Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a coil unit.
In recent years, wireless power feeding technology that supplies power without a power cord has been attracting attention. Current wireless power supply technologies are: (A) Type using electromagnetic induction (for short distance), (B) Type using magnetic field resonance (for medium distance) (C) Type using radio waves (for long distance) ) And can be roughly divided into three types.
Among these three types of wireless power feeding technologies, the type (A) that uses electromagnetic induction is a power transmission technology that uses a voltage generated in the power receiving side coil as a result of an alternating current passing through the power transmitting side coil generating a magnetic field. In this type of electromagnetic induction, although the power transmission efficiency decreases rapidly when the distance is increased, sufficient power transmission efficiency can be obtained at a short distance of about several centimeters and can be realized at low cost. Therefore, it is generally used in household appliances such as electric shavers.
Type (B) using the magnetic field resonance phenomenon is a relatively new technology, and is a wireless power transmission technology in which a pair of self-resonant coils are resonated in an electromagnetic field and transmitted via the electromagnetic field. By applying this technology, it is possible to transmit a large amount of power of several kW with high power transmission efficiency even at a distance of several meters. For example, a proposal has been studied in which a power receiving coil is embedded in the lower part of an electric vehicle and electric power is sent in a non-contact manner from a power feeding coil in the ground. Since it is wireless, a completely insulated system configuration is possible, and it is considered to be particularly effective for power supply in rainy weather.
In the type (A) using the electromagnetic induction and the type (B) using the magnetic field resonance phenomenon, it is required to transmit power from the power transmission side coil to the power reception side coil as efficiently as possible. . On the other hand, because the power is transmitted using the coil regardless of the difference in the operating principle, leakage magnetic flux is generated from the coil during power transmission, which may adversely affect the surrounding electronic devices. There is an increasing demand for shielding leakage magnetic flux.
In response to such a request, for example,
By the way, in the technique disclosed in
Further, when the magnetic material as the first shielding material capable of reducing the magnetic field absorbs the leakage magnetic flux, the magnetic material itself exhibits expansion / contraction behavior based on the magnetostriction phenomenon. That is, in order to exhibit the original performance of the magnetic material, it has been necessary to arrange and fix the first shielding material so that the expansion / contraction behavior of the first shielding material can be performed without hindrance.
On the other hand, in the technique disclosed in
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a coil unit including a magnetic shield material that sufficiently exhibits the effect of suppressing leakage magnetic flux generated from a coil while suppressing breakage. And
A coil unit according to the present invention includes a box-shaped housing, a coil and a magnetic shield material disposed in a housing space of the housing, and the housing includes a first part and a second part. The magnetic shield material is provided on the inner surface of the first part, and the coil is not in contact with the magnetic shield material, and at a position different from the attachment position of the first part to the second part. It is attached to the second part and is supported and fixed.
According to the present invention, the coil is attached to the second part and supported and fixed at a position different from the attachment position of the first part to the second part, in a non-contact manner with respect to the magnetic shield material. ing. That is, the first part and the coil are independently attached to the second part. Therefore, the housing space defined by the first part and the second part and the space defined between the coil and the second part and the magnetic shield material are formed without affecting each other. Is done. Therefore, since the coil and the second part are securely supported and fixed, even if an unexpected impact is applied to the housing, it is possible to reliably secure a space between the coil and the magnetic shield material. it can. As a result, the chance of contact with other members of the magnetic shield material is suppressed, and the expansion / contraction behavior of the magnetic shield material that occurs when the magnetic flux leakage is absorbed is not hindered. It is possible to obtain a coil unit including a magnetic shield material that sufficiently exhibits the effect of suppressing leakage magnetic flux generated from the coil while being suppressed.
Here, when the first part and the coil are integrally attached to the second part, the first part and the coil have different dimensional variations and thermal expansion coefficients in the manufacturing of the constituent members. Not only is the fixing force to the part impaired, but in some cases, the coil that is supposed to be supported and fixed to the second part may come off and come into contact with the magnetic shield material. On the other hand, in the present invention, since the first part and the coil are independently attached to the second part, the first part and the coil are fixed due to the dimensional variation in manufacturing of the constituent members as described above and the difference in thermal expansion coefficient. The loss of power can be prevented. Therefore, since the coil and the second part are securely supported and fixed, even if an unexpected impact is applied to the housing, it is possible to reliably secure a space between the coil and the magnetic shield material. it can.
Preferably, the magnetic shield material is arranged in a non-contact state with respect to the second part. In this case, since the impact applied to the second part of the housing is suppressed from being directly applied to the magnetic shield material, the breakage of the magnetic shield material can be reliably suppressed.
Preferably, the coil includes a plurality of planar bobbins and a winding wound continuously along a winding accommodating portion provided on the plurality of bobbins, and the plurality of bobbins are wound around each other. It is good to arrange | position in layers so that a line | wire storage part may overlap, and to be integrally supported and fixed to the 2nd part. In this case, a plurality of planar bobbins are arranged in layers, and the windings are continuously wound along the winding storage portions provided on the plurality of bobbins, so that the size of the device is suppressed as much as possible. However, the self-inductance of the coil can be increased. Further, since the plurality of bobbins are arranged in layers so that the respective winding housing portions overlap each other and are integrally supported and fixed to the second part, the plurality of bobbins arranged in layers are mutually connected. Since the centers of the two coincide with each other, cancellation of magnetic flux radiated by the winding wound around each layer of the plurality of bobbins is suppressed, and the coupling between the layers can be increased and the self-inductance can be increased. .
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the coil unit provided with the magnetic shielding material which fully exhibited the suppression effect of the leakage magnetic flux which generate | occur | produces from a coil, suppressing a breakage | damage can be provided.

