回継手を備え、
−前記枢着部は、前記レンズを回転駆動する駆動手段を備え、
−前記駆動手段は、少なくとも1つのリブ付きフォークを備え、前記少なくとも1つのリブ付きフォークは、前記回転軸に対して横断方向に、特に、直交する方向に向けられた調節ねじと相互作用することが意図され、
−前記駆動手段は、前記枢着軸に沿って前記光学部の両側に位置付けられ、
−前記発光装置は、前記レンズ用の固定ホルダを備え、
−前記固定ホルダは、前記レンズを回転自在に枢着するアームを備え、
−前記ホルダは、前記枢着アームが前記枢着軸の方へ半径方向に延伸して貫通する電子制御基板を備え、
−前記制御基板は、前記光源に対して半径方向にずれている。
Claims (15)
- レンズ(1)と、光ビームにカットオフラインを生成する手段とを備える光ビーム発光装置であって、前記発光装置は、枢着軸(3)の周りで前記レンズ(1)の角位置に応じて、所与の方向に、特に、垂直方向に前記カットオフラインの位置を調節可能なように構成され、前記レンズ(1)は、光ビームを透過させる光学部(4)と、前記枢着軸(3)の周りで回転するように枢着する枢着部(5)とを備え、前記枢着部(5)および前記光学部(4)は一体的な部材で作られる発光装置。
- 前記発光装置の光源(6)および前記レンズ(1)は、前記カットオフラインを形成するように配設される、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記枢着軸(3)は、前記光源(6)を実質的に通過する、請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光源(6)は、発光ダイオードである、請求項3に記載の発光装置。
- 前記レンズ(1)は、前記光源(6)に焦点を有する、請求項3または4に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光学部(4)は、前記枢着軸(3)から半径方向に離れる方向に、前記枢着部(5)のアーム(7)から延伸する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記アーム(3)は、前記枢着軸(3)の周りで前記レンズ(1)を枢着する旋回継手(9)を備える、請求項6に記載の発光装置。
- 前記枢着部(5)は、前記レンズ(1)を回転駆動する駆動手段を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記駆動手段は、少なくとも1つのフォーク(11)を備え、前記少なくとも1つのフォーク(11)は、前記回転軸に対して直交する方向に向けられた調節ねじ(12)と相互作用することが意図されたリブ(14)を備える、請求項8に記載の発光装置。
- 前記駆動手段は、前記枢着軸(3)に沿って前記光学部(4)の両側に位置付けられる、請求項9に記載の発光装置。
- 前記レンズ(1)を保持する固定ホルダ(17)を備え、前記固定ホルダ(17)は、前記レンズ(1)を回転自在に枢着する枢着アーム(18)を備える、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
- 前記固定ホルダ(17)は、前記枢着アーム(18)が前記枢着軸(3)の方へ半径方向に延伸して貫通する電子制御基板(21)を備え、前記制御基板(21)は、前記光源(6)に対して半径方向にずれている、請求項11に記載の発光装置。
- 請求項11または12に記載の発光装置を備える灯具、特に、自動車用灯具。
- 実質的に円筒状のジャケットの形態のケーシング(50)を備え、前記ケーシング(50)は、前記固定ホルダ(17)の前記枢着アーム(18)を案内するリブ(70)を備える内面(59)を有する、請求項13に記載の灯具。
- 前記ケーシング(50)の前記内面(59)は、前記レンズ(1)の前記枢着部(5)をスナップ固定するリブ(72)を備える、請求項14に記載の灯具。
