Abstract
【解決手段】外科用器具は、切削刃の切削窓60,30が被検体から組織を除去できるように、第1の切削刃10と、第1の切削刃内で回転する第2の切削刃9とを備えた、第1の切削刃の吸入開口部40を覆って配置された吸引通路形成部材50を含む。吸引通路形成部材は、入口52、出口56、および入口と出口との間の通路54を含み、出口は吸引開口部と連通し、入口は遠位を向いている。第2の切削刃の内部穴25を通して真空となることにより吸引ツールとして使用できる。この間、吸引開口部と吸引通路形成部材とを通して真空となるように、第1および第2の切削刃の切削窓が互いに整列配置されない状態で第2の切削刃は回転を停止している。

Claims (12)
- 外科用器具であって、
近位端部および遠位端部を備えた管状体を有する第1の切削刃であって、第1の切削窓が前記遠位端部付近で前記第1の切削刃の第1の側面に配置され、吸引開口部が前記遠位端部付近で前記第1の切削刃の第2の側面に配置される、第1の切削刃と、
近位端部および遠位端部を備えた管状体を有する第2の切削刃であって、第2の切削窓が前記遠位端部付近で前記第2の切削刃の側面に配置され、前記第2の切削刃が前記第1の切削刃の内側に回転可能に配置され、前記第2の切削刃の内部穴を通して真空があたえられると、前記第1および第2の切削刃の前記第1および第2の切削窓の中に組織が引き込まれ、前記第1の切削刃内で前記第2の切削刃を回転させることによって前記組織が切断される、第2の切削刃と、
前記第1の切削刃の前記吸引開口部を覆って配置された吸引通路形成部材であって、前記吸引通路形成部材が、入口、出口、および前記入口および出口の間の通路を有し、前記出口は前記吸引開口部と連通し、前記入口は遠位方向を向いている、吸引通路形成部材と、
を備え、
前記第1および第2の切削刃の前記第1および第2の切削窓が互いに整列配置されない状態で、前記第2の切削刃が回転を停止している間に、前記第2の切削刃の前記内部穴を真空とすることによって、前記吸引開口部および前記吸引通路形成部材を通して真空が与えられて、前記組織の切断を伴わずに前記組織の吸引が実行される、外科用器具。 - 前記吸引通路形成部材は、前記吸引開口部を覆うことができるように前記第1の切削刃の外面に取り付けられた半割管であり、前記半割管は閉止端部および開放端部を含み、前記開放端部は前記入口を形成する、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記吸引通路形成部材は、前記第1の切削刃の前記遠位端部を覆って取り付けられた管であり、前記管は前記通路が配置される突出部分を有する、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記管は前記第1の切削刃に摺動着脱可能である、請求項3に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1および第2の切削刃の間に、液体を供給するための流路が形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記吸引開口部は、細長いスロット形状を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記吸引通路形成部材は、前記入口が位置する遠位端部を含み、前記吸引通路形成部材の前記遠位端部は、先細り形状を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記吸引通路形成部材は、金属からなる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記吸引通路形成部材は、樹脂からなる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1および第2の切削刃は、滅菌材料から作られる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1および第2の切削刃は、金属から作られる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1および第2の切削刃は、ステンレス鋼から作られる、請求項11に記載の外科用器具。
