Description

The present invention provides a transfer device that moves an article in a transfer direction along the horizontal direction to transfer the article between the transfer target location and itself, and a position corresponding to each of the plurality of transfer target locations. And a moving device for moving the transfer device.

A conventional example of such an article conveyance facility is described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-97209 (Patent Document 1). In the article transport facility of Patent Document 1, a first pallet support roller that rotatably supports an article is provided at a transfer target location, and a second pallet support roller that rotatably supports the article is provided in the transfer device. Is provided. Thus, the pallet support roller includes a pallet support roller that supports the article to be transferred in the transfer target location and the transfer device, and when the article is transferred between the transfer target location and the transfer device. By supporting with, the article can be transferred smoothly.

Further, as described in Patent Document 2, a support member that slidably supports an article to be transferred by the transfer device may be provided at a transfer target portion, and the comparison is performed in place of the pallet support roller. The manufacturing cost can be suppressed by providing the support member having a simple structure at the location to be transferred.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-11462

If the pallet support roller is replaced with a support member only for the transfer target portion, the article is supported by the pallet support roller at the transfer target portion, whereas the article is supported by the support member in the transfer device. The operation force required to move the article in the transfer direction at the transfer target location is greatly different from the operation force required to move the article in the transfer direction on the transfer device. When the operating force is greatly different in this way, it is difficult to stably transfer the article between the transfer target portion and the transfer device. Therefore, in order to align the operation force required to move the article in the transfer direction at the transfer target location and the operation force required to move the article in the transfer direction on the transfer device, transfer is performed. The pallet support roller provided in the apparatus may be replaced with a support member similar to the transfer target portion.

However, when both the transfer target location and the transfer device are provided with support members that slidably support the article, the following problems occur.
That is, since the transfer device transfers the article to and from a large number of transfer target locations, the number of times the article slides on the support member of the transfer device is determined by the number of times the article is moved on the support member of the transfer target location. More than the number of times to slide. Therefore, if a relatively inexpensive resin material with low wear resistance is used as the support member, the support member provided in the transfer device is frequently replaced, and the maintenance work for replacing the support member becomes troublesome. Since the number of members according to the number of places to be transferred is required, the use of a relatively expensive resin material with high wear resistance as the support member increases the manufacturing cost of the equipment.

Accordingly, there is a need for an article transport facility that can reduce manufacturing costs while reducing the number of maintenance operations.

The characteristic configuration of the article transport facility according to the present invention includes a transfer device that moves an article in a transfer direction along a horizontal direction to transfer the article between a transfer target location and itself, and a plurality of the transfer In an article transport facility comprising a moving device that moves the transfer device to a position corresponding to each of the target locations,
A first support member that slidably supports an article to be transferred by the transfer device is provided at the transfer target portion, and an article to be transferred by the transfer device is provided on the transfer device. A second support member that is slidably supported is provided, each of the first support member and the second support member is made of a resin material, and the second support member is more resistant to resistance than the first support member. It is in the point comprised with the resin material with high abrasion property.

According to this characteristic configuration, the transfer target portion includes the first support member that slidably supports the article, and the transfer device includes the second support member that slidably supports the article. The manufacturing cost can be reduced as compared with a case where a support roller for rotatably supporting an article is provided at a transfer target location or a transfer device.

By configuring the second support member with a resin material having higher wear resistance than the first support member, the second support member is less likely to be worn, and the frequency of replacing the second support member can be suppressed. And, by using such a second support member with high wear resistance as a support member provided in a transfer device having a high frequency of use, the replacement frequency of the support member in the transfer device can be reduced, and maintenance can be performed. The number of operations can be reduced.
In addition, the first support member can be configured at a lower cost than the case where the first support member is formed of the same resin material as that of the second support member by being formed of a resin material having lower wear resistance than the second support member. And the manufacturing cost of article conveyance equipment can be held down by using such an inexpensive 1st support member as a support member with which many transfer object places exist.

Here, a plurality of the first support members are provided in the transfer target portion in a state of being spaced apart from each other along the transfer direction, and the second support member is provided in the transfer device in the transfer direction. It is preferable that a plurality of them are provided at intervals along each other.

According to this configuration, since the first support member and the second support member are provided in a plurality with a space therebetween along the transfer direction, the first support member and the second support member are transferred. Compared with the case where it is configured by a single support member formed in a long shape along the direction, the support member is small, and it is easy to install the support member, and the manufacturing cost of the support member can be suppressed.

