Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for laying a superconducting cable line. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for laying a superconducting cable line suitable for a long superconducting cable.
A superconducting cable is expected as an energy-saving technology because it can transmit large-capacity power with low loss compared to existing normal conducting cables (eg, OF cables and CV cables). Recently, a demonstration test has been carried out in which a superconducting cable is laid and power is actually transmitted.
A superconducting cable has a conductor part having a superconducting conductor layer formed by spirally winding a superconducting wire around the outer periphery of the former in a heat insulating pipe, and a refrigerant (eg, liquid nitrogen) is circulated in the heat insulating pipe, thereby providing a conductor. A structure for cooling the portion (superconducting conductor layer) is representative. Superconducting cables are roughly classified into two types, a low-temperature insulating type and a normal-temperature insulating type, depending on the structure in which the superconducting conductor layer is electrically insulated from the outside. In the low-temperature insulation type, an electrical insulation layer is formed outside the superconducting conductor layer, a conductor portion (so-called cable core) having the superconducting conductor layer and the electrical insulation layer is housed in a heat insulating tube, and the electrical insulation layer is also cooled by a refrigerant. (See, for example, paragraph 0004 of
One method of laying a superconducting cable is to draw the superconducting cable into a pipe and lay it. Patent Document 2 describes that by providing a tension member outside the heat insulating tube of the superconducting cable, the tension member acting on the superconducting cable is loaded on the tension member when the superconducting cable is drawn.
When laying a superconducting cable, a long superconducting cable has a large frictional resistance due to its own weight, and a tensile tension acting on the superconducting cable becomes large. Therefore, in Patent Document 2, by providing a tension member on the outside of the heat insulating tube, the tension member is subjected to a tensile tension, and the superconducting cable (conductor portion or heat insulating tube) is prevented from being stretched or damaged. Yes. However, if a tension member is provided, the manufacturing cost is increased accordingly. Also, the longer the superconducting cable, the heavier the weight and the greater the frictional resistance (acting tensile tension). Therefore, measures such as increasing the cross-sectional area of the tension member are necessary to obtain the required strength. is there. For example, in the case of a long superconducting cable having a cable length of 500 m or more, it is considered difficult to support the tensile tension with only the tension member. In particular, when there is a gradient or a bend in the installed line, the frictional resistance is further increased.
Therefore, a superconducting cable line laying method suitable for a long superconducting cable is desired.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and one of its purposes is to provide a method for laying a superconducting cable line suitable for a long superconducting cable.

