Claims (14)
- 内燃機関の排ガス管路内に還元剤を調量供給するための調量モジュール(10)であって、前記調量モジュール(10)が少なくとも1つの冷却体(22,24)を有していて、該冷却体(22,24)が、内燃機関を冷却するために用いられる冷却液によって貫流され、前記調量モジュール(10)が電気接点(20)を有している形式のものにおいて、
前記調量モジュール(10)がフルハウジング(38)によって包囲されており、該フルハウジング(38)が下部の冷却体(22)および上部の冷却体(24)を有しており、これらの冷却体(22,24)が指向性の冷却剤流(34)によって、弁先端領域(18)から電気接点(20)に向かって貫流されることを特徴とする、調量モジュール(10)。 - 前記下部の冷却体(22)に回転可能なフランジ(23)が支持されており、該フランジ(23)の外周面に少なくとも1つの冷却液供給口(14)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記回転可能なフランジ(23)が前記下部の冷却体(22)に回転可能に支持されていて、360°の範囲(64)内で無段階に回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記下部の冷却体(22)および前記上部の追加的な冷却体(24)が、素材結合式の結合部(32)によって結合され、かつシールされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記素材結合式の結合部(32)がレーザ溶接部として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記下部の冷却体(22)の冷却面(28)と前記回転可能なフランジ(23)との間に流れガイド用薄鋼板(26)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記上部の追加的な冷却体(24)の外周面に、冷却液戻し口(16)のための少なくとも1つの接続位置(46,48,50)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の調量モジュール。
- 前記接続位置(46,48,50)が水平平面(42)に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記冷却液戻し口(16)の接続位置(40)が、水平位置(42)または垂直位置(44)に配向されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記接続位置(46,48,50)がパターン化(60)されて構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの還元剤供給口(12)が、360°の外周面に沿って水平平面(54)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 前記冷却液戻し口(16)の液圧式の接点のための前記接続位置(40)が、前記上部の追加的な冷却体(24)の外周面に180°ずらして配向されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記還元剤供給口(12)が、前記調量モジュール(10)の軸線に対して同軸的に配向されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の調量モジュール(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記還元剤供給口(12)が、水平平面(54)を基準にして90°の配置(56)で、または水平平面(54)に対して任意の角度に傾斜して配向されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の調量モジュール(10)。
