- 内燃機関の排気系に設けられ、少なくともその一部を導電性材料で形成された排気浄化フィルタと、
前記排気浄化フィルタの電気抵抗値を検出する抵抗値検出手段と、
前記抵抗値検出手段から入力される電気抵抗値に基づいて、前記排気浄化フィルタの内部温度を演算する内部温度演算手段と、を備える
ことを特徴とする排気浄化装置。 - 前記抵抗値検出手段から入力される電気抵抗値に基づいて、前記排気浄化フィルタの故障を診断する故障診断手段をさらに備える
請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記排気浄化フィルタに流入する排気温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記内部温度演算手段から入力されるフィルタ内部温度と、前記温度センサのセンサ値とを比較して、当該温度センサの合理性を診断する合理性診断手段と、をさらに備える
請求項1又は2に記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記排気浄化フィルタが、排気中の粒子状物質を捕集するディーゼル・パティキュレイト・フィルタである
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記排気浄化フィルタが、尿素水を加水分解して生成されるアンモニアを還元剤として排気中の窒素化合物を選択的に還元浄化する選択的還元触媒である
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の排気浄化装置。