In addition, the upper portion of the first support member is formed in a tapered shape protruding upward,
It is preferable that the upper surface of the second support member is formed on a horizontal flat surface.

According to this configuration, since the upper portion of the first support member is tapered and protrudes upward, the upper end of the first support member is lowered due to wear, and the support height of the article is easily changed. Therefore, even when there is an installation error in the heights of the plurality of first support members provided at the transfer target location, the transfer target location can be reduced by the wear of the first support member having a high installation height. The variation in the height of the plurality of first support members provided in can be eliminated.
In addition, since the upper surface of the second support member is formed as a horizontal flat surface, the area for supporting the article is large, and the load per unit area can be reduced. Therefore, the second support member can be hardly worn. Therefore, the appropriate height can be maintained over a long period of time by installing the plurality of second support members provided in the transfer device at an appropriate height.

In addition, it is preferable that each of the second support members is formed longer in the transfer direction than the first support member.

According to this configuration, since each of the second support members is formed longer in the transfer direction than the first support member, the area for supporting the article by the plurality of second support members in the transfer device is increased. Since it can be widened, the load per unit area can be reduced. Therefore, the second support member is less likely to be worn, and the frequency of replacing the second support member can be suppressed.

In addition, a plurality of guide members that contact the side surface of the article to be transferred by the transfer device and guide the article in the transfer direction are arranged in the transfer direction at the transfer target location, 1 support member is provided below the first part on one side where the transfer device exists in the transfer direction in the article located at the transfer target location and below the second part on the opposite side, It is preferable that the guide member is provided only on a lateral side corresponding to the one side portion of the first portion and the second portion in the article located at the transfer target location.

According to this configuration, since the first support member is provided below the first portion and below the second portion in the article located at the transfer target location, the article can be supported on both sides in the transfer direction. Therefore, the article can be properly supported.
Further, the guide member is provided only on the lateral side corresponding to the one side portion of the one side portion and the other side portion of the article located at the transfer target location. Therefore, when the article is transferred from the transfer device to the transfer target location, the tip of the article is guided by the guide member when transferred to the transfer target location, so that the article is moved in the transfer direction. It can be corrected to an appropriate posture while guiding. And, as soon as the movement of the entire article to the transfer target location is completed, the posture of the article is an appropriate posture, so even if there is no guide member, the proper posture is maintained and the transfer target location is maintained. Movement can be completed.
By not providing the guide member on the lateral side corresponding to the other side portion of the article located at the transfer target location, the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.

[Stacker crane]
As shown in FIG. 1, the stacker crane 3 includes a traveling carriage 10 that travels along the lateral width direction X by driving of a traveling motor 9 (see FIG. 11), and a mast 11 that is erected on the traveling carriage 10. There is provided a lifting platform 13 which is guided by the mast 11 so as to be movable up and down and which moves up and down along the vertical direction by driving a lifting motor 12 (see FIG. 11). The elevator 13 is equipped with a transfer device 14 that moves the article W in the transfer direction Y along the horizontal direction and transfers the article W between the storage unit 1 and the loading / unloading unit and itself.

The stacker crane 3 moves the transfer device 14 to the storage unit 1 (to be transferred) by the traveling movement of the traveling carriage 10 driven by the traveling motor 9 and the lifting movement of the lifting platform 13 driven by the lifting motor 12. The operation of the traveling motor 9 and the lifting motor 12 is controlled by the control device H so as to move to a position corresponding to the transfer target location. The traveling motor 9 and the lifting motor 12 correspond to a moving device that moves the transfer device 14 to a position corresponding to each of the plurality of storage units 1.

The moving part 18 that moves up and down with respect to the elevator 13 by driving (see FIG. 11), and the transfer direction with respect to the moving part 18 that is supported by the moving part 18 and driven by the second motor 19 for transfer (see FIG. 11) The engaging part 20 that moves to Y, the transfer-side support 21 that supports the article W to be transferred slidably in the transfer direction Y, and the article W that touches the article W that moves in the transfer direction Y. And a transfer side guide 22 for guiding W in the transfer direction Y. The engaging portion 20 is formed in a square U shape, and is formed in a shape that is engaged with and disengaged from the engaged portion 5a of the article W by moving in the vertical direction. Note that the engaged portion 5a of the article W is configured by a horizontal frame member positioned at the end in the transfer direction Y of the article W.

