Abstract
Description
燃料が吐き出される燃料供給ラインと、エンジン側において燃焼された後に残った残余燃料が戻る戻りラインとを有する燃料タンクと、
燃料タンクの下流側に設けられ、吸い込まれた燃料に含有される水分を除去し、燃料供給ラインと接続されるハンドポンプと、ハンドポンプに接続されて燃料中の異物をろ過する第1フィルタとを有する水分分離器と、
前記水分分離器の下流側に設けられ、前記第1フィルタとここに接続される第2フィルタを順に通過しながら異物のろ過された燃料をエンジンの燃焼室に噴射するように、インジェクタに高圧で供給するインジェクションポンプと、
前記第2フィルタ及び前記インジェクションポンプにそれぞれ接続され、前記インジェクションポンプを制御して前記インジェクタに供給される燃料の量を制御する燃料制御ユニットと、
前記戻りラインに設けられ、エンジンを切った状態のとき、エンジンでの使用後に残った残余燃料が戻りラインに沿って燃料タンクに戻ることなくインジェクタ側に残るようにする逆止弁と、を備える。
エンジンを切った状態のとき、エンジンでの使用後に残った残余燃料が燃料タンクに戻ることなくコモンレールインジェクタ側に残ることで、エンジンの始動性を向上させることができる。
燃料が吐き出される燃料供給ライン10と、エンジン11の燃焼室において燃焼された後に残った残余燃料が戻る戻りライン12とを有する燃料タンク13と、
前記燃料タンク13の下流側に設けられ、吸い込まれた燃料(軽油をいう)に含有される水分を除去し、燃料供給ライン10と接続される始動用ハンドポンプ14と、燃料供給ライン10に設けられる逆止弁15と、始動用ハンドポンプ14に接続されて燃料中の異物や水分をろ過する第1フィルタ16とを有する水分分離器17と、
前記水分分離器17の下流側に設けられ、燃料供給ポンプ24によって第1フィルタ16とこれに接続される第2フィルタ18を順に通過しながら異物のろ過された燃料(軽油をいう)をエンジンの燃焼室(図示せず)に噴射するようにインジェクタ19に高圧で供給するインジェクションポンプ20と、
前記第2フィルタ18及び前記インジェクションポンプ20にそれぞれ接続され、インジェクションポンプ20を制御して前記インジェクタ19に供給される燃料の量を制御する燃料制御ユニット(FCU;fuel control unit)21と、
前記戻りライン12に設けられ、始動のかけられたエンジン11を切った状態のとき、エンジン11での使用後に残った残余燃料が、前記戻りライン12に沿って燃料タンク13に戻ることなく前記インジェクタ19側に残るようにしてエンジン11の始動時に使用可能にする逆止弁22と、を備える。

Claims (2)
- 燃料が吐き出される燃料供給ラインと、エンジン側において燃焼された後に残った残余燃料が戻る戻りラインとを有する燃料タンクと、
前記燃料タンクの下流側に設けられ、吸い込まれた燃料に含有される水分を除去し、前記燃料供給ラインと接続されるハンドポンプと、ハンドポンプに接続されて燃料中の異物をろ過する第1フィルタとを有する水分分離器と、
前記水分分離器の下流側に設けられ、前記第1フィルタとこれに接続される第2フィルタを通過しながら異物のろ過された燃料をエンジンの燃焼室に噴射するようにインジェクタに高圧で供給するインジェクションポンプと、
前記第2フィルタ及びインジェクションポンプにそれぞれ接続され、前記インジェクションポンプを制御して前記インジェクタに供給される燃料の量を制御する燃料制御ユニットと、
前記戻りラインに設けられ、エンジンを切った状態のとき、エンジンでの使用後に残った残余燃料が前記戻りラインに沿って燃料タンクに戻ることなくインジェクタ側に残るようにする逆止弁と、を備えることを特徴とする掘削機用燃料システム。 - 前記第2フィルタと前記燃料制御ユニットとの間の管路に設けられ、第2フィルタを通過した燃料の圧力を検出して検出信号を前記燃料制御ユニットに送る圧力センサをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の掘削機用燃料システム。
