Claims (10)
- 選択モータ(200)と、シフトモータ(100)と、選択運動を減速させる機構(200a、201、202)と、シフト運動を減速させる機構(100a、101、102)と、シフト部材をフォーククロー(47、48、49)内に置くことによって、2つのギヤを選択するために、且つ前記シフト部材を使用して選択されたフォーク(41、42、43)を移動させることによって、ギヤに係合するために、これらの機構によって作動されるシフトモジュール(50)とを備える、クラッチハウジング(10)に当接する機構ハウジング(11)に囲い込まれる、オートマチックトランスミッション(1)用のギヤシフト制御装置であって、前記シフトモジュール(50)及び前記減速機構が、前記ボックス(1)の前記ハウジング(10、11)の内部に配置される一方で、前記作動モータ(100、200)が、その外部に設置されることを特徴とする、オートマチックトランスミッション(1)用のギヤシフト制御装置。
- 前記選択運動が、前記シフトモジュール(50)の支持軸(51)を囲み、且つギヤシフト部材を支持する筒状要素(53)を用いて実行される、前記シフトモジュール(50)の回転であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記シフトモジュール(50)と平行して、前記ボックス(1)の内部に備え付けられる移動軸(103)を備え、前記筒状要素(53)の移動運動を確実にすることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記移動軸(103)がトランスバースアーム(104)を支持し、前記トランスバースアーム(104)の端部が前記筒状要素(53)を囲み、それにより、前記筒状要素(53)を移動させることができることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の制御装置。
- 前記アーム(104)の前記端部(104a)が、前記筒状要素(53)のショルダー(53a)を囲むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の制御装置。
- 前記アーム(104)の前記端部(104a)が、ストップリングを介して、前記筒状要素(53)の溝に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の制御装置。
- 前記選択運動減速機構(200a、201、202)が、前記ボックス(1)の前記クラッチハウジング(10)及び前記機構ハウジング(11)それぞれに属する、2つの当接面の間に軸方向に保持される中間リターンピニオン(201)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記中間ピニオン(201)が、選択されない前記フォーククロー(47、48、79)の運動を防止する、シフト機構のインターロックキー(52)に固定されるナット(202)に回転運動を伝達することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の制御装置。
- 前記ナット(202)が、その周囲に歯が付いた角状の扇形であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の制御装置。
- 前記シフト運動減速機構(100a、101、102)が、前記ボックスの内部に置かれる中間リターンピニオン(101)であって、前記クラッチハウジング(10)及び前記機構ハウジング(11)それぞれに属する、2つの当接面の間に軸方向に保持される、中間リターンピニオン(101)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
