Claims (9)
- 第一構造と第二構造を有する経皮的心臓弁送達システムであって、
シースと、
近位端及び遠位端を有するステントと、
近位端及び遠位端を有する置換弁と、
前記ステント及び前記置換弁の間に延びる少なくとも一つの縫合線と、
を含む経皮的心臓弁送達システムにおいて、
前記システムは前記第一構造にある場合、前記ステント及び前記置換弁は前記シース内に配置され、前記置換弁の遠位端は前記ステントの近位端の近位側に配置され、
前記システムは前記第二構造にある場合、前記置換弁の遠位端は前記ステントの近位端の遠位側に配置されることを特徴とする経皮的心臓弁送達システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記ステントは自己膨張するものであることを特徴とする経皮的心臓弁送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記置換弁は自己膨張するものであることを特徴とする経皮的心臓弁送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、更に、少なくとも一つの引張ロープを含み、前記シースは近位端及び遠位端を有し、前記少なくとも一つの引張ロープは前記シースの近位端を超えて延びることを特徴とする経皮的心臓弁送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの縫合線は前記置換弁の一部及び前記ステントの一部を通して延びることを特徴とする経皮的心臓弁送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの縫合線は6〜20の縫合線を含むことを特徴とする経皮的心臓弁送達システム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、更に、複数の引張ロープを含み、各引張ロープは、前記システムが前記第一構造にある場合、前記縫合線の一つに接続されることを特徴とする経皮的心臓弁送達システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの縫合線の少なくとも一部は生体吸収性材料を含むことを特徴とする経皮的心臓弁送達システム。
- 第一構造と第二構造を有する経皮的心臓弁送達システムにであって、
シースと、
近位端、遠位端及びロッキングスロットを有するステントと、
近位端、遠位端及び環状形状を有する突出部分を備える置換弁と、
を含む経皮的心臓弁送達システムにおいて、
前記システムは前記第一構造にある場合、前記ステント及び前記置換弁は前記シース内に配置され、前記置換弁の遠位端は前記ステントの近位端の近位側に配置され、
前記システムは前記第二構造にある場合、前記置換弁の遠位端は前記ステントの近位端の遠位側に配置され、前記突出部分は前記ロッキングスロット内に配置されることを特徴とする経皮的心臓弁送達システム。