When the article W is transferred from the storage unit 1 onto the transfer device 14 by the transfer device 14, first, the moving unit 18 is moved with respect to the lifting platform 13 while the moving unit 18 is lowered. It is moved to one side of the transfer direction Y (the side where the storage unit 1 to be transferred is present) and the engaging part 20 is moved to one side of the transfer direction Y with respect to the moving part 18 (FIG. 4B). )reference). Next, after the moving part 18 is raised and the engaging part 20 is engaged with the engaged part 5a of the article W, the moving part 18 is moved to the other side in the transfer direction Y with respect to the lifting platform 13. And the engaging part 20 is moved to the other side of the transfer direction Y with respect to the moving part 18 (refer Fig.4 (a)).

Further, when the article W is transferred from the transfer device 14 to the storage unit 1 by the transfer device 14, first, the moving unit 18 is moved downward with respect to the lifting platform 13 while the moving unit 18 is lowered. After moving to the other side of the transfer direction Y and moving the engaging part 20 to the other side of the transfer direction Y with respect to the moving part 18, the moving part 18 is raised to move the engaging part 20 of the article W. And a storage-side guide body 27 that guides the article in the transfer direction Y. The storage-side support 26 corresponds to a support that slidably supports the article W when the article W is moved in the transfer direction Y along the horizontal direction and the article W is transferred to the transfer target location.

(Storage side support)
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the storage-side support 26 is fixed to the storage unit 1 by a fixing tool 29, and the movement in the horizontal direction is restricted by the fixing member 31 and the article W And a support member 32 that slidably supports. The fixing member 31 is made of a metal material. The support member 32 is made of a resin material, and corresponds to a first support member that is provided in the storage unit 1 and slidably supports the article W transferred by the transfer device 14.

The support member 32 is installed in the storage unit 1 so as to protrude upward from the fixing member 31 fixed to the storage unit 1. The support member 32 includes a lower portion 32a having a rectangular shape in plan view, and an upper portion 32b formed to bulge upward from the lower portion 32a as viewed in the lateral width direction. In this way, the support member 32 is formed in a tapered shape that protrudes upward. The support member 32 is formed in a rectangular shape when viewed in the transfer direction.
The lower portion 32a of the support member 32 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped, and the support member 32 has a pair of first contacted surfaces 33 facing the transfer direction Y and a pair of second contacted surfaces 34 facing the lateral width direction X. Is provided. The pair of first contact surfaces 33 are formed at the end portions in the transfer direction Y of the support member 32 and correspond to flat contact surfaces along the vertical direction and the lateral width direction X at the end portions in the transfer direction Y. To do.

The fixing member 31 includes a plate-like base portion 36 having a rectangular shape in plan view, a pair of protrusion portions 37 protruding downward from both end portions in the transfer direction Y of the base portion 36, and a central portion of the base portion 36. A cylindrical tubular portion 38 projecting upward from the upper portion, and an extending portion 39 extending horizontally from the upper end of the tubular portion 38 toward the side on which the support member 32 is mounted.

The pair of protrusions 37 are formed in a plate shape along the vertical direction and the transfer direction Y, and are provided at the same interval as the width of the support tool 28 in the transfer direction Y. Therefore, the fixing member 31 can be fitted to the support tool 28 from above so that the support tool 28 is positioned between the pair of protrusions 37, and the pair of protrusions 37 come into contact with the support tool 28. As a result, the movement of the fixing member 31 in the transfer direction Y is restricted.
That is, the base portion 36 and the pair of projecting portions 37 constitute a fitting portion 40 that is fitted to the support tool 28 from above, and the support tool 28 corresponds to a fitted portion provided in the storage portion 1. The surface of the support 28 that faces the transfer direction Y corresponds to a fixed-side contact surface that makes surface contact with the fitting portion 40.

