- 前記形状センシング可能デバイスが、形状センシング可能医療デバイスで画像を収集するよう構成される撮像デバイスを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記形状センシング可能デバイスが、前記少なくとも1つの光学ファイバーの軸の周りで、及び時間にわたり、3次元空間における前記構造に関する経路情報を集める、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記構造が、脈管又は腔内構造を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像生成モジュールが、前記脈管又は腔内構造における運動を説明するため、画像データを再スケール化する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像生成モジュールが、前記構造における運動を説明するため、画像データを再スケール化する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記形状センシング可能デバイスが、経路情報に基づき、デカルトの画像と非デカルトの画像とを位置合わせ及び融合するため、前記経路情報を集める、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 形状センシングシステムであって、少なくとも1つの光学ファイバーを持つ形状センシング可能医療デバイスと、構造に含まれる前記少なくとも1つの光学ファイバーから光学信号を受信し、前記医療デバイスの形状を決定するために前記光学信号を解釈するよう構成される解釈モジュールとを含む、形状センシングシステムと、
湾曲マルチプラナ再構成レンダリングモジュールであって、前記医療デバイスの形状を受信し、前記構造の画像ボリュームと前記形状とを位置合わせするよう構成される画像生成モジュールであって、湾曲マルチプラナ再構成レンダリングが、経路情報として前記形状を用いて前記画像ボリュームから生成される、画像生成モジュールを含む、湾曲マルチプラナ再構成レンダリングモジュールと、
前記湾曲マルチプラナ再構成レンダリングを表示するディスプレイとを有する、ワークステーション。 - 前記画像ボリュームが、コンピュータ断層撮影、磁気共鳴撮像、蛍光透視、核撮像及び超音波の1つ又は複数により撮像される前記構造の3次元画像を含む、請求項10に記載のワークステーション。
- 前記形状センシング可能デバイスが、内視鏡、カテーテル及びガイドワイヤの1つ又は複数を含む細長い器具を含む、請求項10に記載のワークステーション。
- 前記形状センシング可能デバイスが、形状センシング可能医療デバイスで画像を収集するよう構成される撮像デバイスを含む、請求項10に記載のワークステーション。
- 前記構造に関する経路情報が、3次元空間、前記少なくとも1つの光学ファイバーの軸の周りでの回転及び時間を含む、請求項10に記載のワークステーション。
- 前記構造が、脈管又は腔内構造を含む、請求項10に記載のワークステーション。
- 前記画像生成モジュールが、前記脈管又は腔内構造における運動を説明するため、画像データを再スケール化する、請求項15に記載のワークステーション。
- 前記形状センシング可能デバイスが、前記経路情報に基づき、デカルトの画像と非デカルトの画像とを位置合わせ及び融合するため、経路情報を集める、請求項10に記載のワークステーション。
- 3次元構造に配置される形状センシングデバイスから形状センシングデータを集めるステップと、
前記形状センシングデバイスを持つ前記3次元構造と画像ボリュームとを位置合わせするステップと、
前記3次元構造の画像を提供するため画像ボリュームデータが使用される経路を前記形状センシングデータが提供するよう、前記形状センシングデータから湾曲マルチプラナ再構成レンダリング画像を生成するステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記経路に沿って前記構造の断面をレンダリングするステップを更に有する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記画像ボリュームが、コンピュータ断層撮影、磁気共鳴撮像、蛍光透視、核撮像及び超音波の1つ又は複数により撮像される前記構造の3次元画像を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記形状センシングデバイスが、内視鏡、カテーテル及びガイドワイヤのいずれかを含む細長いデバイスを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記形状センシングデバイスに関して新しい形状が取得されるたびに、前記湾曲マルチプラナ再構成レンダリングを洗練するステップを更に有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記構造に関する経路が、3次元空間に関する時間にわたる情報及び前記形状センシングデバイスの軸の周りの回転に関する情報を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記構造における運動を説明するため、画像データを再スケール化するステップを更に有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記形状センシングデバイスと交差する領域へとボリュームデータの収集を制限するため、前記画像ボリュームの取得の間、ボリュームパラメータを調整するステップを更に有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記形状センシング可能デバイスが、前記経路情報に基づき、デカルトの画像と非デカルトの画像とを位置合わせ及び融合するため、経路情報を集める、請求項19に記載の方法。