In the description, the same reference numerals are used for the same elements or elements having the same function, and redundant description is omitted.
First, an example of a wireless power transmission apparatus to which the coil unit of the present invention is applied will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a wireless power transmission apparatus to which a coil unit of the present invention is applied.
As shown in FIG. 1, the wireless power transmission device S <b> 1 includes a wireless
The wireless
このスイッチング回路を構成するスイッチング素子としては、例えばMOS−FET(Metal Oxide Semiconductor−Field Effect Transistor)やIBGT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)などの素子が挙げられる。 The inverter INV has a function of converting input DC power supplied from the power supply VG into AC power. The inverter INV is composed of a switching circuit in which a plurality of switching elements are bridge-connected.

The

(First embodiment)
Next, the configuration of the coil units L1 and L2 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the coil unit according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the coil unit according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a schematic end view of the coil unit taken along the line AA ′ in FIG. 2. Since the structures of the coil unit L1 and the coil unit L2 are the same, only the structure of the coil unit L1 will be described here.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the coil unit L <b> 1 includes a coil L <b> 11 and a
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Then, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The winding 140 is made of a litz wire such as copper or aluminum, and is continuously wound along the winding housing portion 130 d of the

As described above, the coil unit L1 (L2) according to the present invention is such that the coil L11 (L12) is not in contact with the

(Second Embodiment)
Next, with reference to FIG. 5, the structure of the coil unit L100 which concerns on 2nd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 5 shows a coil according to the second embodiment of the present invention, corresponding to a schematic cut end view taken along the line AA ′ in FIG. 2 of the coil unit according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. It is a model cut part end elevation of a unit. The coil unit L100 according to the second embodiment is different from the coil unit L1 according to the first embodiment in that the coil L110 includes a plurality of
Similar to the coil unit L1 according to the first embodiment, the coil unit L100 includes a coil L110 and a
As shown in FIG. 5, the coil L <b> 110 includes a plurality of
The
The
The
And the collar part 430e of the
The winding 340 is made of a litz wire such as copper or aluminum, and is continuously wound along the winding
As described above, in the coil unit L100 according to the present embodiment, the coil L110 is provided along the plurality of