The cylindrical portion 38 is formed in a shape that rises vertically from the inner edge of the portion that forms the installation hole in the base portion 36. The cylindrical portion 38 is positioned so as to surround the side of the support member 32 in a state where the storage-side support body 26 is installed in the storage portion 1. The portions of the cylindrical portion 38 that are aligned in the transfer direction Y are formed in a shape along the lateral width direction X, and the inner surface is formed on the flat first contact surface 41 along the vertical direction and the lateral width direction X. Further, the portion of the cylindrical portion 38 that is aligned in the horizontal width direction X is formed in a shape along the transfer direction Y, and the inner surface thereof is formed as a flat second contact surface 42 along the vertical direction and the transfer direction Y. ing.
By forming the cylindrical portion 38 in this way, the first restricting portion 43 (first contact surface 41) in the cylindrical portion 38 is the end portion (first contacted portion) of the support member 32 in the transfer direction Y. The second restricting portion 44 (second contact surface 42) in the cylindrical portion 38 is formed on the end portion (second contacted surface 34) in the lateral width direction X of the support member 32. It is formed in a shape along.

Therefore, in a state where the storage-side support 26 is installed in the storage unit 1, the movement of the support member 32 to one side in the transfer direction Y is caused by one of the pair of first contact surfaces 33 in the support member 32. The movement of the support member 32 to the other side in the transfer direction Y is restricted by surface contact with one of the pair of first contact surfaces 41 of the fixing member 31. The other of the contact surfaces 33 is regulated by being in surface contact with the other of the pair of first contact surfaces 41 in the fixing member 31.
In addition, in the state where the storage side support 26 is installed in the storage unit 1, the movement of the support member 32 to one side in the lateral width direction X is such that one of the pair of second contact surfaces 34 in the support member 32 is The movement of the support member 32 to the other side in the lateral width direction X is regulated by surface contact with one of the pair of second contact surfaces 42 of the fixing member 31, and the pair of second contact surfaces of the support member 32. The other of 34 is regulated by being in surface contact with the other of the pair of second contact surfaces 42 in the fixing member 31.

That is, the first restriction portion that restricts the movement of the support member 32 in the transfer direction Y by contacting the support member 32 at the portion of the cylindrical portion 38 of the fixing member 31 aligned in the transfer direction Y. The restriction part 43 is configured. A pair of the first restricting portions 43 are provided in a state of being positioned outside both ends of the support member 32 in the transfer direction Y. And the 1st contact surface 41 in a pair of 1st control part 43 is comprised by the inner surface which opposes the transfer direction Y in the cylindrical part 38. As shown in FIG. Similarly, the second restricting portion 44 is configured at a portion of the cylindrical portion 38 of the fixing member 31 that is aligned in the width direction X, and the second restricting portion 44 includes both ends of the support member 32 in the width direction X. A pair is provided in a state of being located on the outer side.
The pair of first restricting portions 43 are provided in a state where the interval in the transfer direction Y is several millimeters wider than the length of the support member 32 in the transfer direction Y, and the pair of second restrictors 43 The portion 44 is provided in a state where the interval in the lateral width direction X is several millimeters wider than the length of the support member 32 in the transfer direction Y.

The extending portion 39 is formed in a plate shape that protrudes from the upper end of the portion aligned in the transfer direction Y in the cylindrical portion 38 to the side where the support member 32 exists in the transfer direction Y and extends in the lateral width direction X.
The extended portion 39 is located immediately above the lower portion 32a of the support member 32 and on both sides in the transfer direction Y with respect to the upper portion 32b of the support member 32 in a state where the storage-side support 26 is installed in the storage portion 1. positioned. Therefore, in a state where the storage-side support 26 is installed in the storage unit 1, the upward movement of the support member 32 is restricted by the lower surface of the extending portion 39 being in surface contact with the upper surface of the lower portion 32 a of the support member 32. The The extending portion 39 is provided at a position several millimeters higher than the upper surface of the lower portion 32 a of the support member 32 and several millimeters lower than the upper end of the upper portion 32 b of the support member 32.

Fixing holes 36a are formed at the four corners of the base 36, and the fixing member 31 uses two fixing holes 36a located diagonally of the fixing holes 36a formed at these four locations. The fixing member 31 is fixed to the support 28 of the storage unit 1.

The storage-side support 26 configured as described above is configured such that the support member 32 is placed on the flat support tool 28 and the fixing member 31 is placed on the support tool 28 from above to be fitted to the support tool 28, and then the pair at the base portion 36. The fixing member 31 is fixed to the support tool 28 by the fixing tool 29 using the two fixing holes 36a located at the corners. The storage-side support 26 is formed symmetrically in the transfer direction Y, and is configured so that it can be fixed to the support 28 even when the storage-side support 26 is rotated 180 ° around the longitudinal axis. Yes.

