Claims (17)
- 長手方向軸を備えた軸を有すると共に該軸を越えて該長手方向軸から外向きに延びる肩部を有するファスナによって締結される物品であって、該物品は、
ファスナ保持部分及びファスナ間隙部分を有する一体的にモールドされた物品本体を備え、
前記ファスナ保持部分は、前記ファスナ軸に係合する開口を定め、前記開口は、前記ファスナを事前取付け位置に保持するための少なくとも1つのファスナ係合縁部を有し、前記ファスナ保持部分は、前記ファスナの前記ファスナ軸が前記事前取付け位置から前記ファスナ保持部分へ移動できるように変形することができ、
前記ファスナ間隙部分は、前記ファスナ保持部分の周りに間隔を置いて配置され、前記ファスナ保持部分から離れて長手方向に延び、前記事前取付け位置において前記ファスナが通り過ぎて延びない平面を定める取付け面を提供する、ことを特徴とする物品。 - 前記開口は、少なくとも2つの対向するファスナ係合縁部を有する、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記一体的にモールドされた物品本体は、前記ファスナ保持部分の周りに間隔を置いて配置された圧縮部分を有し、前記ファスナ圧縮部分は、前記ファスナが長手方向に挿入される場合に前記ファスナ肩部に係合するようになっており、前記圧縮部分は、前記ファスナ保持部分の第2の厚さよりも大きい第1の厚さを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の物品。
- 前記ファスナ間隙部分は、前記圧縮部分の前記第1の厚さと同じ第3の厚さを有する、請求項3に記載の物品。
- 前記ファスナ圧縮部分及び前記ファスナ間隙部分は同じ部分である、請求項3に記載の物品。
- 前記圧縮部分は、前記ファスナの前記肩部に向かう1つの表面及び対向する表面に露出する部分的にオーバーモールドされたブッシュを備え、前記ブッシュは、前記一体的にモールドされた物品本体のオーバーモールド材料よりも大きな圧縮強度を有する、請求項3に記載の物品。
- 前記ブッシュは、前記オーバーモールド材料が流れることを可能にするように形作られる、請求項6に記載の物品。
- 前記ファスナ保持部分は、変形をもたらす脆弱領域を有する、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 前記脆弱領域は、前記ファスナ保持部分の前記第2の厚さに対して薄い厚さを有する、請求項8に記載の物品。
- 前記脆弱領域は、外向きに延びる1つ又はそれ以上の半径方向延長部を備える、請求項8に記載の物品。
- 前記1つ又はそれ以上の半径方向延長部の少なくとも1つは、前記ファスナ保持部分を貫通する開口部である。請求項10に記載の物品。
- 前記1つ又はそれ以上の半径方向延長部は、前記ファスナ保持部分を貫通する一連の穿孔を備える、請求項10に記載の物品。
- 前記1つ又はそれ以上の半径方向延長部は、前記開口と非連続である、請求項10に記載の物品。
- 前記物品は、車両組立時に第2の車両構成要素に取り付く第1の車両構成要素であり、前記第1の車両構成要素は、複数のファスナ保持部分及び対応する複数のファスナ間隙部分を有する、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 前記第1の車両構成要素は、キャリアプレート及びウインドレギュレータプレートのいずれか1つであり、前記第2の車両構成要素は、ドア内側パネル及び車両フレームのいずれか1つである、請求項14に記載の物品。
- 前記第1の車両構成要素は、前記ファスナ保持部分の各々において事前取付け位置にあるファスナを有する、請求項14又は15に記載の物品。
- 前記ファスナ保持部分の直径は、前記第2の車両構成要素の対応する穴部の偏心許容誤差と一致する、請求項14から16のいずれかに記載の物品。
