Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- スタンド(2)及び機械基部(3)を有する機械フレーム(1)と、
リニアガイド上をモータによって動作できるワークピース・キャリア機構(15,47)と、
前記スタンド(2)に配置され、少なくとも1つの座標軸に沿ってモータによって動作でき、交換可能な切削工具を含む工作ユニット(11)と
からなる工作機械であって、
前記ワークピース・キャリア機構(15,47)の前記リニアガイド(19,20,29,42,43;74,75)及び直線駆動手段が、縦方向に連続し、静止したカバー要素(22,33;52,53;23,80)によって覆われることにより、削りくずの堆積に対して保護されることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 前記機械基部(3)の2つの側壁(4,5;69,70)の間の内部空間が、互いに傾斜した形態で配置され、削りくず落下漏斗(25)を形成する滑降表面によって制限されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 水平方向の第1のリニアガイド(19,20)が前記スタンド(2)の前側(2a)に配置され、水平方向の第2のリニアガイド(29)が前記ワークピース・キャリア(15)の下側のほぼ中央領域で互いに向かって傾けられている前記2つの側壁(4,5)の間をX軸方向に延びる横梁(30)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械。
- 前記スタンド(3)に取り付けられた保護板(22)で前記ワークピース・キャリア機構(15)の前記第1のリニアガイド(19,20)を覆い、前記ワークピース・キャリア機構(15)の下方の前記第2のリニアガイド(29)を覆っているサドル状の保護板(33)を横梁30に取り付けることで前記直線駆動手段(21)を覆うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工作機械。
- 2つの水平方向の前記リニアガイド(19,20;74,75)が前記スタンド(2)の前記前側(2a)に異なる高さで配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械。
- 下方の前記リニアガイド(74,75)が前記スタンドの突出した中央部(65)の傾斜面(68)の下に配置されており、前記傾斜面は前側に向けられ、連続した細長形状のシート(80)によって覆われていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の工作機械。
- 前記工作ユニット(11)が前記スタンド(2)に沿ってZ軸方向に移動可能なスライダ(10)に設けられ、前記ワークピース・キャリア機構(47)が水平方向の複合スライダと、2つの座標軸X及びYで保護板(52,53,57)によって覆われた前記リニアガイド及び前記直線駆動手段とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械。
- 前記側壁(4,5)のそれぞれにY軸方向に延びる1つの前記リニアガイド(42,43;44,45)が、前記削りくず落下漏斗の中央領域に1つの前記直線駆動手段(56)が、配置され、削りくずの堆積に対して1つの保護板(52,53,57)によってそれぞれ保護されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械。
- キャリア機構(47)が、ワークピース台座(48)の前記リニアガイドのガイドレール(50,51)が設けられる支持構造としての垂直な壁体を含み、前記ガイドレールが前記保護板(52,53)によって覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記機械フレーム(1)の前記スタンド(2,62)と前記基部(3)とが一体化されたシングル・ブロック・デザインに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記スタンド(62)が四面体形状をし、狭い上部(63)と、前側の傾斜面(68)を含む中心部(65)と、傾斜した側壁(69,70)を備える基部(3)を含んでいる広い基部(64)とからなり、前記スタンド(62)は、傾斜した側面(66,67)によって両側を制限されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記削りくず落下漏斗(25)を形成する前記滑降表面が前記機械の基部(3)の前記側壁(4,5)の内表面であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工作機械。
- 前記削りくず落下漏斗(25)を形成する前記滑降表面が板やシートのようなアセンブリ要素の内表面であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工作機械。
