Description
Claims (15)
- 一方側にピストンロッド(4)を変位可能に受容するピストン軸受(3)を有し、他方側に底部(5)を備えた、シリンダ(2)を含んで構成されるダンパ装置(1)において、前記シリンダ(2)と、前記ピストン軸受(3)と、前記底部(5)と、は圧縮性液体(7)を充填された密閉チャンバ(6)を形成し、前記ピストンロッド(4)は前記チャンバ(6)を第1チャンバ半体(9)と第2チャンバ半体(10)とに分割し、前記ピストンロッド(4)が前記シリンダ(2)に対して変位すると、前記液体(7)が前記第1チャンバ半体(9)と前記第2チャンバ半体(10)との間で移動可能であり、
前記密閉チャンバ(6)が、前記密閉チャンバ(6)の内部における温度起因の圧力変動を補償するよう、可変容積を有することを特徴とする、ダンパ装置。 - 前記底部(5)が前記シリンダ(2)の内部に変位可能に配置された隔壁(19)を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記底部(5)が蓋(17)とバネ要素(18)とを含んで構成され、前記バネ要素(18)が前記蓋(17)と前記隔壁(19)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記隔壁(19)が端部(24)とガイド部(23)とを含んで構成され、前記ガイド部(23)が前記端部(24)よりも大きな外径を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記隔壁(19)が、前記端部(24)と前記ガイド部(23)との間に、前記バネ要素(18)が連結可能な座部(25)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記バネ要素(18)が少なくとも1つの皿バネ(22)を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜請求項5のいずれか1つに記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記隔壁(19)が前記シリンダ(2)に対して回転しないように取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項2〜請求項6のいずれか1つに記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記隔壁(19)が前記ダンパ装置(1)の前記チャンバの容積の一部を規定する中空体(30)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜請求項7のいずれか1つに記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記ピストンロッド(4)が、前記シリンダ(2)の内部で前記ピストン軸受(3)と前記底部(5)との間において変位可能なピストン板(8)を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1つに記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記ピストン板(8)が少なくとも1つの絞りポート(11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記絞りポート(11)の少なくとも1つに弁部材(14)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記圧縮性液体(7)がシリコーンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1つに記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記ピストンロッド(4)が前記圧縮性液体(7)により前記ピストン軸受(3)に対して予張力がかけられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか1つに記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記シリンダ(2)及び/又は前記底部(5)が、前記チャンバの容積が変化する場合に空気が通過して前記ダンパ装置(1)に出入りできる通気孔(29)を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項13のいずれか1つに記載のダンパ装置。
- 材料ホッパ(36)と、少なくとも1つの請求項1〜請求項14のいずれか1つに記載のダンパ装置(1)と、を含んで構成される路面仕上げ機(35)又はチャージャ(38)であって、前記ダンパ装置(1)が、前記路面仕上げ機(35)又は前記チャージャ(38)の前記シャーシ(37)に固定され、前記材料ホッパ(36)の充填のために材料供給車両がドッキング可能な押し棒(32)を支持する、路面仕上げ機又はチャージャ。
