Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。まず、本実施形態の地絡検出装置10の全体構成を、図1を参照しながら説明する。本実施形態における地絡検出装置10は、例えば自動車等の車両に搭載される車両用地絡検出装置である。本実施形態では、地絡検出装置10が電気自動車に搭載されているとして説明する。
以下では、最初に地絡検出装置10の地絡の検出についての説明を行ってから、カップリングコンデンサ部15の充放電の制御について説明する。
前記のように、カップリングコンデンサ部15はアルミ電解コンデンサC1、C2、C3を備える。電池1の地絡がない場合、強電側と弱電側とは分離されており、カップリングコンデンサ部15の両端が無負荷状態となる。
図5は、本実施形態に係る地絡検出装置10の処理を示すフローチャートである。まず、地絡検出装置10は、初期状態のときに、または車両のイグニッションがオンの状態でなく(ステップS2のNo)、かつコンデンサの活性化が必要でもないとき(ステップS4のNo)に、スイッチSW1、SW2、SW3を全てオフにする(ステップS1)。ここで、コンデンサの活性化とは、カップリングコンデンサ部15を充放電することである。この例では、車両の動作が終わってイグニッションがオンからオフになったときに、コンデンサの活性化が必要である。地絡検出装置10は、スイッチSW1、SW2、SW3をすべてオフにすることで、車両が動作していないときに、暗電流等によって電池1の充電率が低下することを防止する。

Claims (7)
- アルミ電解コンデンサを備えるカップリングコンデンサ部の一端側に高電圧電源の正極端子または負極端子を接続し、前記カップリングコンデンサ部の他端側となる測定点に、矩形波パルス信号を印加し、前記測定点に発生する電圧信号を検出して、直流電源の地絡を検出する車両用地絡検出装置であって、
前記直流電源の地絡を検出していないときに、前記カップリングコンデンサ部を充放電させる充放電部を備える車両用地絡検出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用地絡検出装置において、
充電後に前記カップリングコンデンサ部の電圧を測定する電圧測定部を備える車両用地絡検出装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両用地絡検出装置において、
前記電圧測定部が車両駆動用の電池の電圧も測定することを特徴とする車両用地絡検出装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用地絡検出装置において、
前記カップリングコンデンサ部の充電に用いる電源に、車両駆動用の電池を用いることを特徴とする車両用地絡検出装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用地絡検出装置において、
前記カップリングコンデンサ部の放電を行う回路に、電圧検出用抵抗を用いることを特徴とする車両用地絡検出装置。 - 請求項1乃至5に記載の車両用地絡検出装置において、
前記カップリングコンデンサ部の充放電を、イグニッションがオフの状態で行うことを特徴とする車両用地絡検出装置。 - 請求項1乃至6に記載の車両用地絡検出装置において、
前記カップリングコンデンサ部は、複数のアルミ電解コンデンサを備えることを特徴とする車両用地絡検出装置。
