- 少なくとも1台の電気自動車用の充電負荷および充電時間を見積もるためのプロセッサ実行可能命令が組み込まれたコンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶デバイスであって、前記プロセッサ実行可能命令は、データベースに通信可能に結合されたコンピューティングデバイスによって実行されると、
前記データベース内に、前記少なくとも1台の電気自動車に属する第1車両と関連付けられた充電特性を、前記コンピューティングデバイスに記憶させ、
前記第1電気自動車から、前記第1電気自動車の充電状態を、前記コンピューティングデバイスに受信させ、
前記第1電気自動車と関連付けられた前記充電特性および前記第1電気自動車の前記充電状態に基づいて、見積もりピーク充電時間および見積もりピーク充電負荷を、前記コンピューティングデバイスに決定させ、
前記見積もりピーク充電時間および前記見積もりピーク充電負荷に少なくとも基づいて、前記第1電気自動車が充電する権限を与えられるかどうかを決定することを、前記コンピューティングデバイスに容易にさせる、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶デバイス。
