Abstract
Description
本発明は、冷却時の変色が容易に視認可能な保冷用組成物を供えた保冷具に関する。 The present invention relates to a cold insulation tool provided with a cold insulation composition in which discoloration during cooling can be easily visually recognized.
The cold insulator is widely used for cold storage during storage and transportation of various fresh products, and is usually used repeatedly. Such a cold-retaining tool is configured by providing a cold-retaining composition having a cold-retaining action, and enclosing the cold-retaining composition in a thermally conductive container.
As the composition for cold insulation, those containing a colorant are known so that the presence thereof can be easily visually recognized from the outside of the cold insulation device. For example, the composition for cold insulation colored with a dye is enclosed. A cold insulator whose disclosing amount can be easily confirmed from the outside is disclosed (see Patent Document 1).
しかし、特許文献1に記載の保冷具は、保冷用組成物が染料を含有していても、凍結の有無等、冷却状態を目視により確認することは困難であり、保冷可能な所望の温度にまで保冷具が十分に冷却されているか、冷却状態の視認が困難であるという問題点があった。 However, the cold insulator described in Patent Document 1 is difficult to visually check the cooling state, such as the presence or absence of freezing, even if the cold-keeping composition contains a dye, so that the temperature can be kept at a desired temperature. There is a problem that the cold insulator is sufficiently cooled until it is difficult to visually check the cooling state.
本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、冷却状態が目的とする状態にあるか容易に視認可能な保冷具を提供することを課題とする。 This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and makes it a subject to provide the cooler which can be visually recognized easily whether a cooling state exists in the target state.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a cold-retaining composition provided with a cold-retaining composition containing a pigment, ammonium chloride, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, or both, and a solvent, the color of which changes before and after freezing. It is a tool | tool, Comprising: Content of the said pigment of the said composition for cold preservation is 2000 ppm or less, The cold insulating tool characterized by the above-mentioned is provided.
In the cold-retaining tool of the present invention, the total content of the ammonium chloride and potassium dihydrogen phosphate in the cold-retaining composition is preferably 2 to 25% by mass.
本発明によれば、冷却状態が目的とする状態にあるか容易に視認可能な保冷具が提供される。 ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the cooler which can be visually recognized easily whether a cooling state exists in the target state is provided.
The cold insulator according to the present invention is a cold insulator provided with a cold-insulating composition containing a pigment, one or both of ammonium chloride and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and a solvent, the color of which changes before and after freezing. The content of the pigment in the cold-retaining composition is 2000 ppm or less.
The cold-retaining composition contains either one or both of ammonium chloride and potassium dihydrogen phosphate as a salt, and further contains a pigment as a colorant at a content of 2000 ppm or less, so that the color before and after freezing is increased. It changes a lot. The cold insulator according to the present invention provided with such a cold insulation composition can visually recognize a large color change of the cold insulation composition as described above before and after freezing. Or can be easily visually confirmed.
The composition for cold preservation usually has a color derived from the pigment because the pigment is dispersed in the solvent before freezing (for example, blue is used when a blue pigment is used). And the composition for cold preservation freezes, The color will fade, and it will become white or a color close | similar to white, and a color changes clearly. Thus, although the reason for the composition for cold preservation to become white or a color close to white after freezing is not certain, the salt (ammonium chloride, potassium dihydrogen phosphate) precipitated by freezing the composition for cold preservation is not clear. By covering the pigment particles, it is presumed that coloration derived from the pigment is inhibited in the cold-retaining composition.
染料を含有する保冷用組成物では、一部の染料が溶解せずに粒子化している必要があるが、染料にはこのように粒子化せずに全量が溶解してしまうものも多種類あるため、このような溶解性の点から使用できる染料に制約がある。これに対して、本発明では顔料を用いるが、顔料は保冷用組成物中で溶解せずに粒子化して分散するため、染料の場合とは異なって制約が少なく、本発明に係る保冷具では、広範な顔料を用いることができ、有用性が高い。 In the composition for cold preservation containing a dye, it is necessary that a part of the dye is not dissolved but is formed into particles, but there are many kinds of dyes in which the whole amount is dissolved without forming particles. Therefore, there are restrictions on the dyes that can be used in view of such solubility. In contrast, in the present invention, a pigment is used. However, since the pigment is dispersed in the form of particles without being dissolved in the cold-retaining composition, there are few restrictions unlike the case of the dye. A wide range of pigments can be used and is highly useful.
顔料は、保冷用組成物の凍結の前後における色彩の変化を明りょうとするものであれば、特に限定されず、青色、赤色、黄色、緑色等の各色の顔料を用いることができる。
顔料は、一種を単独で用いてもよいし、二種以上を併用してもよい。
The pigment is not particularly limited as long as the change in color before and after freezing of the composition for cold preservation is clarified, and pigments of each color such as blue, red, yellow, and green can be used.
A pigment may be used individually by 1 type and may use 2 or more types together.
Examples of blue pigments include phthalocyanine blue (P. Blue 15: 3), cyanine blue (P. Blue 15: 2), copper phthalocyanine blue (β), and complex oxide blue (P. Blue 28).
Examples of red pigments include naphthol AS, quinacridone red (P. Violet 19), iron oxide red (P. Red 101), and naphthol red (P. Violet 17).
Examples of yellow pigments include benzimidazolone (P. Yellow 154), iron oxide yellow (P. Yellow 42), and monoazo.
Examples of the green pigment include phthalocyanine green (P. Green 7) and phthalocyanine green (P. Green 36).
保冷用組成物の顔料の含有量は2000ppm以下であり、10ppm以上であることが好ましく、15ppm以上であることがより好ましく、20ppm以上であることが特に好ましい。顔料の含有量がこのような範囲であることで、保冷用組成物は凍結の前後で色彩がより大きく変化する。 The content of the pigment in the cold-retaining composition is 2000 ppm or less, preferably 10 ppm or more, more preferably 15 ppm or more, and particularly preferably 20 ppm or more. When the content of the pigment is within such a range, the color of the cold-retaining composition changes greatly before and after freezing.
The composition for cold preservation contains one or both of ammonium chloride (NH 4 Cl) and potassium dihydrogen phosphate (monopotassium phosphate, KH 2 PO 4 ) and a combination of the above solvents as a cold-retaining agent. It is. By using such a specific salt in the composition for cold preservation, the present invention has an excellent effect. For example, many types of phosphates other than potassium dihydrogen phosphate are known, but when a phosphate other than potassium dihydrogen phosphate is used alone as a salt, the present invention The effect of is not obtained. The same applies to ammonium chloride, and various ammonium salts other than ammonium chloride are known. However, when an ammonium salt other than ammonium chloride is used alone as the salt, the effect of the present invention is as follows. I can't get it. And the effect of this invention is not acquired also when salts other than these phosphate and ammonium salt are used independently.
保冷用組成物が凍結する温度は、主に溶媒及び塩の組み合わせ、並びにこれらの量により決定される。 The temperature at which the refrigerated composition freezes is determined primarily by the combination of solvent and salt and their amounts.
The total content of ammonium chloride and potassium dihydrogen phosphate in the composition for cold preservation is preferably 2 to 25% by mass, more preferably 3 to 23% by mass, and 4 to 21% by mass. It is particularly preferred. <Manufacture of composition for cold insulation and cold insulator, evaluation of cold insulator>
[Examples 2-37, Comparative Examples 1-6]
A composition for cold insulation and a cold insulation tool were produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the composition components and mixing ratio of the cold insulation composition were as shown in Tables 1 to 3, and the cold insulation tool was evaluated. However, the amount of water was adjusted so that the total amount of water and salt was 100 parts by mass. Therefore, the total amount of components other than the pigment is 100 parts by mass in Examples 2-29 and Comparative Examples 1-6, 101.30 parts by mass in Examples 30-33, and in Examples 34-37. 101.32 parts by mass. The results are shown in Tables 1-3.
Examples 14 to 26 are the same as Examples 1 to 13 except that potassium dihydrogen phosphate was used instead of ammonium chloride.
For example, in Examples 30 to 33, ammonium chloride and potassium chloride are used in combination as salts.
In Examples 30 to 37, a thickener and a preservative are used in addition to water, a pigment, and a salt. However, at the time of producing a composition for cold preservation, the thickener and the preservative are added with water, a pigment, and a preservative. Formulated when adding salt.
In Tables 1 to 3, “-” in the column of the blending component means that the component is not blended.
As is clear from the above results, the composition for cold preservation of Examples 1 to 37 using either one of ammonium chloride and potassium dihydrogen phosphate as a salt and having a pigment content of 2000 ppm or less was used before and after freezing. The change in color was clear. More specifically, the composition for cold preservation colored depending on the pigment before freezing was white or lightly white after freezing. Thereby, the cooler of Examples 1-37 also changed greatly in color before and after freezing, and it was easy to visually recognize the cooled state.
In addition, instead of phthalocyanine blue (P. Blue 15: 3, “EMF BLUE HG” manufactured by Toyocolor Co., Ltd.) was used in the same manner as in Examples 1 to 3, 14 to 16, and 27 to 37. And when the cold insulator was manufactured and the cold insulator was evaluated, the influence of the change of a commercial blue pigment was not recognized, and the same result as each said Example was obtained in all.
また、赤色顔料としてキナクリドンレッド(P.Violet 19、大日精化社製「AFレッドE−17」)に代えて、キナクリドンレッド(P.Violet 19、トーヨーカラー社製「LIOFAST RED FX−1019」)を用いた点以外は、実施例9、22と同じ方法で保冷用組成物及び保冷具を製造し、保冷具を評価したところ、市販品赤色顔料の変化の影響は認められず、上記各実施例と同じ結果が得られた。 Further, instead of quinacridone red (P. Violet 19, “AF Red E-17” manufactured by Dainichi Seika Co., Ltd.) as a red pigment, quinacridone red (P. Violet 19, “LIOFAST RED FX-1019” manufactured by Toyocolor Co., Ltd.) In the same manner as in Examples 9 and 22, a composition for cold insulation and a cold insulation tool were produced in the same manner as in Examples 9 and 22, and the cold insulation tool was evaluated. The same results as in the example were obtained.
また、緑色顔料としてフタロシアニングリーン(P.Green 7、トーヨーカラー社製「LIOFAST GREEN B−237」)に代えて、フタロシアニングリーン(P.Green 7、トーヨーカラー社製「EMF GREEN HB」)を用いた点以外は、実施例12、25と同じ方法で保冷用組成物及び保冷具を製造し、保冷具を評価したところ、市販品緑色顔料の変化の影響は認められず、上記各実施例と同じ結果が得られた。 In addition, phthalocyanine green (P. Green 7, Toyocolor Co., Ltd. “EMF GREEN HB”) was used in place of phthalocyanine green (P. Green 7, Toyocolor Co., Ltd. “LIOFAST GREEN B-237”) as a green pigment. Except for the point, when the composition for cold insulation and the cold insulation tool were produced in the same manner as in Examples 12 and 25 and the cold insulation tool was evaluated, the influence of the change of the commercially available green pigment was not recognized, and was the same as each of the above examples. Results were obtained.
On the other hand, the composition for cold preservation of Comparative Examples 1 to 4 in which neither ammonium chloride nor potassium dihydrogen phosphate was used as a salt, and the cold preservation of Comparative Examples 5 to 6 having a pigment content of more than 2000 ppm The composition was unclear about the color change before and after freezing. More specifically, the cold-retaining composition colored depending on the pigment before freezing was similarly colored after freezing. Thereby, the change of the color before and after freezing is also unclear, and the cooler of Comparative Examples 1 to 6 is difficult or impossible to visually recognize the cooling state, and has no practicality.
本発明は、各種生鮮物用の保冷具として利用可能である。 The present invention can be used as a cold insulator for various fresh products.