The storage-side guide body 27 is configured in the same manner as the storage-side support body 26, and the support member 32 comes into contact with the side surface of the article W that moves in the transfer direction Y by the transfer device 14. It is configured to guide W in the transfer direction Y. That is, the fixing member 31 of the storage side guide 27 can be used as the fixing member 31 of the storage side support 26, and the support member 32 of the storage side guide 27 can be used as the support member 32 of the storage side support 26. It has become. The support member 32 of the storage side guide 27 is in contact with the side surface of the article W provided in the storage unit 1 and transferred by the transfer device 14 to guide the article W in the transfer direction Y. It corresponds to a member.

Each of the storage side support body 26 and the storage side guide body 27 is provided in the storage unit 1 in a state of being spaced apart from each other along the transfer direction Y.
The storage-side support 26 is located below the one side where the transfer device 14 is present in the transfer direction Y of the article W stored in the storage unit 1 and in the transfer direction of the article W stored in the storage unit 1. Y is provided below the central portion and below the other portion where the transfer device 14 is present in the transfer direction Y of the article W stored in the storage unit 1.
On the other hand, the storage-side guide body 27 is disposed on the lateral side corresponding to the one side portion where the transfer device 14 is present in the transfer direction Y in the article W stored in the storage unit 1 and on the storage unit 1. It is provided only on the lateral side corresponding to the central portion in the transfer direction Y of the stored article W. That is, the storage-side guide body 27 is not provided on the lateral side corresponding to the other side portion where the transfer device 14 exists in the transfer direction Y of the article W stored in the storage unit 1.

[Transfer side support]
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the transfer-side support 21 is constituted by a fixed support member 46 that is fixed to the transfer device 14 by a fixing tool 29 and supports the article W slidably. The fixed support member 46 is made of a resin material, and corresponds to a second support member that is provided in the transfer device 14 and slidably supports the article W transferred by the transfer device 14.

The fixed support member 46 is formed in a rectangular shape in plan view, and the upper surface of the fixed support member 46 is formed on a horizontal flat surface.
Further, the fixing support member 46 is formed with fixing holes 46a, and the fixing support member 46 is formed at four positions in a state where the fixing support member 46 is mounted on the flat upper surface of the horizontal frame 48 in the transfer device 14. It is fixed to the horizontal frame 48 using a fixing hole 46a. Further, when the fixed support member 46 is fixed to the horizontal frame 48 in this way, in order to avoid interference with the fixture 29 used when fixing the horizontal frame 48 to the leg frame 49, the fixed support member 46 is used. An avoidance hole 46b is formed in.

The transfer side guide 22 is configured by a fixed guide member 47 that is fixed to the transfer device 14 by a fixing tool 29 and that contacts the side surface of the article W to guide the article W in the transfer direction Y. . The fixed guide member 47 is made of a resin material.
The fixed guide member 47 is formed in a shape that bulges out in an arc shape from one side of the lateral width direction X from the cube, and has a shape that projects in a tapered shape on one side in the lateral width direction X. The fixed guide member 47 is formed with fixed holes 47a. The fixed guide member 47 is provided with four fixed holes 47a in a state where the fixed guide member 47 is positioned on the flat side surface of the horizontal frame 48 in the transfer device 14. It is used and fixed to the horizontal frame 48.

The length of the transfer side support 21 in the transfer direction Y is longer than the length of the storage side support 26 in the transfer direction Y, and the length of the fixed support member 46 in the transfer direction Y is the transfer of the support member 32. It is longer than the length of the loading direction Y. Therefore, the area of the fixed support member 46 that supports the article W is wider than the area of the support member 32 that supports the article W.

Each of the fixed support member 46 and the support member 32 is made of a resin material. However, the fixed support member 46 is made of a resin material that has higher wear resistance and lower slip resistance than the support member 32. It is configured. Specifically, the fixed support member 46 is made of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, and the support member 32 is made of nylon monomer.
Then, the fixed support member 46 having a low slip resistance is formed long in the transfer direction Y, and the support member 32 having a high slip resistance is formed short in the transfer direction Y, so that the slip resistance and the storage on the transfer device 14 are stored. Uniformity with the slip resistance at the portion 1 is achieved.
