Claims (15)
- コンポーネントを接合する方法であって、
第1の外形を有する第1の合わせ面を有する、第1のコンポーネントを提供するステップ、
第2の外形を有し且つ前記第1の合わせ面に接合される、第2の合わせ面を有する、第2のコンポーネントを提供するステップ、及び、
前記第1の外形と前記第2の外形とにそれぞれ実質的に一致する、第1の素子表面と第2の素子表面とを有する、熱可塑性素子を生産するステップ
を含む、方法。 - 前記熱可塑性素子を生産するステップは、
前記第1の外形及び前記第2の外形に実質的に一致する、第1のシート面及び第2のシート面を有する、熱可塑性シートを生産することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記熱可塑性素子を生産するステップは、
前記第1の合わせ面及び前記第2の合わせ面にそれぞれ適用される第1の熱可塑性フィルムの外形及び第2の熱可塑性フィルムの外形にそれぞれ実質的に一致する、対向する第1の素子表面と第2の素子表面とを備える、前記熱可塑性素子を生産することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の合わせ面は第1の半径面を含み、前記熱可塑性素子を生産するステップは、
前記第1の半径面の外形及び前記第2の合わせ面の外形にそれぞれ実質的に一致する、半径充填材側面及び半径充填材底面を有する、熱可塑性半径充填材を生産することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記熱可塑性素子を生産するステップは、
前記第1の外形及び前記第2の外形に実質的に一致する、第1のシート面及び第2のシート面を有する熱可塑性シートを、前記熱可塑性半径充填材と一体成形することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の外形及び前記第2の外形を決定するために、前記第1の合わせ面及び/又は前記第2の合わせ面をスキャンするステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性素子を生産するステップは、
前記第1のコンポーネントの第1の熱可塑性フィルム上に又は前記第2のコンポーネントの第2の熱可塑性フィルム上に直接的に、前記熱可塑性素子を付加製造することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のコンポーネント及び前記第2のコンポーネントを、前記第1のコンポーネント及び前記第2のコンポーネントの間に挟まれる前記熱可塑性素子と共に組み立てるステップ、並びに、
前記第1のコンポーネントを前記第2のコンポーネントに接合する熱可塑性接合部を形成するために、前記熱可塑性素子、第1の熱可塑性フィルム、及び第2の熱可塑性フィルムを融合させるステップ、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記融合させるステップは、
前記熱可塑性素子、前記第1の熱可塑性フィルム、及び/又は前記第2の熱可塑性フィルムのうちの少なくとも1つを、これらの少なくともガラス転移点へ加熱することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記熱可塑性素子は熱可塑性シートを含み、前記融合させるステップは、
前記第1のコンポーネントと前記第2のコンポーネントとの間に挟まれる熱可塑性シートを圧縮することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記熱可塑性素子を生産するステップは、
前記第1のコンポーネント及び/又は前記第2のコンポーネントの融点を下回るガラス転移点を有する材料から、前記熱可塑性素子を生産することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記熱可塑性素子を生産するステップは、
前記第1の熱可塑性フィルム及び/又は前記第2の熱可塑性フィルムの材料と実質的に同様の材料から、前記熱可塑性素子を生産することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のコンポーネント及び/又は前記第2のコンポーネントは、熱硬化性材料又は熱可塑性材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコンポーネント及び前記第2のコンポーネントを提供するステップは、
熱可塑性フィルムを熱可塑性プリプレグのプライスタックと共固化させることによって、前記第1のコンポーネント及び/又は前記第2のコンポーネントを形成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のコンポーネント及び前記第2のコンポーネントを提供するステップは、
熱可塑性フィルムを熱硬化性プリプレグのプライスタックと共硬化させることによって、前記第1のコンポーネント及び/又は前記第2のコンポーネントを形成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
