Claims (20)

- DHAが、単位用量の総重量の約35%〜約96%(w/w)を構成する、請求項2記載の薬学的組成物。
- DHAが、単位用量の総脂肪酸含有量の約35%〜約45%(w/w)を構成する、請求項7記載の薬学的組成物。
- DHAが、単位用量の総重量の約85%〜約96%(w/w)を構成する、請求項2記載の薬学的組成物。
- DHAが、単位用量の総脂肪酸含有量の約85%〜約99.5%(w/w)を構成する、請求項9記載の薬学的組成物。
- 前記単位用量が、該単位用量の総脂肪酸含有量の約18%(w/w)以下のドコサペンタエン酸n-6(DPA n-6)を含む、請求項2〜10のいずれか一項記載の組成物。
- 前記単位用量が、該単位用量の総脂肪酸含有量の約10%(w/w)以下のドコサペンタエン酸n-6(DPA n-6)を含む、請求項2〜10のいずれか一項記載の組成物。
- 前記単位用量が、該単位用量の総脂肪酸含有量の約3%(w/w)以下のドコサペンタエン酸n-6(DPA n-6)を含む、請求項2〜10のいずれか一項記載の組成物。
- 前記単位用量が、該単位用量の総脂肪酸含有量の約15%〜約30%(w/w)のドコサペンタエン酸n-6(DPA n-6)を含む、請求項2〜10のいずれか一項記載の組成物。
- 前記単位用量が、DHA:DPAn6比を約2.5〜約2.7で含む、請求項2〜14のいずれか一項記載の組成物。
- 前記単位用量がDHAエステルを含む、請求項2〜15のいずれか一項記載の組成物。
- 前記DHAエステルが、DHAメチルエステル、DHAエチルエステル、DHAプロピルエステルまたはこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるアルキルエステルである、請求項16に記載の組成物。
- 前記単位用量が約430mg〜約480mgのDHAエチルエステルを含む、請求項17に記載の組成物。
- 前記単位用量が約860mg〜約950mgのDHAエチルエステルを含む、請求項17に記載の組成物。
- 該被験者が、
a) 軽度認知機能障害または加齢関連認知低下を有する、
b) 認知症の家族歴を有する、または、
c) スタチンが併用投与されている、
前記請求項いずれか一項記載の組成物。
