Abstract
Description
この構造体の欠点は、部品点数が多くて複雑で、熱交換伝面との接触が不十分で、それは熱交換効率を低下させる。
最も類似の技術的本質は、押出しで作られた“燃料加熱装置用熱交換器”を有し、チューブ状の丸形の本体と内外側に多数の放射状の枝部を含むことである。そこにおいて、外部枝よりも多くの内部枝がある。枝は、互いに等間隔で位置する(米国特許4657074号, 国際分類F28F 1/42, 発行日 19.02.1986参照)。そのような熱交換器も、製造が複雑である。
提案した熱交換器は、押出成形で製造されたプロファイル品の形体で作られ、プロファイリング金型を介して高粘度材料を押し出し、特定の形体の形成で本品を成形する。プロファイル品は、アルミニウムの如き延性金属で作られる。
熱交換装置は、ケース8内に設置し、留め具9、10、11、12によって固定される。次にそれを作動装置に接続される。冷却または加熱媒体、例えば13は、外部放射状枝5の壁を通過し、装置の全長にわたってそれらを冷却または加熱する。装置の外部放射状の枝5の外壁によって取られた冷却または加熱は、装置の内部放射状の枝6の内壁に渡される。装置の内部放射状の枝6の内壁が加熱又は冷却され、冷却または加熱は、媒体14および15へ移動される。
熱交換装置の設計は、冷却または加熱媒体の量が増加し、熱交換装置とメディアとの接触面積の増加のために、単純で経済的かつ効果的である。製品は一体ものとして作られ、熱交換装置のアセンブリを簡素化し、運転コストを低減する。 このように、発生した課題が解決される。

Claims (14)
- 外部及び内部の放射状の枝部を有する管状体の形状で、押出成形によって作られた一体ものからなる熱交換装置であって、円周方向の管状体は、同一の長手方向の丸形孔を有しており、管状体の外表面に少なくとも一つのマウントを有する。
- 内部放射状の枝部が、ベースから縁までテーパーになっている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 外部放射状の枝部は、枝部のベースからの縁までテーパーになっている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 外部と内部の放射状の枝部が、一定のステップと振幅の正弦波によって作られている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 外部と内部の枝部が、枝部のベースか縁まで同じ幅で作られている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 外部と内部の枝が正弦波で作られ、および外部放射状枝の正弦波は、枝の縁部にベースから可変振幅とステップで作られている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 外部放射状の正弦波状枝が互いに異なる長さで作られている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 外部放射状の正弦波状枝が、互いに異なる距離で行われている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 外部と内部の放射状の枝が、補完的な起伏の突起で作られている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 長手方向の丸孔が、互いに等間隔で管状体の全周に沿って形成されている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 縦型の丸形孔の壁に穴の壁上に、前記孔の内側に向けられた、追加の放射状の起伏突起が作られている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 留め具が頂部の丸い***、および異なる長さを有する突起の形で作られている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 留め具が管状体の外表面上の異なる場所に配置されている、請求項1の熱交換装置。
- 管状体の外表面上に作られた放射状枝の高さがゼロに等しい、請求項1の熱交換装置。
