Abstract
【解決手段】銅製錬スラグを塩酸又は硝酸を含む水溶液で処理しヒドロゲルを生成させ、乾燥することにより、高純度のケイ酸を含む吸着材を製造する。さらに該吸着材を焼成することにより導電性を備えた吸着材や、酸浸出することにより表面積の高い吸着剤となる。

Description
純度で含むことから、銅製錬工程で再利用することが可能である。銅スラグから生じたケイ酸質材料をそのまま再利用することは、銅製錬のコスト低減にもつながることから、非常に有用な利用方法である。

Claims (9)
- 銅製錬スラグから製造する高純度にケイ酸を含むケイ酸質材料の製造方法であって、
銅スラグを塩酸又は硝酸を含む水溶液で処理することによって、ヒドロゲルを生成し、
前記ヒドロゲルを乾燥することを特徴とするケイ酸質材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載のケイ酸質材料の製造方法において、前記ヒドロゲルを乾燥することにより得られた前記ケイ酸質材料を焼成することによってゲルを得ることを特徴とするケイ酸質材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1記載のケイ酸質材料の製造方法において、前記ヒドロゲルを乾燥することにより得られた前記ケイ酸質材料を酸浸出することによって吸着材を得ることを特徴とするケイ酸質材料の製造方法。
- 請求項3記載のケイ酸質材料の製造方法において、前記ヒドロゲルを乾燥することにより得られた前記ケイ酸質材料を塩酸浸出することによって、前記吸着材の副生成物として凝集剤を得ることを特徴とするケイ酸質材料の製造方法。
- 銅製錬スラグから製造する高純度にケイ酸を含むケイ酸質材料を使用する方法であって、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のケイ酸質材料を銅製錬工程の融剤として再利用することを特徴とするケイ酸質材料の使用方法。 - 銅製錬スラグより製造する高純度にケイ酸を含むケイ酸質材料であって、
銅製錬スラグを塩酸又は硝酸を含む水溶液で処理し、乾燥することによって製造することを特徴とするケイ酸質材料。 - 銅製錬スラグより製造する高純度にケイ酸を含むケイ酸質材料であって、