[Description of Embodiment of the Present Invention]
First, embodiments of the present invention will be listed and described.
(1) The superconducting cable track laying method according to the embodiment includes the following preparatory process, carriage mounting process, and cable laying process.
Preparation step: a superconducting cable including a conductor part having a superconducting conductor layer, a heat insulating pipe that houses the conductor part and through which a refrigerant flows, and at least a section of the superconducting cable installed at a predetermined installation location. Prepare a storage tube to be stored.
Carriage attachment process: While extending the superconducting cable, the superconducting cable is placed on the carriage at intervals in the longitudinal direction, and the superconducting cable is fixed to the carriage with a cable retainer.
Cable laying step: The carriage on which the superconducting cable is placed is caused to travel from one end side to the other end side in the storage tube, and the superconducting cable is laid in the storage tube.
According to the laying method of the superconducting cable line described above, the superconducting cable is placed on the carriage, fixed to the carriage with the cable presser, and the carriage is run in the storage tube, so that the friction when the superconducting cable is installed in the storage tube Resistance can be greatly reduced. That is, the tensile tension acting on the superconducting cable can be reduced. Therefore, even if there is no tension member, the superconducting cable (conductor portion or heat insulating tube) is hardly stretched or damaged, and a long superconducting cable can be easily laid. Therefore, a superconducting cable line laying method suitable for a long superconducting cable can be provided. In addition, since it is not necessary to provide a tension member, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Furthermore, in the superconducting cable line constructed by the above-described superconducting cable line laying method, the superconducting cable (heat insulating pipe) can be protected from the external environment and external impacts because the superconducting cable is housed in the housing pipe. Further, even if the heat insulating pipe is damaged due to an unexpected and sudden accident and the refrigerant leaks from the heat insulating pipe, the leaked refrigerant can be retained in the storage pipe, and the refrigerant can be prevented from leaking outside.
(2) As one form of the above-described superconducting cable line laying method, in the cable laying step, the carriage is pulled from the other end side of the storage tube, and the superconducting cable is drawn into the storage tube from one end side of the storage tube. It is done.
According to this embodiment, the superconducting cable can be drawn into the storage tube and installed.
(3) As one form of the above-described superconducting cable line laying method, in the cable laying step, a superconducting cable is pushed into the housing tube from one end side of the housing tube.
According to this embodiment, the superconducting cable can be pushed into the storage tube and laid. It is also possible to simultaneously pull in and push in the superconducting cable.
(4) As one form of the above-described superconducting cable line laying method, a guide rail is provided on the inner surface of the storage tube along the longitudinal direction, and a guide receiving portion that is fitted to the guide rail is provided on the carriage. In the cable laying step, a guide receiving portion is fitted to the guide rail, and the carriage is caused to travel along the guide rail.
According to this aspect, when the superconducting cable is laid in the storage pipe, the carriage can be run along the guide rail by fitting the guide receiving portion of the carriage to the guide rail of the storage pipe. In addition, since the guide receiving portion is fitted to the guide rail, the cart can be prevented from rotating (swinging) in the storage tube while the cart is running, and the superconducting cable can be prevented from being twisted.
(5) As one form of the above-described superconducting cable line laying method, in the cart mounting step, the front and rear carts may be coupled by a coupler.
According to this aspect, by connecting the front and rear carriages with the coupler, the tensile tension acting on the superconducting cable can be further reduced when the superconducting cable is drawn into the storage tube and installed. In particular, by pulling the connected cart, it is possible to substantially prevent the tensile tension from acting on the superconducting cable.
(6) As one form of the above-described superconducting cable line laying method, a superconducting cable is fed out, and a heat radiation layer forming step of winding a heat radiation sheet around the outer periphery of the heat insulating tube is included.
According to this embodiment, the heat radiation layer can be formed on the outer periphery of the heat insulation tube by winding the heat radiation sheet around the heat insulation tube. Since the heat radiation layer can reflect and reduce radiant heat from the outside, it is possible to suppress heat penetration and further improve the heat insulation performance of the heat insulation pipe.
(7) As one form of the above-described superconducting cable line laying method, it is possible to provide a vacuuming step of evacuating the internal space of the storage tube after the cable laying step.
According to this embodiment, in the superconducting cable line constructed by evacuating the internal space of the storage tube for storing the superconducting cable (that is, the space between the superconducting cable (heat insulating tube) and the storage tube), Will improve. Further, even if the heat insulating tube is damaged and the vacuum heat insulating layer of the heat insulating tube is broken, the vacuum state in the storage tube is maintained, so that the reliability is high.
(8) As one form of the above-described superconducting cable line laying method, the cable presser has a curved portion that comes into contact with the heat insulating tube, and a pair of legs that extend from both ends of the curved portion and are attached to the carriage. The inner peripheral surface of the part has a shape along the outer peripheral surface of the heat insulating tube. And in a cart attachment process, with a superconducting cable put on a cart, it is mentioned that a curved part is inserted from the outside of a heat insulation pipe, and a leg is attached to a cart.
According to this aspect, with the superconducting cable placed on the carriage, the curved portion of the cable presser can be fitted from the outside of the heat insulating tube, and the leg of the cable presser can be attached to the carriage. In addition, since the inner peripheral surface of the curved portion is shaped along the outer peripheral surface of the heat insulating tube, the curved portion and the heat insulating tube are in close contact with each other, increasing the contact area. It is difficult, and the superconducting cable can be firmly fixed to the carriage with a cable presser.
(9) As an embodiment of the above-described superconducting cable line laying method, in the preparation step, a refrigerant pipe through which a refrigerant flows is further prepared. In the carriage mounting step, while the refrigerant pipe is drawn out in parallel with the superconducting cable, the refrigerant pipe is placed on the carriage side by side with the superconducting cable, and the refrigerant pipe is fixed to the carriage with the refrigerant pipe presser.
Generally, in a superconducting cable line, in order to maintain the refrigerant circulating in the heat insulation pipe at a predetermined temperature, a refrigerant pipe is laid separately from the superconducting cable, and the superconducting cable and the refrigerant pipe are connected by a terminal connection portion or the like. A cooling system that constitutes the circulation path and circulates and supplies the refrigerant to the superconducting cable is provided. According to the said form, a superconducting cable and a refrigerant | coolant pipe | tube can be arranged on a trolley | bogie side by side, and a superconducting cable and a refrigerant | coolant pipe can be laid simultaneously, and the construction period of a superconducting cable track can be shortened.

As described above, the
<Storage tube>
The
In this example, the internal space of the storage tube 4 (the space between the

<Dolly>
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the

In this example, the
Furthermore, in this example, as shown in FIG. 3, the

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
Moreover, in this example, the inner peripheral surface of the

<Laying method of superconducting cable track>
Next, a method for laying the superconducting cable line S will be described with reference to FIG. The laying method of the superconducting cable track S includes a preparation process, a carriage mounting process, and a cable laying process. Hereinafter, each step will be described in detail.
(Preparation process)
In the preparation step, the
The
(Dolly mounting process)
In the carriage mounting step, the
Further, in this example, the front and
(Cable laying process)
In the cable laying step, the
Furthermore, in this example, the
Another method of laying the
After laying the
Further, when the internal space of the

<Effect of laying method of superconducting cable line>
The laying method of the superconducting cable line S of
(1) When the
(2) In the superconducting cable line S constructed by the laying method according to the first embodiment, the
(3) When the
(4) The
(5) By superposing the
[Embodiment 2]
In the second embodiment, with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, the superconducting cable line S will be described in which a
As shown in FIG. 7, a
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a
Next, a method for laying the superconducting cable line S according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The superconducting cable S according to the first embodiment described above is that the superconducting cable line S according to the second embodiment includes a heat radiation layer forming step of forming a
(Thermal radiation layer forming process)
In the heat radiation layer forming step, a heat radiation sheet is wound around the outer periphery of the
[Embodiment 3]
In the superconducting cable line S of
According to the third embodiment, the
[Embodiment 4]
In the superconducting cable track S of
As an example of the derailment prevention mechanism, as shown in FIG. 11, a
As another example of the derailment prevention mechanism, a
Another example of the derailment prevention mechanism is to change the shapes of the
Still another example of the derailment prevention mechanism includes changing the positions of the
Any configuration of the derailment prevention mechanism described above can prevent the carriage 5 (guide receiving portion 55) from derailing from the
[Embodiment 5]
In the above-described method for laying the superconducting cable line S according to the first embodiment, the case where the
